It's a thing you have to do. Decent sandwiches and sides, insane servings of ice cream. It's casual with outdoor seating but a nice summer stop. There are a lot of motorcycles coming in and out so be aware. It's a nice place to bike watch on a sunny afternoon as you enjoy your food since it sits right in the middle of some nice Kettle Moraine scenic roads.

Great place to eat during spring and summer! I love that you sit outdoors and enjoy your meal! Huge portions especially with the Cedar Crest ice cream they serve and their cheese curds are by far the BEST that I’ve ever had! They don’t accept card or check so luckily there was an ATM at the local tavern next door! Great place to go with the family! 10 stars!

I’ve been hearing about the Hamburger Haus for years and finally made the trek to Dundee with my family and some family friends. It was a perfect summer night and my toddler was happily entertained in their kiddie area while the husbands waited in line for food and ice cream. The line was quite long — they probably waited in line 25-30 minutes — but the food was delicious and the Cedar Crest ice cream portions were beyond generous! A baby cone is a double scoop anywhere else. The asparagus fries appear to be a limited item and were delicious. Onion rings, cheese curds and burgers all great as well — burgers are not massive but tasty, and besides when you’re eating that much ice cream for dessert who needs a 1/2 lb burger?! Worth the trip and worth the wait in line... will definitely be back!

I cannot tell you how much we love the Hamburger Haus. I'm so sad that it's only open seasonally :( The employees were kind, friendly and helpful. This cute food stand/mini restaurant is wonderful- the food is really good and the ice cream is of perfect portion. If you are with kids trust me get the Baby and have two or three of them split it- that's a lot of ice cream!! The one scoop was really like ten scoops but that's totally fine- it's a really good deal. We got our large order of food within 10min which was reasonable considering it was a Saturday evening and we went with family. The location of this food stand is perfect, it's right by a couple lakes/state parks and by the Tiki Bar in Cambellsport which is right down the road, not even 3 minutes away. Not to mention that the cheese curds here are the best I've had so far in Wisconsin!!

This is such a quaint little place in Dundee Wisconsin. They get so much business especially on week ends due to ppl camping in the area. You can also hear the roar of motorcycles going pass. The best hamburgers around! Can't forget the delicious Cedar Crest ice cream!

We've been often and will be back. Please understand the Haus is small and limited by their size. But if you're patient and don't mind eating outside at picnic bench the burgers are great and the baby cones are huge and the single dip has gotten too big for me. Cedar Crest ice cream and it is very good. Be prepared if you order a single cone or anything thing larger!

We love this greasy spoon! We stop here every year when we go camping at kettle moraine. Be sure to bring cash... they don't take plastic. More ice cream than anyone can eat in a sitting! The baby size is equivalent to what most places consider a medium waffle cone! A great value!

Line was out in the street. Food was good, prices were very resonable. The ice cream cones were ginormous. They were served in a waffle cone and scoops were about a pint each. Will definetly be back again. No wonder people were waiting in long lines.

Reasonably priced outdoor restaurant to stop for a burger, chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings and ice cream (big portions of ice cream). Fun to eat outdoors on a picnic table before or after a walk at one of the state parks. And the bonus - clean restrooms too.
