I like this school and all because I got to see most of my old friends etc, but it's just to much drama here, i never seen a school with so much drama but besides that, I like most of the staff members here sometimes i just try to go to class and shut my mouth but before i leave this school just wanted to give them a review, also people judge a-lot around in this school etc, but it's chalk. (it ain't nathan) and ms.miguegen also helped me alot

Listen to me, I'm gonna be 100% honest with you all. I am absolutely have high intimacy of Skyline Middle. It's absolutely amazing !! People that make up all those fake stories are alligned with untrue and false statements, Its all just imitation. Now I can seriously go on and on of how much I appreciate this incredible school, and all the positivity along with it. I've been there grades 6-8 and they've been the best years of my life ;) The staff is great, and although they may not be completely let out loose, I don't blame them, they're doing there job, and the teachers are doing it right ! I want you to understand my review, and pay close attention to it. Skyline Middle is changing each year and excelling it to become even better then it was, to ensure your student an amazing time. I really accept what there trying to do, and how they choose to do it. So, I can't make this paragraph 5 paragraphs, so I'm gonna end. But I'm positive I would've produced so much more factual interprets of my endearment to Skyline Middle. Send your child here, and I guarantee you, you have made the right choice so you child can succeed and get far in life academically, and confidently. Thanks for your time :)

Obviously a horrible school where a child get detention for saying "God Bless You" to a fellow student for sneezing. Ms. Smith should be fired immediately for these actions, student should have been commended for his kind manners and belief in God which underscores the truth and foundation schools should be based on. This tears at the fabric of our nation and needs to be stopped.

skyline isn't really a bad school its just the teachers. the curriculum is very good and all but the teachers are something serious. They are very disrespectful and call your parents over the dumbest stuff. I'm so glad this is my last year at Skyline. Skyline has taught me a lot. The only good teachers there are Mr. Tucker, Mr. Rumford, Mr. Kirk, Ms.Ashley, Ms.King, and Mrs. Bulla. If you have Ms.Stiles be prepared to get in trouble and fail her class because she is not a good nor thurl teacher. I have made a lot of friends and a close bond with a few of the teachers. If you meet Ms. Ashley you will love her she is one of the realest teachers at skyline.

My daughter just started Skyline only 4 days in has been suspended for going to her locker... This school is the absolute worst and the staff is horrible, they are predjudice and do not want african american children attending i will be calling the board of education tomorrow... The staff are bulling the children and parents and i will not tollerate anyone bullying my child.

I believe that we as parents should be more involved in the children activities and speak more to the teacher and find out how our children are being taught, and if they are wrong doing there job then you should voice your opinion about how your child is being taught. That my opinion.

I am really glad I don't have any children that go to such a disgusting school where a child in Mrs Smith's 6th grade used his manners and told another God bless you and was given detention and and also embarrassed in front of his entire class. I was raised by 4 teachers (my bio parents and my stepparents) and I was a teacher for a short and I can tell that this is a sad excuse for a teacher!!!! She either has her own agenda or something is wrong with her. To tell a child that it is wrong to use good manners is just crazy!!! Most kids are barely able to spell their name anymore and this child was polite and he then he gets detention!!!! Are you kidding me?!? This teacher needs to monitored or moved to an age she can handle because she obviously can't handle 6th grade. It only the middle of September and she is flipping out... Maybe she needs to look into other employement. Home schooling would be a better option than this school!!!

ok I am from Pittsburgh, PA moved to DE and just got wind of this video, of a 6th grader who got detention from saying God bless you. I have a 2 year old grandson and daily I reiterate manners to him. I refuse to ever stop teaching manners, and respect to others. This child's parents obviously has one the same. We all wonder what has happened to our society today with our children. This teacher is part of the problem. She is stopping what we as parent are STILL trying to instill in our kids (Respect and what this country was founded on GOD). School board please take a peek into what you are hiring, and make sure teachers aren't hurting our kids before it is too late and Delaware gets my grandson!!!!!

As parent with children in that school I can tell you no one was suspended or given detention for saying God Bless You. It was the attitude and blatant disregard for the teacher that got that child in trouble. Do you people really believe everything you read on the internet? As for Mr. Tucker, he and most of the other faculty are great to those kids....unless the kids misbehaved, but isn't their job to keep things in line so everyone can learn? And for the person who thinks this country was founded on God....you may want to back to school for a history lesson. The founding fathers wrote the constitution to guarantee separation of church and state. In God we trust wasn't added to money until 1956. Under God wasn't added to the pledge until 1954.

My son attended this school last year and it was horrible. He wrote on a desk and they labeled him as being a gang member. A 6 grade student being a gang member over writing on a desk. I was irate and couldnt wait for the year to be over. They are very stereotypical people and will call you over every little thing your child does. I hate the way the school system is set up with the Feeder system. A childs education should not be based upon the neighborhood in which they reside. My daughter starts here this year and i pray that her experience is much better. I sent my son to live with his father so he wouldnt have to go back. If you get the opportunity. CHOICE your children to a better district

The staff at this school is pretty fun but i must say that Mr.Lyons is sometimes a stickler. But My experiences at this school have been the best so far I have met many amazing people along the way. That is all for my review until next time.
