We were a bit skeptical about some of the reviews, but the positive reviews steered us in the right direction. Service was great. Drinks, appetizers and soup/salad kind of came out out of order, but we were starving and the food came quickly, so we didn't mind. Entrees were outstanding. 3 of us had the ribs. They were tender and juicy, the sauce was fantastic. Little kick, but not enough to kill the flavor. Another party had the sirloin steak. Was a smaller cut, but cooked perfectly. Presentation was good, service and food were outstanding. Will definitely come back next time.

It Needs 10 stars.... this place is the BOMB! Burger was one of the best I've had... Fish was great.. Cheese Curds we're amazing!! Food was out super fast.. service was superb!

I'm giving it 5 stars but in reality would probably rate it 4 and a half if I could. The decor and atmosphere were great. It has a classy sports bar feel but has a section that is a little more quiet if you'd like. You can keep the kids busy in a medium sized arcade that is in its own area away from the main tables. My wife and I both ordered burgers. Both were high quality and cooked perfectly with just a touch of pink inside. The service was good and we got our drinks refilled quickly. Here's where they can improve... The sides available for the burgers need a low carb option. Red Robin and many other places let you substitute broccoli or a salad for your standard option of fries. Even though we passed on the fries they up charged $2 for a very small and unimpressive salad. We ordered the lettuce wrap instead of the bun and it really wasn't a wrap but just a single leaf of lettuce on the plate that the burger was placed on. If you are eating your burgers on a bun with fries, none of that matters to you and you should be very happy here.

3 stars for the food. Who ever owns or manages this place, please give your employees some extra customer service training. When my family arrived, there were two hostess in the front, but they were gathering menus and utensils for a party they were about to seat. However, a "hello, I'll be right with you", would of been nice. Hostess acted like they didn't see me. This was confirmed, about 5 minutes later, hostess comes back and I am literally standing right in front of the entrance area, a short line had formed behind me. She overlooks me and ask if the lady behind me has been helped. Wow!!! The lady tells her that I was there first. That was really annoying, Idk how the hostess could of messed that up. (Hopefully not due to us being people of color.) Hostess tells me 20-25 mins, but we were seated in about 10 mins. She walks my family all the way to the end of the restaurant. The table was still dirty, no one had wiped down the table yet and a high chair was left behind from the previous party. Dirty table, fine, I used my menu and got the crumbs off the table. However, the restaurant wasn't very busy and the table was isolated from the entire resturant, high back and facing the street. No one even knew we were there. When a waitress finally came, I told her that the table was dirty, so she moved us. Our waiter...he was OK. A little hard to know if he understood us, but our orders came out good and food was good. Never asked to refill drinks and when he brought us some ranch, his finger was literally in the ranch. Yuck. At least the food was good.

Got the big double burger...didn’t taste like much. The wife got the Cheesehead burger and added the siracha mayo n enjoyed it. Over just an ok meal, nothing to blow you away tho. Friendly staff, food came out quick.

My boyfriend and I have come to B-Lux multiple times when we have visited the Dells. They have great service, very good food (chicken tacos are especially good), and even better hard milk-shakes. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience, my brother and I went in 15 minutes before letting them know we had a party of 11 to eat out. We waited there for approximately one hour and were not even given an update on if/when we were going to be seated. We ended up leaving and letting them know we were on our way out and they gave us an attitude and said “if you would have waited another minute your table would have been ready” we decided to go to Pizza Pub and were seated within one minute of arrival. The service there is much better and will definitely come back.

Food was cold. Table was still dirty we ordered the food and he was back with it all in 5 minutes manager was trying to accuse of dinning and dashing when we didnt even eat any of it and tried to leave butt yet still made us pay for the food we didnt eat i do not recommend this place at all

The only experience I had with this restaurant was a pick up order. My friend and I had no problem using an entire $50 gift card for two entrees; including two burgers with fries and a order of very salty cheese curds. The quality was mediocre but it's not quite fair to judge on a pickup order, either way... I would suggest dining in... if you give this restaurant a shot.

Food was terrible. Service was unwelcoming. Only was given a couple of minutes to 'enjoy' our unappetizing appetizer. Food was then brought out and seemed like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Cold, dry and super weak for the price. Manager was unpleasant when asked to be seen. Blamed us and made it our faults for having a poor experience. Will not return or recommend to any body.

