You have all the feddbacks of real people who used the products of Jeffrey\'s Bistro (Restaurant) near to the state of Wyoming.
Currently this business receives a score of 4.6 stars over 5 and that rating has been based on 224 reviews.
You must have seen that the average score it has is nearly the highest, and it's based on a high number of opinions, so we may conclude that the rating is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to give their score when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to write feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant belongs to the category of Bistro.
Jeffrey's Bistro is one of the most reliable restaurants in Laramie. One can always count on a well- made and well- served meal here. Their dishes are always well balanced in terms of their seasonings, and they are always hot and fresh when they get to the table. The servers are all circumspect and professional, and they knife the menu very well. It's always a pleasure to eat here. You never feel rushed, and you can always linger at the table enjoying the conversation.
My wife and I visited June 28th. We shared an excellent salad and split a main course and dessert. This was no trouble to our very attentive waitress. All 3 courses were outstanding as was the whole experience
Stopped at Jeffrey's Bistro based on the reviews and enjoyed the most AMAZING grilled cheese sandwich and salad!!!The sourdough bread is freshbaked and melts in your mouth along with the melted cheese, tomato, and red onion. The salad is huge and the mustard dill dressing is delish...I wish this restaurant was in our town because I would go there everyday for lunch, but we will make Jeffrey's a definite lunch stop any time we pass through Laramie! Ambience and staff are spot on and more than a 5 star rating!
Pros: Friendly staff, great background music, flowers on the table, lots of gluten free and vegan options at a great price, and slaw worth calling your mom about! (I literally called my mom to tell her about the cole slaw). Cons: Almost 1000 miles away from where I call home :(
We enjoyed our dinner here
Very nice place. Recommend it.
I friend and I, both meeting from different parts of the country, met at Jeffrey's Bistro, in Laramie. We enjoyed a clean, comfortable atmosphere, excellent food, and excellent service. We were able to enjoy a couple of hours of catching up and work, with no pressures to hurry and with the support of the staff. I highly recommend Jeffery's for the quality of food, service, and atmosphere.
Great staff, our waitress Kloe, was fantastic! Food is very flavorful and I am never disappointed when I come here.
Super enjoyed Evan's (the server) suggested choices when I stopped there on a cross country motorcycle trip. And I greatly appreciate them promptly mailing me the scarf I left behind. Thanks
First time there really good
Very nice place
Every time I come to Laramie for business, I made it a point to stop for lunch or dinner at this great place! My favorite meal is the Gorgonzola Pecan salad and Pot de Creme for dessert.
The wait staff was very friendly, but somewhat scattered in thought and practice. The food was excellent!
Love the menu, service and wine selection here. Great place to find with friends.
Great service, good food (fresh, local). Vegetarian and vegan available.
Good food and great atmosphere
They have really good soups and bread. It has a cozy setting and healthy foods. It is more vegetable based, so if you are looking for meat then probably don't come to Jeffreys. Their main dishes are over priced, but their half sandwich and soup is an alright deal.
Mushroom and Swiss sandwich on sourdough was great, but not a big fan of the coleslaw.
Nice ambience. Good menu. Been here only twice, ordered a salad both times (the Bombay spinach). Two things that I usually never do - 1) ordering a salad, and 2) ordering the same thing twice in a row. The items the other people at the table ordered we're good, too.
A Laramie classic! Good food and nice service. They have many vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free items.
Excellent food. Service with a smile. Great soups and sandwiches that are gourmet.
Disappointed. The best part of the meal was the almond covered brie cheese. The rest of the meals were small and ordinary.....or weird.
Great location, friendly service, and the food was delicious. Ordered the Brie with toasted almonds appetizer and Thai curried chicken with bananas entree and both were excellent! I definitely recommend stopping here.
Favorite locally owned restaurant
They don't do reservations which means they're not busy during super busy weekends. Which is lucky! Great selection of wine and beers and great food
Pretty good meal at a good price. Super nice staff.
Excellent food, one of my favorite lunch places.
This was NOT an American Cafe. Everything on the menu is Thai something or other, hummus, Asian, Mediterranean etc. Nary a burger in sight. No beef at all actually. Pretty sure the ratings are from local yokels who don't know any better. Read the menu before you spend your money!
The food was so fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very personable and it was obvious she enjoyed her job and took each customers satisfaction personal. The restaurant itself was very clean bright and welcoming.
Great food, but it took the hostess 10min to seat me, and then I sat for another 20 just for her to take my order. If service was a bit more snappy that would have been 5 stars but because I felt like I had to wait for long periods of time I gave them a 4.
