We have been coming to the Dells for years, but this is the first time we have tried this fine establishment. We got the brought burgers that were to die for so mouth-watering not dry overall one of the best burgers ever. Great place for the entire family to enjoy themselves. There is indoor and outdoor eating. Sitting outside is wonderful there's an amazing view of the river and so much scenic beauty it's a hidden gem.

So So Great!!! Food was great! Price was even better! 46 dollars for a family of 4?! That is something a good restaurant can’t really beat. Whether you’re a cheapskate, a tourist, or just a person who enjoys food, you will love at least SOMETHING here. (P.S. they’re burgers have a place in my top 3 favorite burgers

The views are spectacular and the server was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the brat chips were inedible, tasted like they had been refrozen several times. The ladies room was unable to be used as there was no toilet tissue anywhere. The decor is beautifully rustic and worth a stop in for a drink for the scenery alone.

Okay place with nice river view. Wasn't too busy when we visited but outside the seats were all taken along the rail by the river so we sat at another table. Shortly after a table by the rail opened up so they cleaned it up and allowed us to move there. Food came out within a reasonable time. It was decent enough and I can't complain about the food we had. But the service left a bit to be desired as we finally gave up waiting for the bill to be collected (I was paying via credit card) and just went inside to find our waiter and pay. Washroom seemed small for the size of the place but thankfully for the mens room not line and available. Overall a decent place and perhaps they are just use to people just lounging around so not in a hurry to get to you?

This was an interesting visit here, we started with 9 of us having a few drinks while on their deck visiting and enjoying the river view. We were joined by a few nephews and cousins, more drinks and a couple hours of pool. Not a shark amongst us, but a great time. Last year, about this same time, the Packers Summer tour bus stopped here at the Pub for lunch. Our teen grandkids had a blast eating in the aura around the 4-5 tables that the Packers we at eating. Those big dudes can put away a lot of calories.

Food was very good with good prices. Other than that not much good to say. Service was horrible. We're told because of being very busy and understaffed. Half the tables were unoccupied and wait staff were standing around most of the time. 1 hr 45 minutes is not acceptable on a slow night.

This was the worseeeee experience!!! I am a black female and I was disrespected and discriminated against because of my skin color by the bartender by the name of DEON!!! I was told to leave by the bar and go outside while I was there waiting for a friend and it was either I go or he leaves his job. I am also a J1 student. He was veryyyyyyy rude !!!! And I would never recommended anyone going here especially a person of color. I had even bought food while I was waiting on my friend so it wasn't like I was idling. I truly believe he needs to be fired because of his actions.

We had a large group on a Monday evening. We did not have to wait for a table at 6:45. The outdoor seating had a nice view of the river. The staff were all friendly and accommodating for our large group. We were immediately supplied with an abundance of water for the hot evening. The menu is simple, something for everyone. The food was good, not exceptional. As regular visitors to the Dells, we would go back because of the location and ease of getting a large group in.

This review is strictly for management. We just had dinner there tonight. We had a new server. She was very nice but did not have a enough help, Staffing seemed very limited. She asked how her meals were and we felt compelled to give her feedback on our salad since she was new and could have informed future customers how hot and spicy the Asian salad was along with being very saturated with dressing. She apologize profusely and got us a side of coleslaw which was fine. We waited a long time for our meals and a long time for our checks but did not complain about this. Could she pick up we were frustrated ... very possibly. She was in tears when she went to get our check and was telling another worker or manager about us. The other person came over and very loudly said please don’t yell at my server about the salad. We explained we did not yell ( never raised our voice) we were giving her feedback when she asked us. Her response was very inappropriate, was not the way she should’ve dealt with the situation. Management train your workers, inform them about the menu and hire people that can take feedback and share with management. We had no issue with her and told her it was our fault for not reading many more closely . It was obvious she was being over-worked for being new and you were understaffed.

We found this bar/restaurant by accident and LOVE it!! Not only do they have a restaurant that faces the beautiful Wisconsin River, but an outside bar as well. Service has been great both late at night and during the day. The food isn’t anything spectacular, but our server Erica, did a great job checking in on us and making sure that we had what we needed. We will come back again for sure!

If you are looking for a restaurant and are considering River Walk Pub, then you are coming for the view and little else. Like the name suggests the restaurant has an expansive view of the river and river walk. The food selection is limited and quality was nothing special. Think small town pub.

Excellent food and large portions. Friendly, fast service. Beautiful view from patio overlooking the Riverwalk. Interesting lodge-style architecture. Free parking lot, just over a block from downtown Dells on River Road. I highly recommend River Walk Pub.

Awsome! We got a pizza sized soft pretzel with nacho cheese dip. It was big enough to share for a snack between 5 people. A very nice establishment with gorgeous decor.

