As the one of the oldest schools in the district the interior is almost brand new. In the middle of a renovation and modernization the structure suffered a fire destroying the interior. This was ironically good as it saved tax payers money. No internal destruction was required.

@Abraham Linkin I think that it is very idiotic of you to think that based on the demographic of which people live that they are "HOOD" and the school is "HOOD". Also, dont let your anger get to you when you type. You spelt "that" like "thay". Secondly, if our school district didnt open up a second school, everyone from SCW would go to SCHS thus making you "HOOD"? Your whole argument is invalid by me.

Good school. Staff is nice, and so are the principles. The new renovations to the front office and the front door near the student parking lot will be a great improvement.

SCHS has a high alumni following because of its rich history in the City of St Charles. Ask any alumni and they will say we are Pirate strong.

This school is the HOOD school in st.charles. it ONLY has higher ratings than west becasue all the hood rats like it thay way and rate it as such. Then go and rate west very low because they hate the successful and more productive type of learning done there. In REALITY WEST is BETTER, by far and SAFER, by far. It is completely remodeled however that doesn't change the quality of people.
