Never knew DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ARE CROOKS WOW!!! My income tax return was offset by Nelnet in which that was resolved and Approved by Jon B. Manager at Nelnet at the end of Feb. 2019. long story short Nelnet has sent Dept. of Education thr same approval letter several times, i know because each time the do copy comes to my email, dept of education claim they didn't receive it, I even conference call them with Nelnet. Each time I call Dept of education they give me different date on when I will receive my check. Each month they lie. I've been going through this since the end of February. Now today they tell me I won't get my check until August or September. I screamed and had a panic attack soon after, my neighbor had to come over to come me down. I am disabled and in ALOT OF PAIN I can't take this type of scamming. HELP PLEASE.