This place sucks. The kitchen was a hot mess, took forever to get out the alright food. The service was the worst. Now I understand, the messy kitchen wasn't his fault, but he could have atleast tried to make up and offer us more drinks. But nope, I had to sit there, thirsty. We even ordered an appetizer but it never came out. Our waiter asked us if we wanted it AFTER our food came out. So, don't waste your time here.

The Hostess asked if my Service Dog bites we were seated and waited forever for drinks and was told that my Service Dog could not eat anything. When I asked for the manager she blamed the issues on them just taking over on Sunday. Not my issue. I told her about ADA rules she knew NOTHING about the ADA. Its not a good place to eat either. My son in law ordered a burger and it a hockey puck. My daughter ordered pulled pork. Well let's just say it was terrible. The owner was putting J-1students down. They are her backbone at this point. Terrible all around.

Everything we've had here is delicious. The menu is a little limited. The service was great and quick, but the servers did seem stressed and hurried. Rustic wood themed interior with sports pub atmosphere. 14 beers on tap. There is a nice patio with outdoor seating on the river.

We just added this restaurant to our list of tourist traps in the Dells! It took forever for us to get a server to come greet us and take our drink orders. Then it took forever forr the food to come out which included the appetizer coming out at the same time. The food was cold and the house chips were soggy. Everything was so bland! The hostess and the wait staff were all so confused about open tables and the servers assigned areas. The hostess never bothered to greet us when got there nor did they thank us for coming in as we were leaving!

Five stars for the views and service! At past visits the food was unimagiative or boring. This year they've improved it a lot. More variety than regular bar food, worth going back for. In good weather, definitely sit outside to watch the river.

Good food, but the worst service! Do not bring large groups here!!! We Called days ahead advising there’d be a group of 16 coming in. We all asked for separate checks at the beginning (most of us have served) Not only did they not split it, they didn’t know who ordered what & tried to blame their system (..) we almost got charged for the table next to ours food as well.... luckily we caught it first. Long story short a 30-45 minute mess ended with us wanting to leave so badly, I paid it all on my credit card & went home to split the check myself for everyone in our party. Not a single dollar comped or drink offered.... it was the dinner from hell & a Bachelorette party buzz kill..

Clean, pleasant atmosphere, nice selection of good tasting food, and positive waitstaff. Bar is well stocked and has a nice variety of domestic and craft beers on tap. Seating can be found inside or outside depending upon your preference.

Nice environment great food! Nice view from the outside however the mosquitos are horrible. Also ordered wings was given little celery ordered another order of wings and received no celery. When I asked waiter told me they were all out... We had no wait time and was seated immediately. I will be going back when I visit again just please have more celery lol

So amazing at the River Walk. The inside is decorated with the northern rustic style, typical of a north woods lodge. The views of the upper Dells Wisconsin River is breathtaking. Enjoy the river walk that winds along the river, allowing glimpses of the Upper Dells rock formations on the river. Watch boater and wildlife. There are plaques depicting the history of the area sprinkled along the walk. Plenty of outdoor door seating overlooking the river. Full bar service outside on the deck, inside- or grab a beer at the bar and head outside to the lower seating area. Full menu and of course a Friday night fish fry! What else do you need?

My family went there for dinner tonight and got seated right away. Then, we waited almost ten minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Two different waitresses and the hostess walked past during this time and said nothing. So needless to say, we got up and left. The icing on the cake was the same hostess said, bye have a good night. Unbelievable. Won’t go back there.

This is perhaps the best kept secret restaurant in downtown Wisconsin dells. It's located a black off Broadway so I'm not sure too many people from out of town know about it. The food is everything you would expect from Wisconsin bar and more. The drinks are really good especially their bloody Marys.

Usually excellent service and good food, but yesterday I felt invisible. Got a menu, was told I had to go to the bar to get a drink, meanwhile someone tried to take my table, and then no one took my order? Someone did take my menu however. The atmosphere and views here are incredible. The service is attentive and pleasant. The food is average and nothing to write home about. They have a good selection of beers. It is within walking distance from really anything in the old dells. I have been here several times and would recommend it to others.

Out door seating on the deck and on the ground. Very spacious. Limited menu selection but the food was good. I would eat there again.

Only 2 good things here, the cold beer and the italian beef sandwich. I had the new york strip, while it was cooked right it was WAY underseasoned and for what it cost I could get a much better steak just about anywhere else. Service was mediocre at best. Will probably not return.

After waiting for a 1/2 an hour for drinks it still took 15 minutes after asking him about it. We ordered food well over an hour ago, and now it is raining on us outside. He was quick to get our order, but he's only stopped by to provide drinks. I'm amazed this place is in business, and feel bad for the owner - things look nice and the location on the river is good

My new husband and I had our after party for our wedding at the River Walk Pub and it was perfect. We had our DJ set up in the outdoor beer garden and had a wonderful night. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We will always stop by when we are in the Dells, they were fantastic.
