The Hody located in downtown Middleton is the perfect place to grab a few cold drinks. Low key blue collar place with a lot of room to sit or stand at the bar. Plenty of TVs at the bar to watch a game. I have only drank there so I can not comment on the food. Drink prices are reasonable with daily specials. Good selection of beer and liquor. There is usually live music on Friday and Saturday nights with no cover charge. Pool table, dart boards, and shuffle board as well along with other bar games. It can be very noisy and loud when there is a band. Plenty of room to dance if you would like. Huge downstairs to rent out for meetings or private gatherings.

Good times with good friends. Food was good for bar food but nothing special. Drinks were nicely priced and mixed drinks were very good(especially the Bloody Mary's, which may be the best I've ever had). Good atmosphere for watching football on Sunday!

8oz Burger (Rare) w/fries... Awesome burger and fries! Very impressed that the lady at the grill served my burger and was concerned whether or not it was too done. There isn't too many places that really worry about that. I will definitely stop again.

Went for a local band event and it was severely understaffed to host a venue. The bartenders did what they could and were hustling, it was not their fault. This was an under sight by management and poor business decision. Patrons were waiting 10-15 minutes or more to get a drink. Most I talked to were very displeased.

The bar itself was fun and the drinks were made well. This however is a caution for others using their credit card. I was there the first week of June and again at the end of July. My credit card info was stolen in early July then again a couple of days ago. I cross referenced where I used my two different cards and this was the only place that came up. I called the bar and they indicated they've received numerous calls about other patron's cards being hacked. Even employees were stating their cards were hacked too. This is one of two things: 1. Someone internally is providing this information. 2. Their system has been hacked. If their system was indeed hacked and the fact it was almost two months in between my accounts being hacked leads me to believe this has been going on for well over two months. Why nothing has been done is shocking to say the least!! Stop accepting cards until you get this figured out and make your customers aware of this!! To not say anything and keep letting this happen is appalling! Think of how many people this is impacting and how much of an inconvenience it's causing. It's disappointing to know they are aware of this but still openly accepted my card the second time. A lost customer as well as family as it's happened to them too.

One of my favorite bars of all of Middleton. I hadn't been here till recently cause I moved away. But I moved back lately and had to return. Great bar food, always friendly staff, and best of all are the free bands. Great place to chill watch a band and hang with friends. A great all around atmosphere. I would recommend the Hody to anyone who likes to have a good time.

They serve alcoholic beverages and in great quantity, great news! Visited twice now, and pretty sure my tab was larger than it should have been both times, but giving them the benefit of the doubt because....well...alcohol.... Third try, I'll make an effort to keep track of what's ordered/drank via an alcohol pyramid....aka we stack and gather empties so my simple self can do math (Spoiler....folks there are great, cant wait to go back)

I never knew this place was there. Definitely accurately described as a bar and grill. Drinks were very reasonable and it appeared to have typical bar food. Caught a show there and had plenty of room for all the people and dancing. Shuffleboard, skeeball, and other games too. Appeared to have plenty of locals. I had fun.

I've never had food here. They have creative music and strong drinks. There is a strong local presence here. Many regulars. There are also a sad I'm gambling machines and the back that seemed constantly busy. The live music that they have draws a huge crowd. We've been there on weekends when you can barely move its arm-in-arm.

The decor was cool. I searched google for a "dive bar near me" and this place was came up. This is a college bar, not a dive bar. Bartender was nice enough when she wasn't chatting up the regulars. Most of my service came from the cook surprisingly enough. Ordered wings to go. They're breaded... No mention by the menu or staff. My only meal for the day was a spicy, slimy mess. Make sure you want to hear non-stop hip-hop if you decide this one.

The Nachos were very poor and the band they chose for tonight was more like screeching microphones as if they are new to using them, music too loud and can't hear the singing, also the songs they chose they are out of tune and butchering the songs. Probably will never go back there even thou this was one of my favorite spots also will not be recommending them anymore
