went to Richard's the other night for their all you can eat chicken wings arrived about 7:45 was told to be an hour and a half wait at 945 still nothing while I watch 1 man devour at least 12 plates of chicken wings I wonder if you need to tip the people in order to eat never going back ever again. place was near empty when we left and when we asked how long it would be another 15 to 20 minutes I don't know what you got to do around that place to get some food but apparently it's not show up. they should just charge you a cover cuz aparently they expect you to have 4 or 5 drinks before you can eat food.

Usually go there Thursday night's for wings, well today it was terrible. Almost all the wings had feathers on them.. and if it wasn't a big feather that is easily seen and could have at LEAST been picked off, there was little hairs, probably feather hairs sticking out of the sauce. When brought to the staffs attention we were told "oh that happens sometimes" umm no I have never seen that and it was gross and it was handled very poorly, will not be going back there. It's one thing if It was just 1 wing, but the majority of them that I saw? Disgusting who wants to eat wings that have feathers stuck to them or hairs sticking out of the sauce? Not me.

This is a very busy restaurant because the food is good. Dining room layout need some attention kind of awkward seating. Lots of parking handicap access entrance and parking. My food was delicious good portions reasonable price for Friday fish fry here in Wisconsin. A little bit out of the way to find.

We made a reservation for 5:30, waited 30 minutes to get our drinks and order our food (they weren't even that busy), then proceeded to wait 50 minutes until finally breaking down to ask a waiter how long, he told us 15 more minutes. Three tables that came in after us had already been served food by then. We then proceeded to wait 25 more minutes until two of us got our cheese fries and burger, then about 5 minutes later the rest of the party got their wings. Food wasn't even worth the wait. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A FRIEND, or even a stranger. At one point we all debated just leaving and going to Taco Bell, this place was ridiculous I will never be going back, ever.

My fiancee and I love this place, I took her here for our second Valentine's meal, and it was absolutely fantastic. The Prime Rib is to die for, and I would absolutely recommend this place over most other restaurants in the area. This restaurant is in my opinion arguably the best supper club in Central Wisconsin.

This was our first time tonight, and it was awful, waited 40 min. The waitresses wete rude. We both had 3 pc fish and fries. The fish was only warm. The fries were so brown and greasy and soggy. Had cheese curds and they were square with a strange coating, they were discusting. 40.00, for the worst meal i have had. Got home and had severe abdominal pain and the runs after. Yuk !!!

Best salad bar and great fish fry! Also love the prime rib and crab legs! Best crab legs I've ever had on a buffet. The grilled asparagus option is phenomenal. To avoid a wait be sure to make a reservation!

Fun place to go to. Everyone is very nice there. They have really good food. They also have a bingo night which is a lot of fun. They have daily specials as well. One place I would recommend going to and trying out.

Went for the all you can eat wings yesterday and was thoroughly disappointed. It took us 3 hours to get our first batch of wings. We were still hungry but couldn't stay any longer for another batch. It's pretty sad when other tables who came in after us got three batches of wings before we got our first. Not to mention the nephew of someone who works there getting their wings first and for free. I will never be back. There are other near by establishments who will appreciate the business more.

I really liked this place before. I dislike giving it a bad rating however, I was extremely disappointed by the waitress, I think her name was bonnie. I might as well as went and had supper at king buffet. The servicing waitress not only lacked general service skills but she was rude on top of it. She delivered our food and when we asked for additional condiments she rolled her eyes and kinda stormed away. She never came back to check how the meal was or never to check if we needed refills etc. If you tried to talk to her she acted like you offended her. The restaurant has great food and usually the staff is always friendly, but for the distance driving to this place and the risk of receiving such bad service again I will probably not go out there again. Too bad

Gotta start out by saying. Richard's has one of the best buffets. Thursday's for all you can eat wings. And Saturday for the $24.00 dollars all you can eat prime rib and snow crab. But that's just the start. So get out the Richard's restaurant and bar.

my company's steak was really skinny, overcooked, and over priced.. no better than a breakfast steak that was really well done.. I had really talked up this place, he was visiting from MN. he ordered the steak and lobster... both were small, and he complainedto me. I was super disappointed, and a little embarrassed.

Thursday is AYCE chicken wings for $5! This month's special flavor is salted carmel pretzel ~ yummy!!! Hubby and I tried 4 wings each: salted carmel pretzel, Richard's zing, Caribbean jerk, sweet and spicy, and garlic parmesan. All were delicious and went well together. Our server, Kate, took great care of us and kept our beer and wine flowing. The Packers vs Seahawks game was about to begin so we got outta there to give space to the football freaks, lol! We'll be back! Monday: BINGO Tuesday: $10 pizza with unlimited toppings, liver & onions Wednesday: fish fry or 2 meals for $25! (fish tacos, pastas, chicken, tenderloin, haddock, etc. plus salad bar!) Thursday: $5 AYCE chicken wings (see above review) Friday: Fish Fry and salad bar Saturday: Prime rib / snow crab!!! Sunday: $9.99 brunch 10:30-1:30; $16.99 dinner steak/lobster!!!

I visited Richards for the first time this past week for AYCE wing night. Now I totally expect with that it will be very busy. However the service was not the best. We were seated for several minutes when a very large table came in. That table had their order taken before we even were asked about drinks. Their wing policy is also kind of rediculous. If one person orders naked wings, everyone gets them. No splitting check at table over 6.

Rude and arrogant staff. Food was mediocre compared to places around. Would not give my elderly grandpa his birthday discount because it was not his birthday for a few hours. My whole family was eating and they wouldn’t honor a discount on his meal only. The discount would have been less than 5% of the total bill. We will never be back due to the rude staff to a elderly man.

Waited over 1 hour and 50 minutes for chicken wings. Seems they try and have you sit and buy drinks FOREVER. Wings are excellent, but not worth the wait. Could have gone to the grocery store and then went to WalMart bought a fryer, drove to Minocqua and fried them myself in less time. I'm disappointed in Richard.