Service was unbelievably quick. Cheese Curds and Oreo Shake came out shortly after ordering our burgers. Shortly after finishing our appetizer did the burgers come out. Had I known I was going to eat one of the best burgers of my life, I would have just gotten a plain burger instead of the Texas BBQ Burger. Don't get me wrong, that was good of course, but the beef of this burger is the star of the show for sure. No complaints about lack of service when you're constantly getting food. This place is VERY NICE inside. Not so nice that you feel out of place, but very neat and inviting. Great atmosphere. Only complaint is the price. Over $50 for an app, 2 burgers, and a shake. Definitely worth a stop again in the future.

The place looked good and food looked good, but service was very poor. Food quality was very poor (cold, greasy, old tasting) and even the burgers weren't really good. We were very disappointed and when we noted that to our waitstaff she was disinterested. We even had to go up to the bar area for our own soda refill just to see our server standing there chatting away. We will not eat there again and will tell our friends to avoid it.

Excellent presentation of their dishes! Fun trendy family atmosphere.the kids loved their shakes. Our waitress was patient with our indecisive kids and gave suggested and showed them pictures to try and help. The poutine was our favorite!

Ordered the "Big Plate Sirloin Steak" it was priced at $20. We were expecting a nice sized steak, we were served a tiny little steak on a big plate... The server didn't come back to check on us until we were done. Not worth the price at all!!!!

Nothing special like advertised or told about by friends who have visited. Burgers were bland, as was service. Open seating area had poor acoustics, making noises amplified. Nothing bad happened during this visit, but also not spectacular either. Most likely will not eat here again based off this one time, sub par experience.

Myself and the family were there for dinner the night of the 4th. We had to send my wife's sandwich back to be cooked all the way! For 4 of us, the tab was $90, but was expected in a tourist town! We sat in the section next to the game room, which was 2 steps up from the main part of the restaurant. Seeing that there is no ramp going up to the game room, and the door exiting the game room is a fire door, with access from the outside... On the way out, I asked the ladies at the door, that if I was in a wheel chair or something, how would I be able to access the game room. They both looked at and said that I would have to ask a manager!

Spent 150$ there. Waitress never refilled my pepsi. Food was above average service was below. Put tip on my receipt thats probably why we didn’t get good service because waitress knew she was getting a decent tip anyway. Sad thing I would have tipped more for better service. Next visit we will try something new.

Ordered mac and cheese, a soda and a shake, it was all about $30! The Mac and cheese was way over priced and it tasted like sour cream and had no flavor at all, the soda was $2.69, the only good thing was a shake.

Great service. Good food. A little pricey, but that's to be expected in a tourist-friendly town. The decor was quite a bit more upscale than I was expecting, but that's not a bad thing. My kids both got milkshakes, which they devoured. (There are alcohol-filled milkshakes for adults as well.) Finally, any restaurant that has a burger with a fried egg on top is bound to be good.

Fun atmosphere and unique menu! My husband and I came here for our anniversary. We both agreed that everything about our experience was just average, though. We ordered an appetizer that didn’t arrive until halfway through eating our entrees. My husband really enjoyed the Cheesehead burger but said it really lacked some sauce. My pulled pork + onion ring macaroni and cheese was okay. The onion rings on top were soggy and the pulled pork was suuuper spicy but there wasn’t a warning on the menu. Regardless, our server Desiree was very helpful, and the Oreo A Go-Go Shake was amazing! If nothing else, come in for one of their shakes!

One of the worst meals I have ever had. At 5:00 tonite, very few other customers. Fish was dry and room temp. Seemed like it cooked hours ago and they tried to rewarm it. I have had better fish sticks. French fries were room temp too. Waiter never came by to ask how our order was.

Ice cream was great, burger was ok. We were sat near two other parties who had fussy children. One of them was complaining about the food to the staff. Made it very hard to enjoy our experience. Could have sat us away from the other parties, the restaurant was almost empty.

I order 2 shakes for delivery granted the person on the phone (a guy) said they don't normally delivery them due to them melting I told him that was fine if they melted, got quoted it would take 40 minutes for them to arrive.... We're a 5 minutes drive about a 20 minute walk. They never came nor did they call not to mention they quoted it would take 40 minutes which was right at the time they closed. Highly recommend not doing delivery with them even if it's free.

Shame the staff were extremely rude. Family was looking forward to eating here. Unable to accomodate a large family, even though many open tables seen available. Received confusion and attitude from staff when asked to combine tables or even break the family up as a simple solution. So much for "family dining". Please consider host training. Is it so unheard of to be polite and courteous nowadays? Variety of other places in the Dells to eat and support. I suggest spending money in other places.

