I'm saying this to help other I'm currently going here I've had two teachers say that other teachers don't care about there students and I've only been in this school for 3 months and ive seen other altercations with students arguing and teachers cursing at students I do not want to go to this school and neither should you please help your children out and put them in an better education area because this is my worst experience as an high school student my grades haven't been sent to me since I've started here. So beware that they will slack off on you and they do not care they just wanna get paid.

They are pretty friendly, and the students seem decent. The neighboorhood really respects the park that they share. It's delightful to witness.

I graduated from South Philly High in 1981. Had many struggles trying to obtain a copy of my HS diploma. Due to some sort of glitch in the system, there was no record of my graduating from high school in Philadelphia. After weeks of reapplying on line for a copy of my diploma, and being shuffled from one agency to another for answers, I decided to take a trip to the high school. After hearing the reason for my visit, Principle Kimlime Chek-Taylor came out of her office to speak with me. After three days of no work no pay, the high school was able to give me conformation I need for my employer that I was a high school graduate. Thank you Principle Kimlime Chek-Taylor for your concern and the hug :) and thanks to Ms. Pagan for helping me meet the deadline to get the confirmation I needed. Former Student, Michelle Johnson
