I always have a great experience here. I was surprised that my daughters food was basically cold when it came out. She doesnt care about her meat n stuff being cold but the fries were like someone else had gotten them but they wanted beans n rice instead nt hey sat in the back for a while. Otherwise servers are great, food tastes great, atmosphere is great.

Prompt service, nachos & salsa were top notch and the menu was quite extensive. We had both the blended and on the rocks margaritas and they were very satisfying. Highly recommend the fajitas, you'll get more than you can eat. I thought the prices here for what you get were amazingly cheap.

Always great food, sometimes slow service even if they aren’t busy, but that would be the only complaint. Very nice staff and have never had to wait for a table even during the most busy times. Food is great, consistent quality, and delicious drinks!

They are not very consistent on their prices. When time you go there to eat the costs $18.46 the next time you go there and eat the same meal cost $25. Not very happy probly never go there again.

It's your typical Mexican restaurant food. It was good and everyone liked their meal. I would go back there if I'm in that area. I've no reason why you shouldn't give the it a try if your in the mood for Mexican.

WOW! Perfect service. As we sat down the host set down fresh hot chips,fresh made salsa and cream sauce. Unlimited refills too. Service from the moment we walked in to walking out was top notch. I personally do not prefer Mexican cuisine,but I enjoyed every single bite here. Top notch fresh ingredients and great flavours. I loved how clean and neat the whole place was. The whole experience was very authentic from the decor to food to music. We will definitely be coming back here. If you want the best most authentic Mexican food in WI this is the place for you.

Worst service we have ever had. We arrived at the Altoona restaurant at 11:30 am. and received chips and salsa. We were never asked for a beverage order...nothing. After a waitress taking orders for 3 tables that arrived after us we walked out at approximately noon. This service was totally Unacceptable.

Cancun delivers everything you expect from a Mexican restaurant. The quality of the food is good. They are exceptionally fast in the kitchen, I'm always surprised how quickly the food shows up after the order. The value is above average. Cancun is our go-to when we are craving Mexican Food.

The five dollar lunch that I had was wonderful. The eggs with sauce, refried beans, and rice was great. The one dollar margaritas was an added touch. This is a great place to go for lunch. The service was great. The waiter was checking us if we needed anything.

Our waiter was great. We hit him with all kinds of special requests for what we did and didn't want on our order, he did a great job of passing it on and making sure our food was perfect. Of course the cooks also did a great job of preparing everything perfect. Loved the chips and salsa that came out even before the waiter did! Nice comfortable dining space. I highly recomend a visit to Cancun!

Great Mexican food. There are several locations in the area. They have the typical enchiladas if you are looking for something familiar, but I recommend the Chili Ranchero. I usually ask for a medium heat version, between the hot and the mild. Of course chips and dip are included with the meal. They do include the white sauce.

I would usually give 5 stars, but some of the things have changed. Chile relleno, used to be battered with cheese inside the Chile, not anymore... The quesadilla had very little cheese... This place was my favorite because of the wonderful flavor with delicious cheesyness. Slightly disappointed :( Staff always very nice, and prompt, come back for soda refills.

Usually this place rocks, which is why I’m still granting it 2 stars. Tonight we received terrible service, far below expectations. First off, it was my girlfriend’s birthday, a manager was our server and we made this known to him immediately and somehow they completely dropped the ball and the occasion went unrecognized. I also ordered a double order of fajitas and received a single order. AND THEN when we tried telling the waiter (manager) had the audacity to tell us that the double order is the big skillet... WE KNOW, we got the small one!!!! I wouldn’t be sitting here writing this had they rectified any of the problems that occurred or even tried to apologize but they didn’t. Terribly, sadly disappointed. Also look up their health inspector reviews. I think I’ll start making my own dang fajitas.

I've been coming to Cancun for years though this was my first time at this location. The food was amazing as always and our waitress was great! She was personable and joked around with the kids. Unfortunately after we left and had started driving down the street, my niece's friend realized that she didn't have her cell phone. We turned around and gave them a call, asking if they happen to see an iPhone on the table. The woman who answered stated that the table had not been cleared yet and would check. She put us on hold and when she came back stated that there was no phone there. Seeing as we were a block away, we ended up driving back anyways to check ourselves. When we returned the other waiters appeared to be smirking and claimed that the phone was the workers so they had stuck it in their desk. They returned it when we questioned about it but something still doesn't add up. It really makes you wonder what else they'd be willing to do. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I'd trust them to return.

The great Mexican place! The food is always quick and delicious. Nice place to go for a quick lunch, or a lovely dinner. Chips and salsa before the meal are always a good touch. The prices are amazing. The atmosphere is nice, hard to believe that this was a Hardee's 100 years ago. highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice cheap Mexican place.
