Asked to order two plain ceasar salads. Was told that they only had chicken ceasar salads on the menu. I told them that they also have plain side salads and that is what I am asking for. The server said that the lettuce was not the same so since it is realistically on the menu, i would have to pay for a chicken ceasar salad and ask them to hold the chicken. That folks is what we have to look forward to in the future. I did not even bother arguing anymore.

Excellent pub burgers. I also had the pretzel bites. There were some great looking salads at the table. The waitress was friendly and accommodating for or group of eleven. We will definitely be back!

the food is very hit or miss. sometimes it's good, sometimes it's off, like waffle fries that taste like fish. went there this Tues with a gift certificate and gift card. disappointed they stopped using Jimmy Luv's for the bloody marys. tasted ok. The pickle and the cheese cube tasted strange, the celery looked gross. My boyfriend and I both ordered Bacon Bleu burgers, both medium, but his was red. couldn't taste the "Cajun spices" and the bleu cheese had a weird after taste like freezer burn. Then our server brought the gift card back without the option to include tip on the card, just ok here's your balance. still left a cash tip, but what the heck?

Ate there 2 weeks ago Tuesday and it's my last. Brisket sandwich had Technicolor old beef that stunk. Tried a bite which was a mistake. Others were eating so I just had a bowl of chicken noodle instead. 2nd mistake. It had one bite of chicken in a mess of noodles. Too many other good restaurants around to go back.

Not great at all. Mediocre food...Bloody Marys have virtually no alcohol (while still being sold at full price)...worn-out furniture and fixtures...poor service...overall quite disappointing. Recommend you stay away. Charcoal Grill is a decent chain, but this location is a very poor example and is way past its prime.

Went with my mother and 2 adult daughters and my grandchildren. The food was delicious, we ordered a appetizer and lots of a variety of food. It was all great, only problem was our waitress was missing most of the time. We could never find her, we had to ask other waitresses to bring us refills and napkins. Great food , slow service from the waitress.

Pricey for the quality of food. For my family of 5 - burger, sandwich, shrimp dinner, dinner salad and a kid's meal; 5 desserts and 3 soft drinks- $96. We left full but no leftovers. We have spent that before at other places and justified it with the leftovers we took home. The service was great but the food is no longer worth the price.

If I went to this location first I'dnever go back. The first time I went to this place it was in Oak Creek. Good food, good portions, and I thought Wow they know how to cook a steak. So, back to the Racine location. The inside was a BIG step down. I ordered a filet, the same thing I had at the Oak Creek location. I ordered it medium rare. It came well done. The waitress stopped by to check on us and had me put my steak on the bread plate which was taken back to the kitchen. Another steak was brought out and it was really rare. I know what happens when you keep sending back a meal so I ate around the outside of the steak. The steak itself was thin for a filet. Small portion of potatoes. Another party with me had a baked potato that was so small I think it was about 3". It was served with a sour cream cup that that was so old the water separated and was sitting on the top. I will NOT be going back to this location.

I enjoyed my first time coming, but the second time I received waffle fries that taste like fish with chicken tenders that looked old and soaked in grease. Sooo I gave them back and they came back with the same results. The manager was nonchalant about the situation with no solution she said "That's how they look all the time". I wanted to really smash their face on the table for playing with my emotions, I left still tipping the waitress. I don't understand what's up with these young managers now of days but I took it to corporate! :-P

Food was good. We called in a to go order when I arrived to pick it up the manager informed me that the person who took the order never entered it in for the kitchen. The manager inmediately entered it and gave me a fair discount, he offered me a beverage while I waited which I declined. Food came quickly.

We eat here regularly and the food is consistently good, but when I ordered a take out Chicken breast sandwich with a baked potato, with tomato and lettuce, they told me that they don’t put anything on their sandwiches, but we can go to the salad bar to take our own... come on... where does the tomato and lettuce cone from.. the parking lot? What happened to the notion of making the customer happy?

Our friends took us to this Charcoal Grill on a Monday night. Burger BOGO night. Our friends ordered regular burgers while my my wife and I ordered the Gobbler, a Turkey burger. The food and service was good. The "Fixins" bar is small like the restaurant itself. This location is getting old and showing signs of wear. The interior design is a has been and should be updated. In fact, as you enter the dining area it is actually dangerous as you must step up about 3 inches so you don't fall.

Sunday brunch buffet was nice. Little pricey for a small buffet but in line with their prices. $15.99 a person I think it was. Ends at 2pm. Had eggs, eggs with meats an chesse, ham, sausage, potato, pizza, salad, pan cakes, eggs Benedict, fruits and more. I'd do it again but not offen.

Food was ok. Boneless wings were very good. The regular wings were not split or trimmed so they were twice as messy to eat. Burger was good. Table where we were seated was not clean and waitress did not notice there was salt all over the table. Service was a little inattentive. Not great but ok. Prefer the one on the west side.

Staff and waiter gave excellent service but the food was just okay. Ordered the Uncle Sam burger and there was little flavor besides the cheese and the waffle fries weren't cooked long enough. Asked to be cooked longer and they were just stuck in a microwave.

My waffle fries and burger were served cold. Instead of serving me some new, fresh fries, I was asked to pick mine up and put them on a plate. The waitress took them to the kitchen, where they were thrown into a microwave, and returned to me. I know this because there was catchup on some of them, and on the plate, which was returned to me, now dried up and hard on the fries and plate. They were like rubber and inedible. Ridiculous. Yeah, some great customer service. Won’t be back.

So I stopped at the #charcoalgrill to have a quick dinner with my man. They messed up my order and came to tell me it was covered in sauce and oh ya they turned off the grill. The man says oh that sucks they have to turn it back on and cook a new one. I got back a cold soggy grilled sandwich. They had taken and obviously cleaned it up. Bad form not a good way to go about handling a mistake.

This is really a great little restaurant. They have great food selections at reasonable prices. I have had several items here that taste delicious. They also have an absolutely delicious Sunday brunch buffet! One of my favorite burgers is served on an english muffin with cheese, and bacon I believe. Then they top the burger with a fried egg! The best way to eat it though is to have them leave the egg a little runny. OMG!!! It's to die for!
