As an incoming freshmen, I was nervous. The staff, faculty, and student body made me feel like a true Bruin. I am excited to spend the rest of my high school education here.

Some Teachers are working for the $ , not for the love to teach or to see a change in someones life . the principal is never avelible , if you call the office they answer like you called to bother and they hungup before you said thank you . its a shame that i cant afford a private school for my child.

The students need more government help to support the students

I've met a lot of teachers here who care about their students and try to give them the best education they can even though they are low on money, based on the school constantly asking the students for money. There are many students who are rude, unmotivated, cheaters, and bring the rest of the student body down; but there are also students here who are kind and helpful, and are trying to make the best of the education given to them. The school looks small for a high school, but that makes it easier to get around it. No track, but there is a weight room for sports team and a large field. Great coaches for sports like cross-country, track, soccer, and more. But the food could improve in the way of their being more of it being served to the student. Some students burn more calories than the other students who go their (just saying). But the cafeteria staff is real kind and awesome as long as you don't disrespect them. I like here most of the time. They also have a wonderful band instructor and a good music program here.

I don’t care if you live across do not send your kids here. The administration staff is horrible. Hopefully the school board or the state shuts them down or does a complete overhaul. Smdh

Great school my child graduated c/o 2018. The band instructor is sweet and just amazing. But the band songs could use something a little more recent.

Initially, I was afraid to come to Bonnabel because Bonnabel had a poor reputation. My parents could not afford for me to go to a private school; so, I was forced to enroll in Bonnabel. Today I am proud to call myself a Bruin. Bonnabel can be called by many because the staff welcomes all identities. There is a plethora of clubs, organizations, and advanced courses. As a Senior looking back on my freshman year, I realized my fear originated from my belief in rumors instead of the facts. "Put good in, get good out." Unfortunately, individuals fail to realize that they create their experiences. My experiences was so great because I submerged myself in difficult classes and participated in various clubs. If you want your experience to be great don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. If a student actively associates with students prone to trouble, than what else could they expect but trouble. My advice to freshmen is be the best student you can be because high school will past with the blink of an eye.
