This place was fantastic. After not getting any service at Caldera Pizza we dropped in here. Luckily someone no-showed their reservation and they got us a table. Absolutely wonderful. Service was on point. Didn't have to wait for anything, and they were almost full. The mussels appetizer was to die for, and very large. The clam chowder soup special was one of the best I've had. The Cassina Pizza popped. The goat cheese and sausage combination really drew every flavor out. And the lamb special was perfection. A perfect medium rare, pistachio crusted lamb chop with "smashed" potatoes that were simple yet perfect. I will definitely be back.

AMAZING!!!! The service was very nice and very fast and the food is amazing. I had the beef tartare it is some of the best I have ever had but the proschito and asparagas pizza was a dissipointment there was no tomato sauce and it was dry but the rest was amazing!!!!

Great find in Jackson Hole We had mussels for appetizer and could stopped right there but we did not Shared the BLT soup just to try a smoky tomato recipe It was heavenly My date had the shrimp risotto and it was delicious capped. Y the fresh snap beans I had the lamb sausage pasta The chef makes his own pasta and lamb sausage which more than satisfied my appetite Wow what a wonderful culinary experience Be back soon! Tim

We had to come back the next night! It was so fun and everything we ordered was outstanding. Great atmosphere and the hostess and our waiters both nights were so friendly. Plus, my husband left his favorite hat and they mailed it to us in Georgia! Can't ask for anything better than that!

Love this place! It's a rustic and cute place with good food. Outdoor tables and indoor bar seats. Good place for a quick stop as well as a place to just chill a bit. Classic breakfast burrito is amazing!

We traveled from New Orleans to Jackson for my birthday. Trio was amazing and the service unparalleled! Best bison steak I've ever had and loved the s'more dessert! Thank you for the coffee to-go! It was a big help getting us to our next destination! We will definitely be back!

The food and service are top notch. It is unfortunate that they do not do something about the noise level and not pack you in so tight making one feel like a sardine. The noise level makes it difficult to have a normal conversation with the person across from you and next to impossible with anyone further away at your table. Fix those problems and it would be 5 stars.

Trio has a great atmosphere with an awesome staff. We came in for the New Years preset menu which sounded divine! Our first courses were great, however our steak came out over cooked and we were quite bummed. Fortunately the chef came by and asked us how our experience was, and he immediately sent out a new perfectly cooked steak and won us over! The food really is incredible and the chefs do a great job. We will be back and greatly appreciate the customer service!

Recommended if visiting Jackson. Wine and menu entree selections had a nice variety and there’s something for most tastes . The roast half chicken and halibut were both delicious although a bit over-cooked/dry. Atmosphere and service were great. Would definitely go back.

What a lovely restaurant! We didn't have reservations and they got us in at the bar even though they were bustling. My husband had the burger and said it was delicious and I had the bread service and an arugula salad. The bread was the absolutely most scrumptious focaccia bread with a deep dark dipping oil I have ever had. And it paired beautifully with the fresh greens of the salad and a glass of pretty tasty wine.

We tried this place because the chef of a restaurant in Raleigh, NC we love recommended it. The food was absolutely delicious and the hostess/host were so welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, we had a rude waiter who acted like we were inconveniencing him every time we ordered. He was very short and made a snide comment after we asked for a recommendation on an appetizer and we went for the opposite of his choice. We didn’t pick his recommendation bc he didn’t seem enthused or that he cared what we ordered. This restaurant is in my top 3 favorites while staying in Jackson; just unfortunate we had a negative encounter with a server.

Though the portions seemed small, the food was very good at Trio. Our server forgot about us a few times (neglecting to bring drinks or check in about the meal), but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Probably just overworked. The atmosphere was nice, too, though it was exceptionally loud.

Food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the BLT soup. Yes, that's right, a BLT soup. But I did not care for the duck. It wasn't any special and I wouldn't recommend it.

Burger is usually good...however it was terrible and chewy tonight. The kitchen was out of my favorite starter; the mussels. Also, the waiter told me the specials. I proceed to order the entre, and he tells me its sold out. Drink order was incorrect & had to send the first two cocktails back. Usually a good spot for dinner, however tonight I'd rate a 2 out of 10. However your average sorbet dessert and waffle fries sustained my hunger. Wont be back anytime soon.

My cousin is 6 and she ordered buttered noodles and they bring her noodles covered in a white sauce with aged cheese, a lot of spices, etc. Not butter! Not something that a kid would like! Extremely bad kid options!!

Don't get the hype. Over priced. Our food was... Meh. we had the beef tartare and it was pretty gross. we could barely eat it. I know it's Jackson but it was a bit pretentious. Beer selection SUCKS!

OUTSTANDING MEAL & GREAT SERVICE!!! We made a reservation for a Monday night in Jackson Hole and were delighted with Trio as a truly wonderful dining experience! (The noise level was not terrible where we sat but was noticeable) Stacey, our waitress, was wonderful - knowledgeable about all the creative elements of the menu, attentive to small details, and so happy that we were happy with all our choices! Kudos to the chefs; we are from MA where scallops are highly regarded yet your rendition exquisitely pan-seared with morel mushrooms was perfection personified!

Beef carpacio was excellent! Pork chop had great flavor but was not medium as ordered...most of it was done medium rare but ate the medium and the rest was good the next day! Service was excellent for a party of 12! Food all came out together etc. Several of us commented that the duck and pork preparations were a but too sweet for our liking bit overall a solid restaurant in Jackson.
