I came in this school last year. As a new student I can say it is a best school. Mostly the teachers are so helpful and friendly. They really want to help you. And everything has a advantage and disadvantage so if u face any problem just try to solve it. Because problems makes u a great person. In a word, I love that school and the teachers.

This school made a black and Latino club and basically didn’t allow anyone of any other race to join but I highly doubt that if some white kid asked to make a club with Asians they’d get denied, glad I graduated out of there

I first apply this school... I thought it was a great school... but actually it was wrong because I'm a part special ed student...special ed teachers and regular teachers didn't care about special ed students, it was very sad to go to this school... if teachers destroy students' lives in themselves and their families... that's why I've transferred to another school.. which I've left about 3 to 4 months ago... thanks

I graduated from this school on June of this year. The school is decent, although there are some teachers that can do better and seem to not care about what they are doing. They also put students to sell a lot of unnecessary stuff for "fundraising". In general the school asks for a lot of money. The experience depends on you and what you do to survive high school. Just don't try to fit in, be yourself, do the work, don't give a care if someone tries to control you and you will be fine.

Folks, I'm telling you, you're going to LOVE this school, okay. This is an amazing school. We have to thank our amazing teachers, our amazing staff, and our amazing students. Other schools will do anything, and say anything to prove that they are the best school. But, listen folks, here are the facts. Other schools rig the system for their benefit. But here at Academy, we are the best, folks, I'm telling you. Other schools receive contributions of millions and millions of dollars. Take Newcomers for instance. By the way, I love Newcomers. I know tons of folks from there, there’s plenty of good people from that school. But here, folks, our message is the absolute opposite. I want you to imagine a much better school and a school where you can believe in the value of American history. Now it's time for Academy to show how great a school can be. We declare independence from the elites. It’s time for Academy to believe in itself again, and it’s time to make education great for all New Yorkers. Greater than ever before. And I promise you, if you come to this school, you’re going to be proud of your school, you’re going to be proud of your city, and you’re going to be proud, proud, proud of your country once again.
