Food was ok, service was ok.. I hate to say it but, ~~~ I've had better~~~.. even got a creme brulee for dessert.. and it was bland and, well yea, no fruit, no nothing. kind of like something you would pull out of the fridge cause it was prepared 2 days ago.. The prime rib was ok.. the best part of my meal wash the garlic mashed potatoes. Would I go back.. yes.. but for the price.. absolutely not.. Texas Road House is better.. I just wasnt a fan. Perhaps even teach your waitress to not put her hands on her hips when "helping" customers.. It was terrible, but wasn't worth the price.

We ordered Quesadillas, prime rib, a hamburger, fettuccine alfredo and potato soup. The food was outstanding! Our server was outstanding! This was the best meal we've had in a long time. Absolutely perfect!

Delicious food! This place had a nice cozy atmosphere, and they actually made the best lemon drop I have had in a long time! I ordered the chicken marsala and it was well cooked with good sauce, friendly staff. Would definately recommend!

I had a good experience overall.The food came at a descent time.The servers are nice,the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant.I ate by myself and enjoyed the experience of this place. Definitely the best time to come is during happy hour.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. In Gillette this is THE place to eat. High quality tasty food, great drinks, nice atmosphere. Yes Mom and Dad it does cost more than the average familiar restraint with frozen entries microwaved to order BUT when you work 12 hrs a day and want the best- this is it!

The only good thing at this restaurant are the garlic mashed potatoes, if you can get them hot. The worst Prime Rib I have ever had. We went a couple of times, thinking it might have been an off night, but it was disgusting both times. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

We were passing through Gillette Wyoming. We needed to have a good dinner after being on the road for 10 hours. My wife picked the Prime Rib Restaurant. This place is awesome. Joanne our waitress was phenomenal. Steak was above my expectations. We are going to be back next week.

Used Door Dash to order from here while passing through Gillette. Even though the order was through the app and all laid out, it was still delivered wrong. We somehow ended up with chicken, when no one ordered chicken. The bottom buns on all the burgers were soggy. There were fries on orders that didn't order fries. An extra salad tjrown in. Burgers were very plain for the price. The bacon wrapped shrimp was $14 and came with 4 shrimp.... Crazy price for what it was. Just overall a disappointment for the $100 and mandatory tip for the Door Dash driver.

Prime Rib has always been my “go to” restaurant in Gillette. Whether it’s a professional lunch with colleagues, a place for a nice dinner with my husband, or even a caterer for special events; Prime Rib has always exceeded my expectations. Staff is friendly and food is tasty. I highly recommend their stuffed mushrooms and of course their signature prime rib with their horseradish that will make you cry- literally.

Not a good experience. The people in the booth behind me were so Loud, I couldn't hear the waiter or my husband. I could have asked to be moved but didn't. Food was ok. We don't go out often so was disappointed in the quality.

Service was amazing. Our server was very kind and knowledgable of the menu. She promptly answered all of our questions with confidence and the food we received reflected that. We tried the Fried calamari appetizer and it was so delicious. The main course was also amazing. So good I forgot to take a picture. Great atmosphere and a lovely place to go for a night out. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were seated immediately. We were waited on by our server in a timely manner for drinks and appetizer. When brought our drinks he took our order which was two burgers and fries. We waited 45 minutes for the appetizer and then another 35 minutes for our food. Burgers were good for the price. Just seemed like we waited longer then we should've for what we ordered

I have given it two tries. Over a year ago I had gotten a steak or such with a reduction sauce. I had a reaction- I generally get with gluten or something with a lot of MSG. Gave it another try a couple weeks ago when I heard they had a gluten free pizza. I got the plain bone in wings and a gf pizza. (I don't generally have too much of a problem with shared fryer oil, just bloating, unless EXTREMELY dirty) Got my wings and ate some of them. The rest of the table got their food, mine was late because they dropped my pizza or something. By the time they made me my new pizza I was sick. I never got to eat the pizza because I spent the night throwing up. My husband ended up trying to eat the pizza. He only ate one slice. The gf dough wasn't good and sauce was flavorless. So eat at your own risk. I tried to like them but will never go again. I genuinely think the wings I got were bad. One person at the table enjoyed their fish, the other thought theirs was overpriced for the non-exciting steak they got.

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Gillette is not a big town. it's a mining town and not overly sophisticated. What the Prime Rib lacked in atmosphere, it made up in food and service. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly, conversational and efficient. Plus on Sunday they offer 1/2 price wine. So we splurged and got a bottle we would not normally afford. The food was excellent. My daughter said it was the best filet she has ever had.

At first glance I thought from the upscale building and the decor of the inside that this place was gonna be expensive but upon reviewing the menu I was quickly reassured that it was decently priced which was a bonus. The items my.family and I order were made to perfection, there was so much flavor we couldn't get enough and to add to the amazing experience our waiter was very attentive plus made us feel at home. I will love to come back real soon and will be doing so with a smile on my face ready for some amazing food.

Super good little homegrown place in Gillette. The company was buying dinner, so the ribeye and the oysters to start were really good, and the beer selection was good. My Canadian guest was pleased with Black Tooth brews, he'd never heard of them.
