Food was edible but drab and slow. Bread was tasteless; butter cold & hard. Menu looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's. Plastic-coated tablecloths. It was almost OK, but we won't be back.

Popular spot, but I can't figure out why. The food really isn't good. Pizza bland. Salad bar is meh. Weird old restaurant smell throughout sometimes. Staff is friendly and owners seem to care a lot, but the food is disappointing. Best I can say is that it's cheap. There are better dining options.

Nice pizza and Italian restaurant in New Berlin. The atmosphere is somewhere between casual and higher end. Generally you can expect a quiet meal with nice service to go along with it. They have all of the traditional Italian options along with pizza which is fairly popular.

I call to place an order, looking at the online menu and pricing.they wanted 3.00 more for the sandwich 3.00 more for the chicken and told me i was not looking correctly. 6.95 and 16.95 it still states, not 9.95 and 19.95 hmmmm.

Nasty management, mediocre food; delivery driver played me by saying he had no change for a $20 bill (just to get a 80% tip - I called him out on it and he admitted to it; the management acknowledged his behavior and still kept him as a delivery driver). The final straw was when I ordered something and made it clear about my food allergies- then found they put what I'm allergic to on my pizza. When I alerted them to it, they laughed as I was using my EpiPen. I'm disgusted by this establishment. Edit- looking at their response, they openly lie. Thank you for proving my point.

Terrible buffet. Food was cold. Had to have them microwave a plate for me. The pizza wasn't even fresh, sat under heat lamps and they did not bring out a fresh one for at least 45 minutes. Potatoes and Macaroni clumped, sticky, dry and cold. Green bean casserole was mushy. Cheese cake tasted like raw cake batter The salad bar was decent. Overpriced and low quality.

We enjoyed the Sunday buffet. Great selection of tasty food, complete salad bar, various pizza choices (don't see the one you like, just tell your server) broasted chicken, fried fish, cheesy potato casserole, Italian sausage and peppers, pasta, 2 choices of soup... I'm sure there was more that I'm missing. Plus there were a variety of desserts. Efficient and friendly staff and newly decorated bar and restaurant.

I've partaken in Armeli's lunch buffet several times over the years. A good variety of foods from salad, soup, pizza, cheese bread, broasted chicken etc. and not to mention dessert. The food is good, and definitely comfort food, so don't look here for low calorie options -- not at the buffet. This is a small/medium sized space with booths and tables in the dining room, and also boasts a bar that appears to be fully stocked. Perhaps one day I'll dine here for dinner and give that menu a try.

The Sunday buffet was good and at $14 it is hard to beat. We had breaded cod and chicken. The pizza was good. My son had breaded mozzarella sticks, ravioli and tiramisu all of which was not part of the buffet. All the food was good and at a reasonable price.

This was our first time at Armeli's - food was good and portions were generous our waiter was pretty good and the music selection was excellent But if I may make a few suggestions a Brandy old fashioned should be served with cherries or pineapple would be better also as we were finishing our dinner the bill was brought to us I was looking forward to dessert I'm puzzled why I wasn't offered dessert

Has a back-in-the-day type of feel to the restaurant. Not fast food or big box. Has a Supper Club and family feel. Nice that the bar is separate. Pizza is very nice and I'm looking forward to returning for their Buffet.

False advertising! !! After googling the menu I decided to have the " all you can eat " Friday fish fry. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated which isn't unusual for a Friday evening. Told the girl I would have the " all you can eat " Friday fish fry. She then informed me that it's not an all you can eat . I then showed her the menu and she once again told me it's not all you can eat . I feel that $13.99 is alot of money for a mediocre meal that's not all you can eat. Had I known this I would have gone to another restaurant who has all you can eat and also includes a cup of soup and is $3.00 less in price. The other restaurant is three miles away but it would have been worth it.

I liked the buffet. Chicken, fish and Italian sausage along with tasty sides, soup, salad, pizza and delicious desserts. It included our beverage (Iced tea & chocolate milk) for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be back!!

Amazing fettuccine alfredo! Came here once as a kid and remember trying it and loving it then, so when I happened to be back to the Milwaukee area, we made a point of stopping here. The service was a bit gruff, but that didn't matter once I had that alfredo. And I don't usually order alfredo because it's generally bland and greasy. But the way Armeli's makes it, it's rich and creamy and full of flavor. Their house Italian dressing was also simple and delicious. Would definitely recommend!

I'm always sorry to pan any restaurant, but I have to give negative feedback on my first trip here. My wife talked me into sharing a pizza with her so we ordered a large supreme along with some breaded mushrooms. The mushrooms came quickly and were your common, frozen, fry and serve appetizer. The portion was large and the ranch dressing that came with it was just enough for it's size. The pizza looked good upon arrival but closer inspection revealed what I suspected were pre-cooked Italian sausage pellets that you find on frozen pizzas. Once we dug in, my suspicions were confirmed. Very disappointing. I was also disappointed with the crust, it bore many similarities with a pre-formed, par-baked crust. Today when I ate the leftovers for lunch, I looked at the edges and they had all the tell-tale marks of machine stamping. For an old-school Italian restaurant to try to pass this off as anything but a glorified frozen pizza is a sorry state of affairs. Your staff was pleasant and were helpful, Please give them something to be proud of.

Dinners are over priced for the portion size. The pasta was chewy and had hard chunks in it. The steak was small for $24. The only item worth ordering, after several visits, is the pizza. Don't plan on delivery. They have a delivery sign, however a driver isn't always available. I've had to pick up my pizza several times.

Decent food, not bad. We have been there twice now. We all find the food a bit bland. The kitchen needs a lesson in the use of salt and herbs. The fried chicken is very underseasoned both times we ordered it. The marinara is underseasoned and lacks dept. Its the only resturant ive ever been too where everone at the table went for the salt and pepper shakers.. and i dont consider myself to have a salty taste... the food was just that bland.

Food was good but the restaurant itself needs to be updated, old dirty carpet. They keep the lights down low in order to be less conspicuous about the lack of upkeep throughout.