Excellent food for years and years and the best desserts in Laramie. Please support Laramie small businesses like Jeffrey's.
One of my favorite places in Laramie. Always great service, really good food that is unique and different than your everyday burger and fries. Highly recommend.
We came here after visiting the geology museum at the university. It's a great little place! We were particularly glad to see that they had a variety of vegan dishes (our kids are dairy-free), especially macaroni and cheese. We will definitely be back!
The waitress was very nice and respectful to allowing us girls sit and chat. She checked on us regularly but never made us feel rushed. The salad was amazing!
The service and the food were amazing! The lemon bar was the best I've ever had. Definitely will be going back!
Good service, Great food, nice atmosphere.
Best food in laramie hands down!
Based on one visit. Only ate the cherry chicken sandwich which was very mediocre. It was t bad, I ate the entire thing, but I wouldn’t order it again.
Menu is of amazingly diverse cuisine. Busy kind staff attentive to our table of 2 & overall, but a man at another table waited about 5 mins for a return visit. Flavors in my Indian dish were muddled.
Friendly service willing to adjust menu items to suit preferences. Excellent soups and sandwiches plus full meal items at moderate pricing. Diverse menu and diverse customers in pleasant corner location of downtown Laramie
The best sandwiches we've ever had anywhere. Great service and okay wait time. Wish we lived closer to come again but definitely will when we are passing through.
We stopped here for lunch. I had soup and salad. Wife had apple pecan salad. Clam chowder was amazing. Lots of clam pieces, fresh and hot. I had the red pepper dressing on my salad. It was a nice change for me. Coffee and tea were fresh brewed. Opted for the chocolate Diablo tart for dessert. Nice bistro, very fairly priced, seats about 40. Dessert was excellent although I think it was a food service dessert. Super clean including restroom. Very attentive service. One hostess, one waitress, 3 kitchen staff all did excellent.
Had a great experience at this bistro! Friendly staff with a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered sandwiches and they were delicious. The other items on the menu also looked very enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and flavor.
if the food is good or vice versus, but it was bland and unimpressie. We tried this again today, after waiting 15 minutes and realizing that everything on the menu was over priced, we left.
Passing through Laramie and hoped to find something healthy for lunch - this did the job!! I recommend the eggplant, peppers & mushrooms dish - yum!
Food is AHmazing. Katherine was super sweet and attentive. The Greek mac & cheese, stirfry with scallops, 2 Ciders AND desert was delic & less than we spend on just two dishes at any other restaurant. LOVED this place. We've been touring all over the country and this is best food we've had to date. 10/10
Worth the wait
Complex yet balanced minestroni. Jap cheddar roll: extra fresh!! Def going back next time I’m in town.
Love this place. I'm from out of town but every time I visit family in Laramie I want to go here. Lots of options for vegetarians, and everything I've ever tried has been delicious. Super nice staff, too. Can get busy/crowded at standard meal-times but that only tells you that the locals love this place too.
Great salad! Large enough to share! The flavors were well balanced, I had one with scallops in it, I would eat it again, definitely!
Delicious food, large menu variety, phenomenal desserts! The staff was friendly and attentive. Will be returning!
Really interesting dishes and many vegetarian options
One of the best for an eclectic menu, just don't be in a rush.
Delicious fresh food, warm inviting atmosphere, and friendly staff! Highly recommend even for picky eaters!
Great, healthy and tasty food. A good place to relax with friends and family. Not a good place to go if you are in a hurry or you want a steak. The huge salads are my favorite entree.
I’ve been coming here for many years and they never disappoint. Awesome food and terrific desserts. Happy to back once again
Love this place. Unique and consistent for years
Great service and seasonal beer! Love their vegan and vegetarian options. You get great taste in a healthy meal! The black bean burger is my fav!
The food here is high quality. The staff is always great. I've not a huge fan of their menu however and the food isn't all that tasty.
The best black bean burger in Laramie.
This was amazing! Very accommodating; they let me have vegan mac as a side. I got a stirfry with tempeh and the flavor was out of this world, and everyone else liked their food, too! Nice inside feel. I'd definitely come back another time.
I've never had anything I did not like here. The staff is very knowledgeable and is by far the best place to eat if you have Celiacs or a gluten allergy. They know about cross contamination and do their best to prevent it.
This is such a gem in Laramie. The food is always delicious!
Great food, super nice and clean restaurant, and fantastic service.