Visiting the area from Chicago; This place comes off as a family bar and grill with a large amount of seating. My fiancé ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and I ordered the ribs with a beer. The chicken sandwich was okay, very conservative with the buffalo sauce which was odd for a, buffalo chicken sandwich. The ribs were a disappointment. ($22 for a half slab??) The fries were triple seasoned, she liked them I wasn’t a fan. Overall, the price does not match the food quality for these two dishes. Beer was fine.

Went here for dinner with my husband and was very satisfied with the whole experience. The food was amazing. I got their chicago style hot dog and he got the cheesehead burger. Our server, Jay, was very friendly and attentive. And it was cheaper than we thought it would be. Will definitely come again next time we visit Wisconsin Dells.

Food was cold and waitress forgot some things. Ask for manager and she keep trying to avoid sending one over. When manager came with a attitude and we asked about how they cook the hot dog. She said on a grill and it is timed. Told us that the reason the hot dog was cold was from the cold condiments on the hot dog. Told us she was not taking it off bill. We said bring us the bill. The manager brought it back and we told her we will pay for everything but the hot dog. She said no that she would not take it off but would discount our bill. What a poor establishment. Been in food service many years and as a manger you should come to table trying to fix the problem not adding to the problem.

We had a party of 4 seated on the outdoor patio and I have to say the highlight of the night was the music. We were seated we waited a few minutes and got our drinks which one was spilled onto my friends phone and wallet. We placed our orders and began waiting it wasnt an unreasonable wait for the food and the food was actually pretty good but after taking a bite or 2 I noticed I had nothing to wash it down with and my friend had not recieved any fries that were supposed to come with her steak so we flag down the waitress and inform her of the fries and drink she says she never heard fries when she was meant to ask what kind of fries my friend wanted with her steak as its included in the meal we shouldnt have to mention it. So she leaves again and I think my drink will be here shortly but I didnt receive my drink until my friend got her fries so while everyone else is sitting enjoying their drinks and food I am waiting on a drink and when I do get it its spilled again this time into the salad that came with my friends steak luckily she was already finished with her steak and salad before we got the fries or my drink. At this point I am upset and not happy at all and she soon brings my friend a drink which is again spilled onto her phone and wallet. I obviously had no intentions of leaving almost anything for a tip at this point as the kitchen and the man playing music who I had already tipped were the only things making my night a little better so I ask for boxes and the check because me and my party would like to leave we then waited 10 minutes and considered going to the lobby to get the check ourselves when she finally comes back with the check and boxes I ask her for a pen so I can fill out the customer opinion sheet which I did fill out with how I felt and what the problems were and when she comes back with the part for me to sign the tip instead of walking away like she has every other time she stayed and hovered over my table while I filled it out I gave her .83 to make the dollar amount even as I am scathing about the service and thought about leaving nothing at all I hand her the checkbook and she opens it reads the tip amount and says audible "what's this? 83 cents?" And then turns to me and touches me to ask me about it I tell her I am not going to get into it and I left. Your servers need to be trained in proper customer service I would've left 20% as I always do if I had received quality service and I dont think its appropriate at all to try and ask why your tip was low you read the customer card and accept that you didnt do good.

The shakes were amazing but they have no to go cups when you can't finish it. The kids Mac n cheese is from a box, and not at all doctored up to taste good. The burgers were very good. The buns were branded with a b which was a really nice touch. The atmosphere was quiet, though it looked like an upscale joint that would affect a trendy crowd. The prices were quite high but we expected it being in a tourist town. Overall I recommend this place if you enjoy huge shakes and good burgers. But not if you want real quality kids menu options or kids versions of the menu shakes.

Food was really good and our sever was really nice but they were very short staffed. Other patrons didn't get waters until after 15 minutes. We would have tried on of there shakes but didn't feel like waiting any longer

The food was very good, but the attention was horrible. Our server was Maria, her aptitude was rude. In the menu says if the table is more than 8 people the gratitude would be included but. We were just 3 and she included it. So she told us that was because we look like students and they don't tip, I said we were not students so she told us her manager allowed them to charge it.

There was a little bit of a wait, no big deal. For how busy it was I was surprised at how fast we were seated. The staff went above and beyond to seat a couple before us to accommodate their needs which I thought was awsome. The food was good, cooked well and came out super fast. I got the oreo milkshake (because the billboard did its job) and it was by far the best milkshake I've had. Overall good place worth the stop.

The food is really good! A little pricey but I guess since it is so good. My daughter had the fruit loops cereal shake and loved it. We all shared the cheese curds and could not stop eating them. I got the chicken tacos and don't think I would pay $13 for three tacos again with no side items. Took quite a bit for us to get a server, sat for about 10 min before anyone approached us.

