We are from Indiana, so finding a good place to eat for cheap with 8 of us is very hard to do. We waited an hour for our food, which it was not busy what so ever. People that came in after us, got their food before us, and left before us. Half our food was cold, the other half was extremely hot that we couldn't eat right away. None of us got drink refills. One of our food then proceeded to have a hair in it. We waited 20 minutes for his food. When it came out, it was the wrong sandwich.After that waited another 20 minutes for his right food. Throughout the restaurant, we keep hearing "I'm sorry". Our waitress never came back to check on our food. Once the food was down she walked away and never came back. Our kids meal was supposed to be 1.99, which after 20 minutes of waiting for her to come back she finally took our check. None of the checks were the right price and they planned on charging us way too much. The only thing I have good to say about this place was the sandwich that was wrong we did not have to pay for the check. After having to talk to the manger for 10 minutes.

I ordered some fried pickle spears for an appetizer and a Cajun burger, Tazmanian Devil, with fried green beans. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend if you really like Cajun spicy food... lots of options. The service was really warm and friendly too. Awesome place for lunch or dinner.

Fathers day afternoon about 2pm. Softball tourney in town and two teams there when we got there, so they were busy. 2 servers on our side of the place and three other young girls that didnt do much of anything but chat and play with their hair. 35 minutes from taking our order to getting our food. Had to flag down a server from the bar side to get a refill of coffee. Assistant manager Jacob was running his tail off- to bad the rest of his team was dead. This was my second time at Humphreys. First time (year and a half ago), the food was good but the service was mediocre at best. 3 burgers and one coffee: $35 Jacob needs a better gig- Humphreys needs a major overhaul.

Best place to eat in town. The manager Destany is the best! The owners have put considerable effort into decorating with sports memorabilia. The “Pants on Fire” is my favorite burger, it’s dipped in a buffalo sauce. Try substituting pepper jack cheese if you don’t care for blue cheese. You will not find this burger anywhere else.

This is most definently the best place to eat in gillette. I can't imagine why the people who commented low stars did. I go back once a month at least and ive never ordered the same thing twice. So many selections and the best food you can get. I reccommend a "in your face salad" it was great!

I wish I had more than 5 stars. The staff is incredible from the second you walk in the door, the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable! The food is DELICIOUS, it’s well priced and you really get a lot for your money. I was just stopping through town with my sister and decided we’d try Humphrey’s. We both loved our food and are SO glad we did! You won’t regret eating here!!

I hadn't been here in 19 years since I left Gillette. I told my family we were eating there when we were in town for a softball tournament. I definitely talked the place up. Have to say the menu has definitely grown in 19 years. In fact, the entire family found the menu overwhelming. Luckily, none of us was disappointed with what we ordered. Have to say I was worried after I talked it up and saw the HUGE menu. We were a large party and were seated immediately on a Saturday night. In fact, the place was very quiet. The wait staff did a good job. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The service was slow, the dinners were cooked then left on the counter, took over an hour and a half to get, some of our food was dropped and had to be redone. In all, this was the worst place we've been to in a long time. This used to be a favorite place but the last 2 times we've been there it hasn't performed up to our expectations. For 6 people eating none of our food was all eaten either. Would not recommend it to anyone, and we are locals since 1968.

Mid-afternoon lunch was fantastic! Ribeye steak sandwich was incredible. The menu is large with great variety. The atmosphere is nice and family style, although there is certainly the capacity for large groups and sports nights. Overall, this restaurant is a must on your stop through Gillette.

The food was quite decent as per usual, the disappointing aspect was the addition of nickel and dime tactics. Some sauces are an extra 50 cents, some sauces are an extra $2 each, want two more tortillas for your $18 fajitas?, that's an extra $1, want a slice of pineapple for your $12 chicken sandwich?, that's an extra $1, you came on sunday and the bloody Mary's are half price, not if you order a virgin one. I understand it sounds petty, but with absolutely no warning, written on the menu or from the serving staff, finding so many hidden convenience fees which had never been there in the years before leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Ate dinner here while staying overnight in town on a cross country trip. There's a large selection of food and drinks. Some of them I found myself wondering how often they get ordered - in other words, how often they turn over their stock/inventory. I stuck with chicken as I figured that would be fresh. The food was fine. Nothing special. We had pretty poor service, I must say. Our waitress was extremely disinterested and was not attentive. If I find myself in Gillette again, I will try some place else.

Food is good, depending on the what you get. Alcohol drinks taste different every time I've gone there. And do the hostess and waitresses not believe in pants? It's kinda gross when you can see their hooch thru their leggings.
