All of my kids have gone to Benson and it's a GREAT place! The teachers are very attentive and really care about the success of the students. Out of my kids one has graduated from college, one is in college, one is in an electrician apprenticeship program, and the youngest is currently a junior. The teachers and administration recognize me when I am at the school. They still take an interest in my kids that have graduated and always ask for an update about each of them. My kids are so glad that they chose Benson and all have had a very positive experience there.

WORST SCHOOL EVER. i HAD NIGHTMARES IN THIS SCHOOL. THere WERE SO MANY FIGHTS. DON'T COM WHERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. I REGRET COMING HERE. DON'T COME HERE PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU DON NOT COME HERE. IT IS A VERY DANGEROUS SCHOOL. THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY NASTY AND SMELLY. THE WHOLE SCHOOL SMELLS BAD SO BAD. I NEVER WANNA GO BACK TO THIS SCHOOL. EVEN MY FRIENDS REGRET COMING HERE. THIS SCHOOL IS ALSO INFESTED BY BUGS. I HAD 5 SPIDERS CRAWLING ALL OVER MY BACK. THE LUNCH IS TERRIBLE I ALMOST THREW UP MY LUNCH. A FREAKIN COCKROACH POPPED OUT OF MY SALAD ONCE AND I ALMOST ATE IT. THE TECHNOLOGY IS SO BAD. THEIR INTERNET IS THE SLOWEST INTERNET EVER MADE. THIS SCHOOL IS FALLING APART AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY ARE DOING TO SAVE IT. A PIECE OF A CEILING FELL AND IT ALMOST KILLED ME. IVE NEVER SEEN A SCHOOL THIS HORRIBLE. THE PEOPLE ARE SO MEAN AND THE PRINCIPAL IS SO RUDE AND MEAN AND AGGRESSIVE HE ONE TIME ENEV THREARTENED ME TO BEAT ME UP. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LEARN.

I have never seen or even heard of a school that the students are able to use such disrespectful language and so out of control. SOME of the staff are beyond rude and need to find a different job working behind closed down picking up other peoples waste. The teachers are there for a pay check (some of the ones that I have delt with) for I have emailed almost all of my sons teachers a month or so ago and I have yet to have gotten a response. The students ask for extra help and are totally ignored (my son has put me on speaker phone on 3 different occasions so I was able to hear the foolery of "Its in your book" or "We just went over that, reread it again." or "I'll help you in a min just go have a seat." I mean really? My family and I are now Looking to move just so that my son can get a better education and graduate without worrying about boys that don't even go to his school jumping on him and trying to steal his shoes or not getting the help he needs or getting burnt on his arm twice with a hot glue gun and it being brushed under the rug by the admin saying that they INVESTIGATED and the student said that it was an accident. WTH??? Seriously? Im just lost for words. The school sucks and ANYBODY I mean ANYBODY including my dog and my 5 year old can graduate from this school as long as you show up. Its a FRKN JOKE of a school!!!!!! Back in the 90's and early 2000's it was nowhere near this bad but as you see it's all in who you hire and if the staff is there for the kids or a piece of a check. Horrifying industry. Education is barely or none, to be a nice guy permitted. Sports here are worse than a poor Catholic school basketball team. Literally. The students who attend this school are either forced because of their home range, or because they perform poorly in their schools, which would most likely result from families that do not even consider giving their young men and women decent opportunity. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE.. hands down.
