I went to Plae Bistro last evening for dinner. The food was amazingly delicious, I had the Wagyu Truffle Burger with the Baked French Onion Soup Crock. They were happy to accommodate my special dietary request. The server, Tim, was inviting and friendly. The service was quick. I will definitely return. Excellent experience. I would give more than 5 stars if I were able.

The food was really good! The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was pleasing to the eye. While the food was good I think the service and atmosphere were the star of this restaurant. I probably will return and it is a higher end date but won't break the bank! This is a great restaurant!

Really good food and atmosphere!! The bread board that they gave to start the meal was fantastic. I ordered the eggplant burger with the kettle chips and sour cream dip, so so good. Pineapple sangria was a hit as well. Waitress was so sweet and fun.

Table service has always been good. Food is great. Accommodation for elderly and handicapped super, just tell hostess what kind of seating you need ahead of time. Always make reservations, but Tuesday early aren't too busy. Love it!!!

Always great service and drinks! Love that they have a seasonal food and drink menus along with their staples. You can eat at the bar which is convenient, but recommend a reservation if you would like a table.

Really Good burger, substituted buffalo burger. Excellent waiter, other staff seemed to be very inexperienced. No water for 5 minutes after seating, trying to make eye contact to ask to be moved (prior to getting water), impossible, directly asked a waitress who was nearly running away when we were clearly trying to get someone's attention said, go to hostess. Really? I waitressed my way through college, someone needs to help these ladies with what service means. Again, waiter was good, my sister's dish was missing a key ingredient, he made it right and went above and beyond on a couple other asks.

Great atmosphere and good food. I like the fact that they support local businesses by using their products. Had a large group of 13 and they placed us in a private room I'd recommend this place to a close friend. Vegan options are also good here.

We were staying across the street, so this place came as a god sent. However, the food wasn’t good. The menu is ok and the wine selection is good. But, the meat tasted like unfrozen meat, the sides were pretty bland, and the service is underwhelming considering the price.

My wife and I went last night for our anniversary. One of the best meals I've had in a long while. Started out with the lobster mac and cheese. The touch of truffle oil made it beyond unbelievable. I had the seared ahi and it was outstanding. My wife had pasta with scallops and it was excellent as well. Green Bay is lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber.

Went here to try something new. I don’t normally write reviews but this place was absolutely terrible! The service was slow. My boyfriend did not like the drink he ordered and asked if he could order something new instead, the waitress informed us that he could get something new but would have to pay for the one he didn’t like. He just sucked it up and drank the one he didn’t like.. we then ordered the Plae Burger; hands down the WORST burger I’ve ever had in my life!! I couldn’t even get through two bites. It tasted like chloreseptic spray for when you have a sore throat.. i would not recommend this place to my dog, just saying

Starts off with a complimentary bread tray with two breads, tapenade, flavored oil, and a lemon chive butter. Off to a great start. We ordered the pecan encrusted scallops which comes with some kind of cheesy bacon asparagus risotto. Honestly this was the highlight of my night, absolutely incredible. We had a great Friday night out! We didnt have a reservation (645) and were able to be seated quickly. ERICA was a great server! We had good mules and a GREAT dinner! I had the Grouper special with bourbon sweet potatoes- YUM ! Hubby had the shrimp and sausage pasta-- what FLAVOR!! Oh and the crostini special (short rib/mushroom) YUM!! Very nice place, fun atmosphere, friendly staff, great layout and variety of seating. The food choices are very accommodating to many tastes. Just couldnt give it 5 stars. There was just some details that were lacking though you really cant go wrong dining here.

We are from out of town staying at the hotel next door. Checked out the reviews which were favorable so decided to check it out. Service was great. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was delicious. We also ordered the lemon angelhair pasta with chicken. The pasta was awesome, but I personally did not like the taste of the chicken bits. I would recommend another protein choice if you like.

Wonderful atmosphere and service from the staff. I would recommend making sure that you have a reservation, it is a popular restaurant and it wouldn't be all that strange if you arrived and there was no immediate seating available. All the food here is delicious and there's enough variety for everyone to find something that they will like. It is a tad bit too dark in the restaurant for my taste but that's a small issue when compared to the variety and taste of the food and drink on offer.

The service was 5 stars, the food - 2 stars, resultant 3. I had the house specialty burger and it was very heavy, greasy, I only enjoyed the bun and the pickle. The bacon was weird - it was very tough, tougher than jerky. Onion soup was made with a cheese that wasn't gruyere and beef broth was lacking flavor. On the bright side, Pam was a lovely bartender and I had a good time.

Would easily be 5 stars if you have plenty of time to wait. I went on my hour lunch, just me.. and had to wait 10 mins to order, 25 before food arrived, which left me 5 mins to eat. The food was good. But I couldn't enjoy it at the restaurant.. I had to scarf down my soup and reheat everything else. Would definitely recommend the food though. Plae Bistro has and will continue to be in my top 3 best restaurants in the Green Bay Area. The quality and flavor is always there. However, I am giving them a three star review for not reviving the same portion as you would if you ate inside. Tonight was the first time I placed a pick up order. I have ordered their faboulous Grilled Apple & Pear Salad countless times. But when it comes to their pick-up orders, I would not recommend for what they charge. I was charged $16 for a salad (no protein must I add) that was less than half the size than if I would of ate inside the restaurant. Definitely not worth it.

Upscale yet affordable, Plae Bistro offers creative American cuisine featuring locally sourced, seasonal menus. Great sharable appetizers also can double as a lighter meal in many cases. Nice selection of daily specials plus a main menu of insanely presented burgers, sandwiches, wraps and main courses. Portions are bountiful. Service is fast, friendly and helpful. You will not be rushed once seated. The bar is well stocked with a wide variety of local brews, spirits and a very helpful wine list. Open ceiling concept with some acoustical engineering make the buzz level present but not overwhelming. Reservations are recommended. If you are an avid follower of restaurant review sites & apps, you'll find Plae Bistro at or near the top of best places to dine in Green Bay. This time those reviews are spot on. Stop by and enjoy!

Great service! My food and drinks were brought over promptly. The lobster macaroni and cheese appetizer was scrumptious. Food portions are big enough for left overs. The desserts tray was so hard to pass up so I didn’t! I ate the better than sex cake, or more like I inhaled it. They also have happy hour so my brandy old fashion sweet was a double!
