The breakfast buffet food was cold with undercooked bacon, the buffet was not in a steam table. The wait staff ignored customers, we asked for coffee 3x with no result. The place was dirty and no one had any action to clean, because the wait staff was too busy chatting with each other. Nobody was tending to the fresh omlet station to even make any!

Absolutely no customers, waitress was not really sure of the items on menu. Breakfast served partially raw and the fruit was extremely old, dried out and tasteless. When the waitress was informed, her only reply was "sorry" ?!

Eaten here several times. Most of the time it is okay, but nothing to great. Do NOT eat the fishfry. We tried it and my wife and I got extremely sick within an hour.

Tremendous food (Breakfast is Dynamite!), generous portions and great atmosphere. We've eaten here weekly for last few months and have never been disappointed. Keep it up Watertown needs more restaurants like The Spot.

Went for fish fry buffet which the fish selection was terrific, but the salad bar was no bar , just a salad and their potato pancakes were basically hash browns shaped into pancakes and fried. They also had 4 selections of fruit.

Pepe is kind. Definitely come here for the atmosphere. The food is decent, some menu items are better than others. However, their brunch is really good, always has a great selection of food. I've never come here and gotten a cold plate of food. Unlike some other restaurants here in town, this is always freshly made.

Don't rely on the pictures of the food here! The portions are HUGE for the prices! My friend ordered apple cinnamon crepes which were delicious. I got a southwest skillet which came in a large bowl. We need to come back (and looking forward to it!) to experience the unique menu even more!

My family of 5 were traveling and decided to stop and eat at this restaurant. Not many customers inside. The service was EXTREMELY SLOW!! Took 20 minutes just to get our soup before the meal(cheesy enchilada) and it was a cup of refried bean soup with half a boneless chicken breast plopped in it. Terrible. And the main courses were disgusting and even though all of us only ate maybe half our meals, we were up sick all night into the morning. Don’t get the lemonade either, looked and tasted like dirty dishwater. Horrible to say the least. I strongly recommend going to the family restaurant across the street or just keep driving to another establishment.

Looks a bit dark and plain from the outside but had a real welcoming and comfortable feel once inside as they had a 60s radio station playing. Had a great big Breakfast. It was really empty at 7am. It's really hidden behind the MacDonalds, the tinted windows didn't really help in figuring out that it was a restaurant either.

We ate here midday on a Wednesday and the place was empty....I have no idea why. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced, our server was great too! You won't regret a meal here or at the spot in waukesha

Is there a minus 1 star? I'm here right now and we have been waiting nearly 45 minutes for our meal. Poor waitress constantly apologizing. Only about 4-5 tables of customers. Will not return. And much longer and we'll be walking out!!!!!!

The food was good and the service was friendly, if slow. The biggest complaint is lack of explanation/signage that Sunday breakfast is buffet (only?). I'd have liked to order off the menu but that wasn't an option (no breakfast menus were given) however other diners ordered breakfast entrees while I was dining, so it was unclear. Also the buffet price wasn't listed and we never got a bill. If I was less conscientious, I'd have left without paying. I had to stop at the register and ask to pay. The food, though, was good and no one was rude, so if you know "the drill" this place isn't bad at all.

Went on mothers day, food was decent fast accommodations to our group. My only complaint is they charged the amount for all my kids ages, 3,6 and 9. I feel my 3yr should have been a lower price, $11.50 for a 3 yr old to eat seems overpriced.

We came close to closing time. We were reluctant to try it with the mixed reviews and hardly any cars in the parking lot. However since it was close to closing is probably why the lot was empty. I had the club sandwich, my boyfriend had chicken fried steak dinner, and his daughter had a cheeseburger. We were all satisfied with our food and service. Definitely trying this place again.

Pretty good service and a nice variety for the Mother's Day buffet - I personally thought the breakfast section of the buffet was better than the lunch. We had their corned beef dish on St Patrick's day, which was very good. I would come back again.

Do NOT get the mozzarella sticks. It looked like they bought smoked string cheese from the store, covered it in a tortilla, then tried to fry it. The roast beef sandwich was ok, but not worth what we paid for it. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
