Had a great dinner experience with my almost wife. Menu is great, food was presented beautifully. Had halibut cooked to perfection! Over lentils which were a bit bland, with splendid texture at least. Save room for dessert.

My husband and I went here yesterday as part of our weekend getaway. Firstly make sure you make a reservation before you go because the night before we stopped in and were unable to get in and it was 6:00PM. Which can be understandable but beware of that. The next night I had made an reservation for 7PM. We got to our table and it was by a window which blinded us by the sun for about 45 mins. After that time the sun had gone past the trees and it was fine. Our meal was very good. My husband got the elk and I got the salmon. The service was very good. I also ordered the fried cheesecake to go. Later that nigh around 11pm my husband and I ate the cheesecake. As I ate it I realized there was a long blonde hair in my mouth from the cheesecake. Seeing that my hair isn't blonde it wasn't from me and my husband has short brown hair. I became so sick I vomited violently. Fast forward to today the next day I call Black wolf run to let them know of the situation. The manger said that the cheesecake is bought from an outside source and not made there. Which really wasn't relevant because they deep fry it which is where the hair was within the coating. The manger said she could have given me a lunch on them if I was from the area. But since I'm not she didn't give me any kind of solution. She did take my email address not sure for what. I wasn't looking for a free meal but I would have liked a bit more empathy for the horrible situation I dealt with from their food. I won't be going there again. And if you do make sure you check your food well.

The club sandwich was quite delicious with a very nice view to the 18th hole. The main dining rooms were well situated. A pretty standard clubhouse meal.

This place is so warm and rustic. Every time we go we sit near the fireplace. Depending on the season it can be rather quiet or bustling with folks. The menu isn't overwhelming and the food is delicious. We've never ordered wine, but the cocktails are all so tasty.

The view across one of Kohler's great golf courses is wonderful while enjoying your meal. The lunch buffet was great. I can't stop raving about how incredibly great the tomato basil soup on the buffet was that day. Incredible!

Great setting, the whole place is decked out like a log cabin. I went at night in the winter so I can't comment on the view from the windows. The restaurant was very casual but the prices were a little higher than the atmosphere would have you think. The food was good.

Having a buffet option available in addition to the menu during the lunchtime is very helpful if you want to stop in for a quick lunch. It also includes any soup and a non-alcoholic drink, for the same price range as their menu items. And their desserts are almost too good to eat - ALMOST! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very special dinner for our 25th anniversary. Great food, service and setting. Only downside is the parking lot is a bit of a hike from the restaurant.

We have been coming to Christmas Day dinner for 6 yrs and each year the food becomes less impressive . My adult son and my husband and I were seated in back room in the middle of large noisy groups with bright lights and no view . We will be finding a different location next year .
