The service is fast and friendly. The burgers are very good, and you get a lot of food for the price. My biggest issue was I ordered a kids mac and cheese for my daughter, and it was clearly reheated from earlier. It was rubbery and tasteless.

Ordered a burger medium, got well done. Boyfriend ordered a BLT. He had one strip of bacon, toast was soft and barely toasted. Super expensive for a burger, sandwich and it didn't even taste good. Shakes were great tho and the staff was friendly. Overall I will never go back there.

If they improved since 6 months ago it can't hurt, to say best burgers in cudahy, maybe because I don't know who else makes frozen burgers around here, I ate there once, customer service lacked everything, food took a while, it wasn't busy, also did order and pick up 2 times, I give every place 3 shots til no more, they hit the no more, food costs way to much for the lack of effort put into it, the shakes are the exact same as how I make them, syrup/powder, milk, ice cream n blend. The burgers tasted and looked like they were frozen patties, so if I'm paying that much I expect fresh with flavor and a splash of good customer service. Not going back, and they are way off in claiming best burgers in Milwaukee

The burger itself was average it was cooked how i asked but as far as taste went it was average. I had bacon and an egg on it and nothing seemed all that great but my main concern was the ketchup. The bottle at my table tasted funny like it had been out a lot longer then it was suppose to be (weeks) but when I tried ketchup from another table it was even worse. This stuff was disgusting and I have never tasted anything like it ever at any other restaurant. I also had a malt the malt hasn’t almost no malt flavor or texture to it so whoever made it messed it up. I live near by and the bar on the corner has better burgers at the sameness price.

The food was good! Their fries were pretty addicting. Service wise... Ehhh. Came in and saw a sign that said please wait to be seated. So we waited. Eventually someone who told us it wasn't her job to seat us, brought us to a table. After that she vanished and we had a different person serve us. So yes, it wasn't her job to seat us. But do you really have to moan about it to your customers? And then while paying the girl from earlier reappeared and asked the cashier for something when the cashier was done "dealing with them (us)." Really?

Just went here on Wednesday before Christmas and it was great. They had opened only a week earlier to great reviews which is why I tried them. I had a bowl of chilli and it was huge with chunks of meat....not hamburger, meat and a variety of beans. I had the chicken burger with sweet potato fries- my buddy had the blue cheese burger and normal fries. Both were great. Not greasy, not soggy,fries were crispy....very good indeed. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

This place is absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible food. Having tried every burger place in the Milwaukee area over the past ten years, I can honestly say these are some of the best. Very creative, flavorful burger recipes, and their side items (fries, tots, cheese curds, dipping sauces, etc) are killer. Highly recommended.

I would give zero stars if I could. We live across the city, but I was willing to drive because I read that they have the Impossible Burger. I called to make sure how long they were open last night (Sat, the 23rd), and that they were indeed serving the Impossible Burger. The young woman who answered said 8:00 p.m. and Yes to the burger. I was willing to travel, because not many places offer the IB. We arrived about 6:30 and the doors were locked. I looked in the window and two women were at the counter. I knocked and they said they were closed!!!!! How unprofessional! (Unless there was an emergency, there is no excuse.) You blew it and I will take my business to Northpoint at the Airport!

It was my first time here and it wasn't as I thought it would be. The service was good, but the burger I had was very thin and didn't taste very good. I had tater tots with it and those weren't bad, but tasted like they were fried in old dirty oil. The restroom was not very clean either. I had my baby with me and there was no good place to change her. I ended up changing her on the chair next to me at the table.

Stopped in around noon on a Wednesday. Met the owner who was very kind and conversational. A simple menu, but they did everything well. Excellent strawberry malts. The burger was made with fresh ingredients. The fries were crispy and not too greasy. If you are in the area I highly recommend it. You get great food for the price!

This place is a hidden gem amongst the filthy surrounding that is cudahy, it's a small place with huge flavor, I have had several trips here and each time the meal I've ordered has been outstandingly delicious. The shakes here really make the place, if you're leery of how good they could be? Remember the movie pulp fiction, a five dollar shake is beyond amazing and the serving size is huge. They have daily specials and are worth a shot, all of you're hungry they sell burger sacks which start at 5 buggers for 15 and go up to feed a team status. If you have any doubts or concerns, I would highly recommend this place yet again.

