This school can be much better in academics because I have been in the classroom where seventh graders should be able to set up and comprehend poems not only that but should understand commission, percent increase and percent decrease. Other than that I believe that it is a good school

This school is strict has very nasty food and teachers are very irritating when trying to enforce their power on the students. The teachers demand power at all times as if the kids are robots. When something is done wrong the teacher will just get fustrated with the enire class . If a student is trying to help his or her peer they will get corrected even though they are trying to help their fellow peer succeed in the part if class they are/were in.

My son went to his school for 5th grade and after he finished that year I put him in another charter school. They are way too strict and the kids were bullying my son and the school did nothing about it. When my son wanted to go to bathroom the teacher told him no. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.

I like that AF is designed to address the educational gap among the most marginalized children in society. What is quite great is the lottery system that allows everyone an opportunity to get into one of their school locations. I think AF needs to think more deeply about their position in the communities they occupy and figure out a way to truly fight for an education for all. Instead, the community perceives them as invaders that rob the opportunity of other students to achieve. Whereas I understand there is no easy solution, I think the organization that runs the Charters can do more to close the gap of how they relate to the communities around them.

I go to this school when I first started they fought me how to read I was lol a in reading and now I'm lvl z in 4th grade this school is better than all the others so stop hating on my school

Well personally this school shows too much favoritism and they are too strict they reward behaviour more than academics and when a student does something wrong the teachers make them feel like the worst people in the world and start fake crying to make them feel ashamed the students at this school have close to no power and some teachers act like tyrants I have witnessed myself a moment where a student has done nothing wrong but the teachers act like they dont know the student is right I will never go to the high school I will always hate AF and I cant wait to go to high school

Ive been going to this school since kindergarten and im now going off to 7th grade, this school is one of the best schools because they challenge you so when its time for tests like the test of life your ready. I really enjoy going to this school and in a couple years, I will be going to the high school and then college and when I look back I have something to be proud of.

This is saniyah I left this school because I had a lot of problems you guys wouldn't fix like with ms.Blliamanda I don't like her or the school. I only miss 1 teacher and thats sad I warned people in my BETTER school not to go here btw I miss ms.Ervy she was the only one there for me.. YOUR SCHOOL IS SAD.
