Had been to this bar on several occasions, until today when they decided they no longer accept my ID. I'm 24 years old, have drank at that bar on multiple occasions, but will never again. It's embarrassing as someone who has been able to legally drink for several years to be denied at a bar even after showing the bartender and the manager multiple forms of school IDs, work ID, and credit cards. If you are under 30 years old and don't look old for your age, I wouldn't recommend trying this place.

I am a delivery driver and often spend 30+ minutes waiting for orders. I earn around $20 an hour so if I wait 30 minutes I lose at least $10. I tried talking to the manager who basically told me he did not care and that I was not a priority, this means the guest that ordered from him was also not important to him. That is simply not good business. I have not encountered this same attitude at other locations, so this review is not on quality of food or the chain but rather my experience with this particular manager.

The service was adequate and friendly. The basic burger with fries and pickle spear for $10 is becoming standard fair. But they do have a variety of meats you don't see everywhere. This is sports bar with 30 beers on tap and 27 are Point brews. Plenty of TVS to watch with friends or ignore your family.

First time I ever came here today. I sit at bar with friend. Bartender comes over and ask for drinks and rudely toss menus at us. Then doesn't even come back to take our order. After about 10mins of waiting to order food. He probably walk by 2-3times and doesn't even acknowledge us. So i just left.

Pretty pricey for a burger joint, and there are better burgers to be had. I like that they try to keep a large beer selection on tap, but to be honest, I'm not terribly impressed with Point's beers. And their rotating taps are nothing to write home about either. If the prices were lower, I could visit more often, but I really only go when other people ask to.

Fast table service with friendly wait staff. Visited once on a visit to Milwaukee and decided to go back on a return visit. Super beer selection including Stevens Point brews and other options. Outdoor seating options too.

I really want to love this place. I just... don't. The service is awesome, the place itself is cute. But the burgers are BLAND. Also, medium is medium, not raw. The food is just so, so bad. I'm sorry, guys. I ordered jalapeño on my burger last time, too. It's just the beef is MEH. I think I'll try one more time, maybe order a different protein and see if that helps. I hope so.

My first time visiting, it was really good service. An arcade is also a very good quality place to visit after eating. The food was amazing. The servers were very polite. The burgers are the best part of the menu and are great for people wanting to create their own or try different meats, the wraps unfortunately aren't that great compared to the burgers. If you are wanting to get an experience try one of the shakes because they're thick and delicious! Overall it's a good experience, the drinks are a little over priced and the wraps aren't great, but go for the burgers and shakes!

This place is always busy so, if you're looking to avoid the crowds, you're really going to have to work at it to get here. Because it's always busy, it is sometimes hard to get your servers attention which makes it somewhat irritating during sporting events to get your next drink or another appetizer. Besides that, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Also, the game room is mostly well kept as well and, because I am almost always traveling with my 2 kids, we spend a good amount of time in there too. It's a good place to bring your whole family and/or your friends.

Also a tap Miller light is $4.50? That's way high. I understand for the microbrew but for a domestic, your making $2 on every beer.

Unfortunately I love the idea of this place. I have been sick twice my wife once and now my brother in law right after eating here. My kids love the games and the atmosphere but service lacks. Then as I said before we got sick after eating here. I hope they can get better so I’ll be able to come back. As for now we will be taking a break from this restaurant.

Casual dining experience and my kids absolutely love making their own burgers. Be aware the mozzarella sticks are wrapped in a wonton wrapper. Waitress Anna was very dry and seemed annoyed that she had to serve us. We thought she made a joke about wanting to go home when we tried to order more beers but then 5 minutes later she came back saying she was leaving. So clearly wasn’t.

My only feedback is that the Udi's gluten free but started falling apart - I've found that toasting the bun helps to keep it together. If this is an option to do, you might consider it

Hello, To whom wants to listen. Tonight we had a party of 7, 6/7 wanted a shake, one was alcoholic. We all ordered the shakes and a few moments later Jena (server) said the custard maker was empty and it would take 20 minutes to make. The table was willing to wait. A few minutes before our food came out she stated she was still working on machine and hopefully it be done by the time your done eating. Before we finished she came back and stated that she couldn’t get it to work. As a former restaurant manager I would not allow my employees to break down equipment until the last guest was served. I know it’s a pain, but than you need to have in your menu, after 9, we will not serve shakes. You lost out on over $30 in shakes. Super disappointed since we love the food. Please just communicate to staff.