It sucks to add another bad review, but I am just being honest. Someone else in my party ordered the chicken sandwich and when he was finished eating half of the sandwich, he noticed the chicken was not fully cooked. The meat was PINK. It completely ruined his appetite. I would highly recommend the chef using a THERMOMETER when cooking chicken. What if he got sick???? That is extremely dangerous. Other then that, I ordered the burger with the egg on it with tator tots and it was good and cooked right.

Thin flavorless patty, i think the bun was the tastiest part, order has not even been started before I arrived the time I said I would be there.. It was 30 minutes advance order. So I waited, begin the disappointment. When I arrived there were only 2 people seated and only one person for another pick up order. So I'd say it wasn't because they were swamped with orders. I'm all for the independently owned places, but this one let me down. I'd have been happier with a lamp heated burger at speedway across the street.

Awesome menu and great service! Cudahy needed a great spot like this, and I hope to see it stay. The staff was very accommodating without being fake-nice or hovering. Plus, they had a steady rotation of Morrissey/Smiths songs. I would definitely recommend it to friends and we will be back soon! As this seems like a fairly new business, I can tell they probably have some minor improvements to make but overall I think it's an awesome spot. I'd suggest seasoning the meat a little more, making the shakes/malts a little thicker, and maybe adding booths along the perimeter in the future.

I was on my lunch break from work and stopped in. There was 5 other people in the restaurant. 1 table of 3, and another 2 next to myself. I waited 10 minutes to simply get a drink. Not a good start. Then i waited another 12 minutes to order. While waiting, the group of 3 received their food. Immediately 1 of them sent back their food and said take this off the bill. It isnt what he ordered and apparently didnt feel like waiting another 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. After 37 minutes of being there, i finally received my food. I ordered the po boy with cajun fries. The food was quite tasty, seasoned properly, and cooked well. The remoulade was a tad salty but still good. Unfortunatly the service was so awful that i wont go back.

First time there today. Group of 3 after peak lunch hours. Samantha was our server. Ordered iced tea and waters. Iced tea was fresh brewed variety, unfortunately it was definitely 2 days old instead of brewed and dumped every day. That was disappointing. Food was good, but there was not nearly enough pork on my drunk pig sandwich to warrant paying $8. It was tastey though. Tots were good too, Sad they had no French fries though. Good enough for me to try again. Oh asked for a water 3 times and never got it. That was frustrating too.

Best burgers and shakes anywhere. If the burgers here are frozen, then I just married Prince Harry. The burgers are filling, the buns toasted, the vegetables fresh, and the fried foods come out hot, crispy, and with so little grease you would think the fries are health food. You would be hard pressed to find a better burger place in Milwaukee. All I can say about the negative reviews here, which clearly contradict my own, are that they must have been written by people who gave that toxic waste restaurant, Paisano's, five stars. This place is great. Eat here. You will not be disappointed.

The place should be packed...let Milwaukee know about this joint! Just went in there again. Still the same with the food and service. I love it. Just go. How much in Cudahy is actually worth is going to? You won't be let down. Look at their hours before you head out.

Would have loved to try the food here as most reviews are positive. Your site says you are open Monday, your front door says you are open Monday, the neon light in front window was on that says "open". My wife, myself, and two children were at airport, looked for a good local spot for lunch. You looked promising!! Until we arrived, sat down with many other customers all ready at their tables (waiting, like we would be) only to have the "dish washer" (as she told us she wasn't the normal waitress) tell us your not normally open Monday, but you do take walk ins. So we thought, okay, we are good, kind of weird to advertise EVERYWHERE that you are open, but as we are walk ins we would order. 40 wasted minutes later, you had not even started our food. You had four other customers come in after us, the "waitress" told them the same story. DO YOUR CUSTOMERS A FAVOR, DO WHAT YOUR SITE SAYS OR CHANGE THE SITE AND YOUR SIGNS. I think you probably have good food, but don't be too busy to communicate with the public. It's a loss for you as well as for the customer.

The food here is delicious! The menu has burgers, some comfort food, shakes and even a "hangover brunch" section which was really fun. I feel like I discovered a gem. It's absolutely necessary for me to do a repeat visit. Not a lot of seating and a little shabby, but it made the place feel more comfortable and authentic. Left with a peanut butter cup shake that made my day.
