Love this place. Best fish and chips in JH. Great bar food and SLOSHIES! Plus the deck and scenery are fantastic.
We visited in March and ate here for lunch everyday. The French Dip is the best! But we also enjoyed the nachos, pretzel, potato soup, and pork tacos. Love the Mini Caballo and Jackson Mule for drinks. The view of the slopes is great. And Jordan was the best waitress!!!
The location is absolutely stunning, and the view of the mountain from inside the Handle Bar is breath taking. We started out our meal by sharing the handle bar pretzel with cheese dip. The pretzel arrived at our table piping hot. I was really excited to try the peanut butter bacon burger, but when I asked the waiter why it wasn't on the menu he said they had removed it just two days earlier because they change the menu for the winter!! WHAT?!?! I went with the Heritage Turkey Burger instead and was underwhelmed. The fries were tasty and the burger was fine, I just had my heart set on the other burger!
Great apres skiing bar. When the weather is good, sit outside and enjoy the view. We saw a couple of moose wander across the slopes.
We liked the drinks and food at this place. Can be crowded during peak season, so get there early.
Slow service.
Upon arrival to the Teton Village, this is always the first place we visit to unwind from a long flight. The food is always great, it has nice views, especially if you are sitting outside, and it provides for a very upscale, yet casual environment. They truly know how to provide for a Four Seasons experience with a cowboy flare. We had outstanding service each time by Dan (3 occasions) and Micah (1 occasion). We also had an outstanding welcoming from Brandan, who we quickly found out used to work in our hometown of Miami Beach. Everyone was exceptional. Dan gave us useful local insight on places to visit that we might have otherwise missed during our stay – a special thanks goes to Dan.
You can't go wrong with having drinks and dinner outside at the base of a mountain. The seared salmon was very, very good and it was great to try whiskey from a WY distillery. And as you'd expect, the staff throughout the Four Seasons was friendly and helpful as well.
The atmosphere was the best, very energetic. We were able to get seated quickly. The patio had a longer wait than the inside. The food was a little disappointing. Best thing we ate were the deviled eggs. They are a must try!
Rib is good.
Very good but very expensive. The place to go for ski lunch. The truffle fries are great, the drinks are interesting and tasty, beer selection is really big. So check it out but be prepared to pay the price of a 5* hotel bar.
Best place yoy can go for drinks In teton village hands down
Delicious cocktails and smoked trout toast. Fois gras donut was good but more like a fois gras sandwich instead of a donut. The handlebar burger was good (not great). The fries were cold, stale, and pretty much inedible. Overall ok place, but not exceptional.
Tasty bar food with a twist at a reasonable price for the area. It's a quicker a la carte meal if you need as well. Highly suggest the sandwiches and the drinks. Can't go wrong here.
Very disappointing and expensive. Ordered the Crab Salad. There was a single, thumbnail sized piece of crab. I pointed this out to the server and she brought out some more, two teaspoons worth. Ordered Fish and Chips a couple of days ago and they served 3 pieces that were approximately 1"×3/4"×3". Cost ? $28. That did include fries.
This more casual restaurant in Four Seasons Jackson Hole offers great flavors and the serving team is friendly and efficient! They won't even laugh at you if you want to act like a tourist and hold your fresh, yummy handlebar pretzel up to your chin for a picture.
Great meal at reasonable price for being in a resort. Elk Nachos where the hot at our table.
Grossly overpriced food. The bison Burger tasted like a frozen Cheap hamburger. Also they have the audacity to Charge $26 for it. Will never go there again.
Must have a Handlebar Pretzel and a beer. Service is great and fast.
Excellent
Hostess was extremely rude. Showed up for my 1:15 reservation at 1:25, stated "You are 5 minutes late so I cancelled your reservation." The previous day my group spent over $400 here. For an establishment that charges double every restaurant in town you would think they could extend a professional courtesy.
Creative yet comforting menu. Good drink selection. A bit pricey for what you get though.
