Was a pricey and crowded but the food and cocktails were AMAZING. didn't give 5 stars because it was VERY dark in the restaurant... Like just a hint too dark for comfortable viewing of the menu EDIT: Went back recently for all night happy hour on a Wednesday. I work in the service industry (bartending and serving for over 7 years) and have never been so angry and annoyed at the bartender! She didn't even acknowledge our presence for over 6 minutes (yes we looked at the clock, this is not an exaggeration)... I understand they were busy BUT someone who sat down 4 minutes after us got greeted and given a menu before us AND the bartender took time to ham it up with the ladies next to us, while never even giving us a "hey I'll be right with you" or "hey here's a drink menu be back in a minute or two". We walked out very displeased without being greeted and went someplace else.

Honestly my experience was less than satisfactory. I opted for the meatball and cheesy bread for an appetizer both of which were delicious! Then a pasta "flight" as to try more than one for an entree. All three pastas I had were very bland and tasteless. I think this place is overpriced for pasta. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the bar area was beautiful but the overall quality of food failed to live up to expectations especially for $35 just for pasta.

Pasta flights!!! Need I even say more? I came here in a group of 7 (reservation made in advance) and we had a nice table in the back of the restaurant. We ordered the garlic bread for the table and it was excellent! It comes with a marinara sauce for each order. For the pasta flights, I tried the Amatriciana, Mac and Cheese, and Pesto Pasta. All of them were delicious but I do have to praise the Mac and Cheese because it far exceeded my expectations! The pasta is fresh and made in house. The only downside was how long our food took. Our reservation was at 8pm and we didn't get our food until closer to 10:00pm. Other than the long wait, the service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I would rather have a wait knowing that the food is fresh and well prepared rather than just having standard restaurant microwaved pasta. Parking can be very difficult around Brady Street on a Saturday night but we eventually found a spot not too far away.

Although the piccante fell a bit short in terms of flavor, the carbonara, lasagna, and mac were all expertly crafted. For a pasta fix, Dorsia is hard to pass up.

I tried to call to get a reservation and I even said, "I know it's a little late but could I make a reservation for 8 or 8:30 perhaps?" and the guy on the phone paused for a second and then just giggled uncontrollably and then hung up. Ended up having to go to Barcadia instead, but was able to convince my date it was still Dorsia.

I had Chicken Alfredo, the noodles here are all home made I am told. They were delicious and the Creamy Alfredo sauce was tasty. The Chicken was Very Good to! It was grilled and served on the side! Mix it in or eat separate. Very busy and active croud on E. Brady St. Casual dress is fine. Bar and restaurant are cozy and very appealing, newly remodeled and modern. Lots to do in this location, many places in walking distance to visit and check out.

The pasta was good. We went down town to have dinner at Mimma's and saw this was what replaced it. Its definitely a different feel, more trendy, less cozy and intimate. Kinda feels like a cross between a nightclub, a restaurant, and the Gap. I'm sure it will probably be a big hit with the Brady street hipster crowd though.

Excellent food, friendly staff, original cocktails! Definitely recommend doing a pasta flight. You can do 2 or more pastas for a flight, up to 4 to a board they are served on. The duck carbonara is amazing as is the lasagna. Honestly, it all good! The wonton mozzarella sticks are great because they arent egg roll size like most places they're standard mozzarella stick size youd expect so it's not just all cheese.

When they first opened I was disappointed but never since. It has been great!!! Best happy hour around. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The service is terrific. The owner really cares. He comes out to talk with customers and truly tries to guarantee the very best service and food. Love the pizza, appetizers and pasta. A must!

The pasta was over cooked, almost mushy. The sauces had way too much cream in them and lacked seasoning. I was expecting really good food but it seems this place was over hyped or they were having a bad night. At least our drinks were good.

I loved the concept of the pasta flights. You can try a bunch of their dishes without having to commit to one meal (my personal dream!). Only issue I had was we were four people and we were sat at this tiny hightop that did not allow for the food and drinks to all fit. I feel like I had to bus the table myself each time more food/drink came out. But the food was fantastic and I will be returning.