Outstanding! My new favorite restaurant in Laramie. We asked about options for my son's soy alergy and we learned that they bake their own bread without soy lecithin. Wow! My son hasn't been able to eat out in years. I got some sort of grilled cheese with turkey and pesto. Delicious food...happy staff.
So far as dining experiences in Laramie goes this is one of the nicer, quieter places. It is conducive to a weekday date night or even lunch with a few people. The food is good, just not fantastic. For the prices they charge in comparison with other restaurants in town you'd expect it to be better, not just 'fine.'
Great ambience and service. Portion size makes sharing full special a treat.
Yummy!
A slightly higher priced restaurant, but with healthier choices that most in the area.
Great soups, big salads, nice beer selection. Thai burrito is fun. Black bean burger is to not to be missed.
Amazing homemade soup... Everything was great and reasonably priced.
Friendly service and great cherry cobbler!!
Service was great
Consistently good food, good service and nice upbeat atmosphere.
This is the best resturant in Laramie. Great selection, which is rare in Laramie.
This is one of three tofu restaurants in Laramie :) But there's lots of other stuff too, if someone in your party prefers non-tofu food. Try a grilled hummus sandwich! Salads are unique and large. Desserts change daily, and there are daily specials too. It's all made to order. Sometimes have to wait to be seated...but it's all good! Grab a seat by the window and watch the world go by on a chilly evening...
The food here is excellent, with choices you don't find anywhere else.
Tasty eclectic menu. Nice tables and views. Great service and value. Nice window seats with views of historic downtown Laramie.
The menu is awesome, not the same old same old. Food was so good and our server was so fun ( wish I'd gotten her name ) The male server had the coolest shoes and was kind enough to try to figure out where he got them! Great lunch today
Nice quaint bistro. Food and service were good. Desserts were delicious. Food was pretty slow coming, but that might have been out of the ordinary.
Poorly trained staff, slow, not enough staff, and out of items on the menu but everything else was okay.
This is a really nice, clean, and friendly place to eat at with friends or family. Awesome food if you want to try something different and tasty. Portions are perfect.
Waited 20 minutes to have our order taken. Went else where instead.
Food was ok
Great food. Variety menu. Great people watching Windows for downtown. Good service.
The food quality is always first rate and the selections are varied. One of our favorite places to eat in Laramie.
Jeffrey's Bistro has some of the best food you can get in Laramie. Everything from the soups, sandwiches, to the entrees is excellent. Wonderful atmosphere too! Sometimes the service can be a little slow, but that's only because everyone knows how good it is and they're all eating there as well
Always good food in a very pleasant setting.
Great fun place to go! I have to eat GF for Celiac. I do not worry about cross contamination when there. Delicous food. Great staff!
Don't ask for ranch dressing... everything is made from scratch. Massive salads and great sandwiches.
The Jambalaya is phenomenal! Great flavor with some spicy kick; filled with bell peppers, tomatoes, sausage, noodles all in a Cajun sauce! The prices are a little on the expensive side, but everything there was fantastic. I'd also recommend the coconut/key lime dessert, it was delicious!
This place was wonderful, the waitress was fantastic and the food delicious! We will come back for sure!!
Great food. Good place to stop with kids. Like the hearty bean soup, avocado sandwich.
Driving through on our way home to Texas. Such a great menu, gluten free options were a hit with mother-in-law, two teenagers ate out of their comfort zone. Everything was delicious: stir-fry, bean soup, jambalaya, and simese chicken! !
Amazing good, great ambience.
Food was delicious
Excellent food and service. Very creative!! We will be back tomorrow
Great place to eat. Friendly staff.
Best cuisine I have had in a long time. Eat here for excellent staff and food.
The kid loves their mac n cheese. Food is always fresh and good. Service is great.
Overall, we really enjoyed our meal here. Both of our sandwiches were very flavourful. I had the days special, Kim's California club. Dad had the grilled mushroom and Swiss. Both were made with wonderful fresh bakery quality bread. Their cosmic coleslaw was delicious, but be aware that it is made with a vinegar and oil dressing, not a creamy one. We shared a slice of the Double Chocolate Malted Tart. I thought it was delicious but very rich, and I was glad that we shared it. Dad felt that the crust was too hard and wondered if it was over cooked. We would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a nice lunch while in Laramie.
It is always great food. The waitress are always very nice and eficient.
Amazing, clean eatting food that melted in my mouth. The service is exceptional!
Very good food, excellent service. Highly recommend
Service great. Dessert fantastic. Great find!
