Sage dinning runs the cafe at kimbal union. I worked for sage dinning for 3 months. My experience was breath taking to say the least. The women out front don't do anything besides wiping down tables and refilling the juice. I was wasting dishes at the time. Dishwashers duties do all the dishes, trash, wash floors in dish room and salad bar, vacuum dinning hall, clean the kitchen floors. That's just the afternoon clean up. you have to do it all over again After dinner. I was doing all the work and if I asked one of the women to help they would complain to the boss! Then "Mike" would come to me and complaine. I got written up because I didn't fill the juice container back up and I left a mop bucket out. Mike had it out for me. 1- I I do everything else, the women in the front of the calf only have to do 2 things! Wipe counters and refill juice boxes! So why am I getting written up for this? 2- I didn't mop that night because I was behind on dishes! I quit the day he wrote me up! I refuse to be walked all over.