Solid place with good drinks and good food. I had chicken parmesan sandwich, which I thought was definitely good, and my wife had the Rodeo burger, which was even better. Pizzas at other tables also looked tempting. Nothing crazy fancy, but as a chill spot with good foods and drinks, it doesn't disappoint. I'll be a repeat customer.

Fantastic Italian place! The pasta is amazing, and I've tried pretty much all of it! The best part of Dorsia is the pasta "flights". They allow you to try 3-4 small portion different pasta dishes on essentially a wood board. So if you're indecisive like I am that's a god send! The service is always good and you're on Brady St so bars are all over if you want to have a drink after dinner! Highly recommend Dorsia

Excellent meal and service. Unique way to eat and share pasta meals. Especially if you are not sure what meal to order! We ordered a flight of 4 pasta's and an appetizer for our meal. For three of us to share, this was perfect. If you are a big eater, order a 2nd appetizer or dessert! Our waiter was great. We went during the week and did not need reservations, however it is not a big place so I am sure reservations are necessary on weekends. Would definitely go back.

The food was amazing. Had taste and flavor. Did not disappoint. However, the service was atrocious! Had reservations for 5 at a specific time and did not get a table. We were told to sit at a high top and wait for a table to open, but the staff forgot to even seat us after tables were cleared. We had to ask the staff "what is going on with our reservation?". 30 mins after we were seated at a table, we did not receive waiter service all night. Poorly run. Even though the food is really good not worth the the lack of service and attention to it's clients. Pass on this restaurant.

My first experience at Dorsia was great, the servers were incredibly friendly, quick and accurate with our orders (what more could you ask for!?) Since it was our first time, we were on the fence about ordering a flight of pasta or just individual entrees. We decided to go with the Alfredo and the Linguine w/ Clams and they were both amazing. I personally added some extra veggies to the Alfredo and it was a great addition. Overall I was super happy with the service and quality of food. Will definitely be visiting again.

I've been here twice and have gotten the pasta flights. The music is upbeat and more like cocktail lounge/clubby in the evenings...which I personally like, but multiple people I have talked to about it did not prefer specifically the volume of the music. I thought it made the atmosphere more interesting. The pasta is homemade and many of the ingredients come from the kitchen's own garden. I was happy with everything I ordered. And their brunch has Frose!

Went here for dinner, had terrible service and often had to signal servers other than our own to get help. My order came out wrong and when I asked for it to be remade my friend ordered a glass of wine. The glass of wine took so long that we asked to cancel it. When we asked to speak to the manager his response boiled down to, “that’s rough” He did offer us a free dessert but we just wanted to get out of there and honestly it was too little too late. The food was bland and awful. The decor is just off and tacky. #dorseeyalater

Nice atmosphere,great service...pasta ...no it isn't boxed so don't expect that flavor. Depending on humidity,age of flour yadayada..this time it was gummy and the garlic was burnt for the pasta flight. The duck ragout was nice, I only did a 2"flight" pasta this visit. Had a lovely cheesecake slice for a bday celebration. Wait staff was knowledgeable ,timing perfect. FYI..get a reservation!!!!

Wednesday extended happy hour is great, especially the pizza. I really like the atmosphere and service is pretty decent at the bar. Better place for wine or mixed drinks rather than beer, only a hand full of taps.

One of my favorite places in town. It’s hard to find a good spot for pasta but you can do no wrong here. The giant meatball and burrata bruschetta are amazing. I haven’t tried the other appetizers yet but It’s only a matter of time. The pasta flight is a great idea. Why get one when you can try two or three or four? It’s well worth it to be able to mix and match. This place is a definite recommendation for me.

The restaurant was stylish and trendy, it felt a bit yuppy-ish. The food was good (chicken parmigiana, alfredo and pepperoni pizza). Prices were a little on the high side but not too bad. Decent service. All in all it was a good restaurant.
