A child was molested here in the boy's locker room, and instead of standing for justice. This school tried every possible way to hide the issue, rather than comfort the victim. Do not send your child here, they do not care about your children. This school only cares about their football team, hence why they are trying so hard to cover up this molestation. This is devastating, this is sick, and this school is utter trash. A small minority of the students even victim blamed the victim, what kind of mindset do those kids have. I am sure you do not want your kid to be influenced by such cruel people. WITH THAT BEING SAID, the only people who are talking about this issue are the students. The only reason why this has even been talked about is because the students refuse to keep quiet. The students are the only people who genuinely care, they have tried to protest to show support and care for the victim. But, the school has been committed to silencing the students in return showing no support for the victim. Hiding the case, and worrying about their name and their football team. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN. Please, spread the news of this molestation. Do not let the school win, make sure this child has been given justice.

My grandaughter went there as a freshmen she said "This school was the wrost place she ever went too". *She was the only white kid there *She almost got suspended for 3days for stepping on school grass. *She got a n***** bracelet for being a good student. The principal gave her it, not even realize he gave it to her * The bathrooms are filthy and filled with bugs * The kids were mean to the teachers * There was a bomb threat once She was so depressed, she didn't want to go to school most of the time, This wasn't like her. So the next year she went to Edsel and she said that Edsel was such a great school and she never been so happyer in her life Edsel is the way to go, she met *Good group of friends * People don't judge * Teachers were so nice * Everything was clean * A good mix of people ( If your thinking about going to Fordson DON'T!!!)

In my opinion the worst school in the whole state of Michigan. According to my kids kids actually smoke weed in the class rooms. My kids have also seen kids sell it in the cafeteria. The board of education should really keep an eye out for who ever is responsible for running this school.

For the person who said "98% arabic, need to learn proper americanization" which is not even a word... if you're implying that all Americans have manners you're wrong. And its not the worst place to put your 'white' child whatever that's supposed to mean. As far as my personal review, there is little to no diversity at FHS. I attended here my freshmen (10 years ago) and if you are strong enough to ignore the obnoxious behavior of others, peer pressure and influence, it wouldn't be bad in terms of education. I have never witnessed bugs or hair in my food (dust sure, it's a really old building). I am rating the school on its ability to educate students in combination with the atmosphere. Personally, I would never allow my own child to attend FHS just because I know how easily influenced boys are. Hit or miss.