A group of friends and I go here to celebrate the end of semester twice a year. Earlier this week I had a pretty bad experience that ruined this place for me. We showed up around 830 with a large group of about eight and we didn't know if more were coming. It looked like we completely inconvenienced them and they were not happy we were there. The demeanor of the hostess was complete look of disgust and "why are you here". We waited for a table for 15 minutes while they "cleaned off" some tables. While we waited the "manager" walked up and asked what ward going on and the hostess told him they were getting a table ready for us. So then the manager pulled out his phone and started scrolling Facebook at the front desk. After we sat down finally we saw that there were, not joking 50 empty tables through out the restaurant. Very unprofessional and not welcoming. It's sad that a few lazy people can ruin the experience for all.

It pains me to give a 1 star review but that was my experience... I hope that management reads this because there should be changes made to the menu. I went here Friday evening to give this place another try after a negative experience a year ago. I was thrilled to order the impossible burger for dinner and a side of haystack onion rings. I really hoped things improved here. After waiting on my husband to decide what he wanted to order, I told the server I wanted the impossible burger under the specialty burgers which is still on the menu today as I look at it... He said they were officially out and would not have them anymore. That was the reason I came here in the first place. They need to remove it from the menu online and at the restaurant or put a note out there stating they are out until further notice. There is a large population of individuals out there who select restaurants based on the ability to eat select items such as this one. I almost left but it was late and we just wanted to eat after a long week. I actually planned on having a side of haystack onion rings and getting a burger on the way home. I found out that they recently discontinued the haystack onion rings and have regular ones. I was over it and just wanted to eat at this point. I ordered the portobello melt and couldn’t finish it even after cutting it up. It was so difficult to chew and not pleasant. The onion rings were not good. I wish I had my money and time back from this visit. I regret giving this place a second chance. The drive to Sobelmans in Milwaukee would’ve been cheaper and more delicious. I don’t recommend this place. The only positive remark I have is that our waiter was nice.

I drive past this location and the Milwaukee location ALL the time but finally decided to stop here in Pewaukee today. We ordered carry out, we had no idea it was a sports bar/game room type of atmosphere. Honestly expected it to be like a burger frozen custard type place. I ordered a Cajun grilled chicken sandwich and my girlfriend ordered a veggie burger with fries. Our food was ready in about 15 min as they stated and everything was pretty good. The only thing I noticed was that my grilled chicken had a so no Cajun or spicy seasoning on it at all but I could live with that. I’d recommend and def return though.

My Granddaughter who lives in Nashville sent me a Hamburger for my birthday. Point Burger instead sent me a Cheeseburger. When I called Point Burger they read back the order. a Hamburger with no lettuce Tomato or Pickles. I told the lady that I am allergic to Dairy and there was no way I could eat this. She told me to take it up with Uber Eats there's nothing she can do. I strongly would not waste my money with Uber or Point Burger.

If you like Craft Beer on tap...cheap! The staff is super helpful too. Just tell them what type of beer you like. Give them what you usually drink and ask for something similar. They also love giving you a sample before you order. Deanne is the best at this.

We all ordered the shakes and a few moments later Jena (server) said the custard maker was empty and it would take 20 minutes to make. The table was willing to wait. A few minutes before our food came out she stated she was still working on machine and hopefully it be done by the time your done eating. Before we finished she came back and stated that she couldn’t get it to work. As a former restaurant manager I would not allow my employees to break down equipment until the last guest was served. I know it’s a pain, but than you need to have in your menu, after 9, we will not serve shakes. You lost out on over $30 in shakes. Super disappointed since we love the food. Please just communicate to staff.

The food was good, the service not so good. We ordered a malt and they didn't bring it with our food. We had to ask the server three times before we got it. Was that a deal breaker? Nope, i like a good burger.