Our server was wonderful! It was only her second day and she was very accommodating and friendly. Loved her accent. The food was amazing.. and this all made up for the fact that we asked to sit outside when clearly there was people outside eating and with spots open. But the person that sat us said we couldn’t sit outside... which was one of the main reasons we went to B Lux. If it wasn’t for the great waitress , we would of left.

We weren't a huge fan of the $9 donut/Nutella milkshake because it was packed so full with sprinkle and the donuts on top was also dry. Other than the shake, everything was great. I wish they had turned us away. We got there 20 minutes before closing. Had to ask for cream and spoon for coffee. Had two send back 2 items which resulted in a child not eating after mgr said it's just a microwavable dish it could be fixed. Had to ask for adjustments to bill to reflect what was ordered and eaten. Mgr never came back. We left without using the 10% coupon which is why we chose the restaurant. It was just too much and easier to just pay.

Poke wraps were amazing and the burger was good just didn't care for the texture of the bun, wouldn't make my top 10 burgers list. Daughter loved the milkshake topped with a doughnut! Overall good food but have to give 4 stars based on the burger...just my opinion.

Came into the dells to try and celebrate my sons 4th birthday and had a small cake from a professional baker and was turned away stating I couldn’t bring a cake in and it was a state law . I live in Wisconsin and I know that isn’t a law and I called several other restaurants in the dells who said it wasn’t a law and it was ok for us to bring a cake in. Called back and spoke to someone name Mandy who was extremely rude and talked over me and was very unprofessional,she then stated it was at their discretion, after telling me it was a state law at first. It’s sad that someone would act this way because we were black very bad choice . Shame on you Mandy!!!!

The "Morning After" burger, fish and chips, waffle chips, cole slaw and garden salad and macaroni dishes (pulled pork and chicken ranch) were enjoyed by all. There was lots of macaroni to take home as well. Enjoy the atmosphere and service as well.

Basic as hell, food was underwhelming, cared more about the setting the scene than making good food. Mac and cheese was made w cream cheese, like who had that bright idea? Server was very professional though. Steak was bland and so was the burger, fries were overcooked, which is really saying something cuz I prefer burnt fries. Restaurant was clean and very kept up. The server was good but rushed us a little even though it was not extremely busy. Now to the reason why 2 stars were given. The food was sub part at best. One of our meals came with onion which was told to the waitress that there could be no onion as they are allergic. The other issue was my blackened shrimp and avacado salad. The shrimp were not blackened or cleaned properly. And it was drowning in dressing. Lastly, I got the mojo JoJo and the banana in there tasted like it was no where near ripe. Probably will not be returning here.

Food was AMAZING!!! I had the Texas Tornado burger and was challenged to fit it in my mouth. Once I did manage the mammoth burger, I was rewarded with a mixture of the best burger and best BBQ I've had in a long time. We went back later for a shake and it too was delicious, so from a food perspective this place is 5 STARS! The only thing that would have made this a perfect rating would be the service. Both times the place was not packed and it took too long to get orders placed and refills. Other than that, food came quick and everyone really enjoyed it.

Food and service was not good. We ordered $14 burgers and not only were the burgers overcooked but as soon as we picked it up the bun literally crumbled into pieces and we had to eat it without a bun. Our son ordered from the kids menu and the kids burger was so tiny. His bun was hard as a rock. He's 7 and chose not to even eat the bun. No refills on any drinks. My 12 year old complained he was thirsty almost the whole meal. Our bill was almost 100 dollars and my husband said it was quite possibly the worst burger hes ever had! Burgers look great but they are terrible!! Save your money and go somewhere else

My wife and I had seen the sign with the yummy looking burger several times over the past few days while driving. So, when Saturday night came around we decided to give it a try. Walking inside you find a contemporary atmosphere that's both warm and inviting. We sat down at the bar and were immediately addressed by the bar tender. He was quite friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the Don Q with crushed strawberries and lemons and both of us found it to be delicious. We then shared an appetizer that consisted of tater tots covered with steak chili, cheddar cheese, a chipotle sauce and topped with sour cream and jalapenos.. (((Yummy))).. For dinner I had the Texas burger that had pulled pork, barbecue sauce, thin onion rings, and a few other condiments. To say the least it was fantastic.. My wife got the fish tacos and she too was quite happy with her meal. When we got the bill we found the meal to of been quite affordable and were overall very satisfied with the entire experience. We both agreed we'd be back again on our next vacation in the dells.