The menu had so many intereseting dishes that we had trouble making up our minds. I would go back if I were in Laramie again.
Wonderful food, warm atmosphere, excellent service! One of my favorite restaurants in Laramie!
Decent food, my salad was HUGE, enough for 2 people! I'd definitely visit again!
Remarkably creative and good menu, especially for a small town.
Wonderful food, I am SATISFIED ... lots of vegetarian options, made fresh, great dessert. Will be coming back my next time passing through Larimie ... thank you Jeffrey
What a find. Who would dream of finding outstanding Cajun recipes in Laramie, WY? The waitress recommended the Jambalaya and I am so glad she did. Fabulous cream sauce over pasta. Some of the best I’ve ever had! The space is equally nice with original brick walls for atmosphere. If there is anything to warn you about, if you go to Jeffrey’s in the winter, you might want to wear a sweater. The cold Prairie wind can blow through the door but that is a minor deal. The food and the staff will warm you up plenty.
This place is a Laramie staple; they've been on that corner for more than 30 years, and you don't stay popular for this long without doing something right. Seafood specials and creative dishes, I love their siamese chicken with broccoli and peanuts. Always busy, but never a long wait. This is my favorite place to go to lunch with my Mom.
We came here for dinner after a long day on the road. We got here late, less than an hour before they closed, and they served us with nothing but grace. I had the spring roll salad, and it was fabulous. The dressing has a bite of heat, so be wary if that's not your thing. My Mom had the Bombay salad and my daughter had the Greek mac and cheese - they raved about their meals. We appreciate them accommodating so close to closing time, we have friends in the area and will be sure to recommend they come here long after we leave town.
Favorite place in town to eat! Brought my out of town family here and they are hooked on Jeffrey's as well.
The clam chowder is s Friday late lunch treat.
By far the best and most interesting food in town. The Thai Burrito is unique. Also, the servers are great.
I come here everytime I pass through Laramie, food is always good.
Unique and delicious food. Always love eating at Jeffrey's.
I was a bit hesitant to visit this restaurant because of mixed reviews. Plus my son is s meat & potatoes kinda guy. We decided to give it a try. We really enjoyed it. The food was good & the service was great! Will definitely return.
We like eating here, typically there is no wait or very short wait time. The service is good and the food is good. In particular we enjoy the large bowl salads, they are a full meal and very filling.
Interesting food but really good. Slightly different than the usual fare. The night we were there, there was only one waitress for 10 to 12 tables. So service was a little slow but understandable.
pretty tasty
We met at Jeffrey's for a pre-graduation dinner...It was fabulous! It has a sophisticated menu and quant dinning area. Everyone in our group ordered a different meal and no one was disappointed. They have a very friendly competent hip staff knowledgeable on their FULL menu and specials. Highly recommend Jeffrey's; fine dinning, not burgers or pizza!
Wonderful food
Amazingly good and wonderfully healthy! Everything about this place is top-notch - the service, the food, the chefs, the ambiance... I wish we had discovered it earlier in our visit to the city. It is indeed the Best Kept Secret in Laramie!
Jeffrey's is and always has been my favorite place to eat in Laramie. Wonderful traditional and unique food and a very comfortable, positive ambience.
Food was delectable, service was awesome. Can I give 10 stars? Well done!
Black Bean burger was amazing.
Great food
Love this place. Great food and quick service.
Small and cozy. There is something for about everyone on the menu, vegetarian included.
I've always viewed Jeffrey's as a fusion restaurant in Laramie, Wyoming and they delivered on that at my last visit. Their Oaxacan BBQ chicken sandwich was deliciously spicy and the adobo jack Mac with sunflower chorizo was absolutely scrumptious. Overall a little pricey but definitely worth it.
Great little hole in the wall with a quiet and calm atmosphere. The pecan tart is to die for. Everything else however not that great. The shrimp and grits was horrid. A mix of what seemed like a quarter cup of shrimp and grits with a cup of under cooked veggies with cayenne and lemon juice. The wait staff were nice when they weren’t two tables down on their phones and eating.
Great place to grab lunch
It is not deli food. I was very disappointed they didn't even have ranch for my salad. Also one waitress was not dressed appropriately for a work place. The food was not that pleasing either. Very over priced for us as well. I would not recommend.
Delicious avocado sandwich & slaw, but the best part was the excellent service from a friendly & professional waitress. In terms of ambience, it was noisy, but the waitress graciously lowered the volume on the music.

I love this place. Great eclectic blend of food, always prepared perfectly.
