If I could rate this school an lower I would in a heartbeat. Let's start with the IT program. My girl had to take a online class, which happens sometimes. If the school expects a student to successfully take online classes they need to make it so that the computers don't block the portal between the class and submitting homework. We notify the IT program time and time again and they did nothing and which made my girlfriend fail the online programs, and that lies under the school's fault, because they failed to set up my girlfriend for success, but instead set her up for failure. My girlfriend was in that school day in and day out, coming in early, staying late, in order to make sure she understood the things that she was being taught. This brings me into the next thing about the school. I graduated from high school with a much larger higher student-to-teacher ratio. And this school has a much lower student to teacher ratio. The school that I graduated from every student had a one-to-one basis and educational opportunity with the teacher, and this school even with a lower student to teacher ratio failed at assisting and making sure that the students including her got the proper help needed to successfully pass. This school in my eyes and her mother's eyes as well set her up for failure. They did nothing to help her and left her struggling even when she way begging for help. With the schools failure to provide her with the proper materials, help, and education, she was unable to walk with her graduating class. Thanks to the school's failure of providing the proper assistance to a struggling student that put forth every ounce of hard work that she had didn't get the great opportunity to walk.
