There was a plastic tab from orange juice in my food that I ended up chewing on! Cerviche from the seafood buffet. I was given a sincere apology. I thought maybe my coffee would be on the house, as a condolence but no.

Not what we have experienced in the past. We have gone here in the past for their sea food buffet. They raised the prices changed to a more common Land and Lakes. The service was OK but for the "experience" of a 5 diamond resort was not impressed at the stains on waitstaff uniforms on the floor.

We love the seafood buffet, always a interesting mix of entrees to chose from. The American Club in fall/winter time is beautiful as well.

We had a great breakfast here with my wife and a friend. They had very nice waitress that was very polite and was able to tweak our orders with our special requests. Food was delicious and more than I could finish. They gave us coffees to go when we left also which was really nice.