We were initially surprised by how quickly our food arrived considering the restaurant was busy. Our meals were excellent and we'll definitely recommend the restaurant and revisit it ourselves. We rarely order dessert at restaurants, but we saw a couple great-looking shakes delivered to other tables, so we tried them out - they, too, were excellent. Our server, Jay, was very attentive. We left the restaurant quite satisfied.

I ordered the fish tacos and was underwhelmed. Unheated flour tortillas and what resembled coleslaw did not make for a delicious taco. I will say that the fish was prepared very well and the place has a great atmosphere, hence the 3 star rating. Revamp your tacos! Everything else looks delicious!

The entire experience of eating here was absolutely amazing! There was no wait for seating, we got a drink order in very quickly and our food was ordered about five minutes after. About 15 minutes after the food came out. Since it was my birthday I was given a wonderfully adorned ice cream sundae. The overall atmosphere is very similar to that you would see at a high end sport bar with trendy decorations. We were only in the restaurant for about 35 to 40 minutes. Portions are also very good with reasonable prices, especially considering the location. All of the staff were very kind and also very helpful and I noticed that our server checked in on us more than the typical one or two times.

Did you know that when you order wings of any flavor, it is in addition to the buffalo sauce? We didn’t because it’s NOT stated on the menu. NOR did the waiter explain this when the orders were placed (how simple would that have been?) When our children ordered these and have pause, we brought it to the attention to our waiter who only confirmed that was what they ordered...no apology, no offer to bring them a different dish. Nothing. The second time we brought it to his attention, he offered to discuss it with his manager who stated that she would discuss with the owner the possibility of amending the menu and provided a discount on our bot remove the meals which weren’t consumed and then we had to pay additional money elsewhere to feed our hungry kids after leaving a restaurant! We will not be returning as there are PLENTY of other food offerings that have decent service.

Loved the decor of the restaurant but service was terrible. There were 5 of us sitting in the outside and NO music to drown out the sound of the cars. My husband ordered a well done burger and it was raw! The server offered to re make it but then my husband would be eating alone - he told her to take it off the bill. They forgot my sons salad. The server stopped by a couple times but seemed bothered. The table next to us had dirty dishes on it for our entire meal. There were a lot of employees standing around - not sure if they knew what their jobs were. When I spoke with the manager she just stood there listening, she apologized but we expected more. Very disappointing!!!

Worse night ever. It was a horrible. And manager should change. This kinda grill bars , I call it luxury that’s why I go. That’s what I wanna feel luxury. Manager is not doing her job. Not smiling at all. And she is not trying to solve the issue, she is focusing on the money. Money is not important. If I come here couple more times. we had to wait 1 hour and we didn’t eat our food together. Everyone ate it alone. :(. Definitely not a place to eat food. I can’t call the same for bar. I hope it will help the people who is on vacation and trying to have nice dinner.

O.M.Goodness! Fun bar/restaurant with great American fare. Cheese curds were melt-in- your-mouth fabulous and so was the burger! They have some great hard milkshakes for the adults. There's a little arcade in the can for the kiddos.

Had a girl's night out. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and some drinks. Drinks came out right away, but the pretzel took forever. Our waitress came back and took our order. Appetizer came out almost the same time as our food. Food was decent, but our waitress kind of disappeared on us after food was delivered. It took a solid 20 minutes for us to get her attention and ask for the check, and then another 5 minutes to get her attention to tell her that our check wasn't in the folder. In short, the food was OK and the service left a bit to be desired. The atmosphere was good though and the drinks were awesome.

Every other places we ate at the waitress did not follow us to the car and ask why we did not leave a tip. We think it was unprofessional. Unless this business is different from the others. Atmosphere was trendy, lots of TV's all around to keep your attention during the wait for food. Waitstaff was friendly, and gave advice on our dinner choices when we asked. Three of the four of us ordered shakes, which we had been informed were "a must"... Two (Mojo JoJo's) were really good. The other was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake, and was only a strawberry shake. Our waiter said that's what he had put in for us, and the "cheesecake on the top" would be the only difference. He did go back to the kitchen, and came out with a couple of slices of strawberry and a half inch square by 2 inch long sliver of cheesecake on a plate. We certainly weren't impressed with that. Food otherwise was very tasty, our burgers (B-lux doublestack and Texas tornado) were really good and as described, and my son's "Fish and chips" was excellent. Excellent waffle fries, and sweet potato fries. We would give B-Lux a second chance when in the Dells again.
