Vineland is part of a county with limited resources but they truly try to make due with what they have. While other northern counties can spend tens of thousands per student, Vineland can't. The teachers care about their students and will spend extra time with them if needed. I knew the current principal since he was a vice principal at Landis. Mr. McCann is a wonderful man.