Well we were here yesterday and we re back today. The service is wonderful, friendly and cheerful. I mean genuine happy to serve and actually provide a great service. The food was also very good. Come enjoy the culture at the base of the mountain. Chowder , pastrami, snitzel, burgers are very good
Not bad for lodge food. Its a bit over priced for what it is but its at the base of jacksonhole so thats to be as expected. All in all not bad
Great place to warm up after skiing or snowboarding. Amazing friend and hot chocolate.
Great views of the mountain.
(Translated by Google) Good place to eat with a beautiful landscape to nature. (Original) Buen Lugar para comer con un hermoso paisaje a la naturaleza.
Location is perfect, right at the base of slopes. They have outside seating so it's a great place to people watch. Pretzel, chicken wings, and chili were delicious.
Great food, great ambiance and great service whether you choose a quick lunch or a drink après-ski
Wonderful food, but get there early. Very popular. Can see ski slopes through huge glass windows
Well let's start off with it's expensive. Other than that the food is really good if you are willing to wait 30 min for a table. I got a burger which was perfectly cooked but the blue cheese made it horrible and disgusting, I give it a four since I like the food but I give the blue cheese a -5 star.
Really busy and expensive. But to be honest everything on the slopes are. The kids meals are pretty good value.
If you like Malt Vinegar on your leg instead of on your fish, this is the place. Yes the server spilled vinegar down my leg, then didn't even attempt to clean it up. I informed our Waitress, expecting her do something about, and she did she retrieved another napkin. I should have been comped, but no that doesn't appear to be something their familiar with, I figure a bad public review is more becoming.
My friends and I were 5 mins late for our reservation and hostess immediately refused to seat us after spending in excess of $400 over the previous couple of days for afternoon breaks from skiing. We will give or business to more appreciative venues in the future.
Pretty slow service but great location
Amazing restaurant in every regard. The view, staff, cooks, food and homemade fireball left nothing to be desired. The best dinner experience to be had in Jackson Hole.
Great place for drinks and decent food. They carry all kinds of bourbon, whiskey, scotch and tequila all top notch. Local Brews are available as well. Just bring lots of cash it's the four seasons. I give it 4 stars because of the ridiculous prices. BTW the staff is well educated and very knowledgeable.
Menu felt incomplete, but enough to have fun with. My wife and I just ordered a bunch of appetizers and made a dinner of it. It was delish! Their wings were phenomenal, a rare occurrence outside of western New York. The Jackson Mulé refreshing!
Expensive for basically just bar food. If you don't mind the prices, it's a nice place and the food is good. Nice outdoor seating facing the slopes.
The food was lacking.... service lacking....
No dogs allowed on the deck. And there were exactly 0 people sitting on the deck. Unbelievable...
Burger, salad, 3 beers 2 glasses of cheapest wines on the menu and $157 later. No healthy options.
So much fun!
Beautiful bar inside the 4 seasons hotel, plenty of spaces to seat both small parties and large ones. Bar is small, but bartenders know their stuff!
Food tasted good but 20$ for a plain hamburger and 15$ for a bowl of chili was too much
Absolutely amazing. I finished my vacation with this very welcoming staff which ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you to Hannah our server as well as the management team and Chef who personally touched the table and went above and beyond to make a memorable experience for my family and myself! Thanks again!
Great food and drink, resentful service staff.
Great place. Good service. Nice people. Good beer.
I really liked the food and drink options at The Handle Bar. I thought that the nachos were great. There was a good variety of toppings and I liked the Elk Chili. They had a bunch of beers on tap and more. They also had a large variety of spirits. The only think that wasn’t great was the price. It was pretty expensive, even for ski town apres ski.
Indoor and outdoor seating. Decent size. Only ordered appetizers and drinks so cannot comment on food overall. They appeared to be understaffed at the bar so many people came and left without being served. Large tables for families and groups.
Great menu and service. Try the elk nachos and bison burger. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers outside while admiring the mountains. We still talk about the gigantic cookie tray of elk nachos and can't wait to visit for more.
“We save table along front for parties greater than 2” we were told. After we ordered they sat 2 there and broke the table apart and sat another couple (2 sets of two). Not a pleasant experience.
