This backward school district allows violence to be used against kindergarten through sexually developed teen age high school males and females. Most of America has abolished this legalized violence but places like Choctaw County permit adult bullies (paid school employees) to beat young human beings with wood boards. These employees could not work in another profession in our country without being arrested and incarcerated for assault and battery. Unbelievable this archaic violence is still going on in 21st centruy USA.
