This school is so great! I'm sorry for those who feel that this school was not a good experience for them. There are so many opportunities to get involved in your community, school, sports, and arts. This school has done so many great things for the students and the town with the Wingman program and others, like the National Junior Honor Society as well.

City Hill Middle School is an amazing school. The teachers are so supportive and always want the best for their students. There are so many organizations that you can do here such as the Wingman Program, Art Club, etc. Also, the sports teams are amazing. The Boys Soccer Team won the NVL. Honestly, City Hill isn't as bad as other people say it is.

City Hill has given me many great experiences and opportunities. This school has an amazing music department, Wingman program, and NJHS comitte. The music department instructors are very kind and make sure that everyone has a chance to do what they love. Mrs Dravis and Mrs Beck are dedicated to make students opportunities NJHS is a comitte of students who have obtained a 95 average and help around the school. The Wingman program is one of the most honorable things CHMS has to offer. Its a program that focuses on inclusion and assures that every student isn't left out. It shows people that you have to be the change you see in the world. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure that students are succeeding not only academically, but socially. Teachers want to prepare us to be honorable members of society. It is a positive environment at City Hill. Everyone is encouraging everyone else to strive as a person.

City hill middle school is the most worst school In planet earth. The staff treats us like we're nothing and it's very stupid and we basically did nothing to them. The teachers need to give there teaching degree back from where ever they got them. One of the teachers always had a problem with me and I never did anything too them. They act like mistakes are a big deal but it's not. The only teachers that are truly nice we're Mr.Trotta, Mrs.Rinaldi, Mrs.Snyder, and Mrs. Farmer. I expecially had a problem with one of the gym teachers because he called me ugly in front of the WHOLE class. I hope non of any other children go through this.

As a parent I was treated very rudely by the staff at this school. The office staff were terrible and if I could move my son to a new school I would. They do not keep me posted on how my son is doing when I sent in my email and my phone number multiple times. I have heard from many of my son's friends how poorly they are treated. This school need a complete renovation of staff.

This school might as well be in NaugaCuck. The office staff are just flat rude.Some of the teachers are absolutely insane, and I would compare the food to what a hobo in queens tried to sell me, except that might have been edible. Gary, Indiana might have better schools than this one, so stay there until high school if you value your mental health.

It does not matter. She wants us to post reviews, but she did not say what rating. We wanted 5 stars because we think the school deserves 5 stars. For many of you, you are just troublemakers that don't pay attention and don't do your work. THAT IS why you have a bad time. If you follow ROCKS, then you won't have to get in trouble.

I swear being at this school is like being trapped in a prison behind bars. I would get a better meal in jail. Also I touched gum from under the table and had to get shots just in case I got a disease. If I were you I would not recommend City Hill Middle School for your child to go to. If I were you I would send my child to a magnet school.

Yes, many might view this school as a prison and the staff as rude but have you ever thought of what they do? They have to deal with trouble students, they have to make sure everyone is safe, they have to make sure close to 600 people are marked as here, they have to call home to many absent students and make sure they aren't skipping, and much much more. Yes, you might think the staff has attitudes but everyone has bad days. The staff are the best people here, you just have to be respectful to them and they will return the favor. Yes, the staff isn't perfect. No human is perfect. All they want is for us to succeed and they try their hardest to make that happen. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. So, just because you look at only the bad side of the school, the good side rules over all you might view as bad.

This school sucks... The teachers are like prison wardens and don't allow lots of freedom. I'd rather be eating a Big Mac than spending my time at a make shift prison. It's almost like Scared Straight on tv. I HAVE A LIFE I NEED TO LIVE, NOT BE STUCK FOR 7 AND A HALF HOURS!!!!! Now they aren't allowing phones at all. WHAT IF ITS A COMPLETE EMERGENCY?! This school can suck a donkey.

I love City Hill! I've had such a great experience here. Maybe if the people who write these awful comments behaved, they would have a change of heart. There are so many things you can be a part of. There are many good sports teams and our boys soccer team even won NVL's this year. I had the privilege of being in Wingman and being vice president of the National Junior Honor Society. They are both fantastic programs that make the school an awesome environment. Don't listen to the terrible comments that just focus on the things they think are bad. The teachers are great! I think that City Hill is an exceptional school and I wish I could stay another year.

Mrs.lechance is the worst person in the school it's totally unfair they play fafortives all of the time.you get in trouble for things that make no sense.teachers don't actually teach just assign videos.i would rate this 0 stars but I at least have to have one worst school in Naugatuck

In my opinion, this school isn't at all how it's portrayed in these comments. I had great experiences with the teachers here, and I don't think any of them are mean at all. If you put effort into your schoolwork, this school is amazing and I have learned so much here. I had the opportunity of being in the Wingman Program, and it's extremely rewarding to be able to be a part in such a positive and welcoming organization. Also, being part of the National Junior Honor Society is another great part of this school.

The teachers here are really amazing and it is a great school. The Wingman program is doing a lot to help out the kids here. City Hill gives the kids here many opportunities, like our boys and girls soccer team winning the NVL championships and the swim team winning states for the Medley Relay last year. City Hill really is an amazing school.