Excellent food, excellent bourbon choices, wonderful service
We came for the BBQ night. Ribs were over cooked and burned, salmon wasn’t cooked enough, brisket was fatty, we had quite a wait to get out food, and overall it just wasn’t very good. The Mac n cheese and corn were good. When we commented that the ribs were too dried out they didn’t have any others to replace it with so we went with the brisket but it was too fatty. The service was pretty poor as well, my husband complained about it and he never complains about anything.
We came here to eat and relax after a long day on the mountain. I typically never write reviews, but am tonight for one reason-our waitress Jamie! She was amazing! We were seated outside on a bustling outdoor patio, but Jamie treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant. She even got me a bag of ice for my wrist while managing to carry all the beers for our table! After a long day on the mountain the espresso martinis she recommended were exactly what we needed! We also ordered the nachos, pork tacos, and the fried fish. Highly recommend all three! The food is a bit pricey, but you are eating at the Four Seasons and paying not just for the food but the experience as well. We will definitely return! If you are looking for a great place with an awesome view of the Tetons to relax and get a beer after skiing, this is the place to be! The service is excellent (especially if you get Jamie!), the food is delicious, and you can’t beat the view! Cheers!
Wow! We came here twice: first time just needed a break for bathroom and water and Jamie took such good care of us just taking a break outside. Then we returned for late lunch as the smell was so good! I ordered butter lettuce salad and chimchurri prawns - both were excellent. Specifically I want to highlight the shrimp. I don’t think I ever tasted such perfectly cooked shrimp! Hubby had elk chili and it was great as well. Our waitress inside was Emily and she was super nice! Yep, her super power is gentle niceness! We really had “four seasons” level of service.
Great place
Excellent spot. Bring your appetite! Good food and multiple spirit options for the thirsty in your group!
Slowest service ever. Come here if you want to waste 1.5 hours waiting for food instead of skiing
Decent
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Worst Bar Experience i've ever had. My girlfriend and I waited 15 minutes with a crowd of people at the rope to get in. Staff waited till 11 on the dot to let us in which is a rare thing among hospitality that's not good... When we got to the bar with a rush of people we sat down 2nd. Bar tender greeted first people, walked by us next to the third group... Not a single great to us or drink order until I started to stand up... Hospitality was awful. Cool with me the next bar tender we encountered got his tip and the bar tenders tip from Handle Bar. Really stunned us to have that happen in Jackson Hole...
Great food and atmosphere!
Went here after a long day on the mountain. Was seated at 4:20 on the outside patio. At most, half the tables were seated waited until 4:40 until finally I got up and got our own water from the waitress station. Waited another 5 minutes and went and asked if we could be served. Ended up not ordering anything. Poor service
Love everything about this place! Lots of local beers, great/creative menu options, and fantastic views. Staff was super nice.
Very nice bar with ski in ski out access. Prices are high but it is in teton village so if you expect otherwise you are nuts. Good food, great whiskey drinks, and flasks of fireballs to go for the mountain!!
In America a pint is defined volumetrically as 16 ounces. If I'm paying $8 dollars for a 'pint' of beer, please don't serve it in a 14 ounce thick bottomed glass. It's an integrity thing. No big deal. If the Four Seasons is really in need of an extra dollar just ask, but don't scam.
Our server was fantastic, food was good. 2 Stars for the rude hostesses who lied to guests about table availability.
Great selection of food and Drinks. Can be a little crowded around lunch time. Well worth the wait.
Excellent view of slopes and an even better Mac-n-Cheese.
Setting oudoor is gorgeous, a bison burger, a mussel, beer $60 and none of the food was that good, burger was undercooked rawish inside...rather greasy options. Heard from others the pretzel and the nachos are good.
Been here in the winter and in the summer and the drinks are great and the views are incredible. Nice being right next to the slopes too!
Great food at the Four Seasons resort
Great food .I really loved the Elk Chile. A great place to catch a bite after a good days ride
Fun! Food was meh!
4 stars because of the prices here. But otherwise, awesome Apres ski bar/restaurant. Tables outside and inside. Great views of the mountain, and right next to the Teewinot lift. Moscow miles were tasty.
