Catholic High is what would happen if America never left the 1950s. Theocratic Dystopia. Parents love it. Kids hate it. It costs a lot of money so it must be worth it, right? What better way to let your boy develop than through strict regiment and petty discipline, aka "no stepping on the grass," "tuck your shirt in," and the no privacy cell-phone rule. Yuck. These arbitrary rules give way to administrators constantly power tripping over young men who had no choice but to attend Catholic High because their parents want them to look like show dogs. However, if you have enough cash to blow your wad over some brothers of the sacred heart, then by all means cum! Don't forget about Round 2 - Double Penetration when the donation letters keep coming in after graduation. I was even taught that the Catholic Church is known for helping beggars. Lastly, I must not forget to mention the underpaid staff that deals with prepubescent boys all day and piles loads of online worksheets and essays to get the boys "college prepped." However, the curiculum is becoming increasingly correspondent to ACT type questioning, which we all know is more mind numbing than the once a month church services in the school's gym. - Maximillian Johnson

it is a very big change of pace from my old school (im an 8th grader). i do enjoy some of my classes, but a lot of them are ruined by the worst, most scumbag, horrible, disgusting, ignorant, arrogant, braindead, uninformed children that will argue over genuine facts and ruin an educated conversation with another student. because this school is like at least 40% these types of people, i have to knock it down a couple stars. however, the education is excellent, except for a couple of bad eggs amongst the teachers, some of which literally just give you homework and check it the next day. that is their entire class. the latin classes, religion classes, english classes, math classes, and some others are very engaging and entertaining. decent school overall, and a lot better if you play sports (i don't)

I attended Grandparents day 2015 with my Grandson Houston Carley. I was pleased to learn that God and Country still are a big part of the curriculum. The Jazz band and choir were also fantastic.
