Not very friendly staff at the register. Grab and go (or sit down) kind of place. No wait staff. Self service. They're always out of something everytime I go. I don't get it. Haha. Maybe it's just my luck.

We come to Siroo quite often because their jook is decent. However, their service was a total disaster today. The cashier/barista pushed scalding hot coffee over the counter right onto me and ruined a new pair of shoes. I didn't even get an apology or any offer of compensation. If someone was wearing sandals or if he spilled it on a child, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, when my wife asked for scissors to cut her noodles, he gave her dirty and stained scissors. This is a total public health violation. The owners really need to hire and train some decent people instead of these kids.

Best "ice" or "snow" or Bing Soo in the area. Highly recommended - the strawberry is especially nice with fresh strawberries combined with sweet milk snow and cereal and mochi. Delicious.

AC was barely on during a heat wave weekend. I saw customers leave without ordering because of how hot it was inside. Food was fine. Service left a lot to be desired. Owner lady gave me a dirty look for daring to ask for an extra cup of water with my meal. Definitely am not on the edge of my seat to return here.

Perfect place to enjoy an afternoon with someone while satisfying your sweet tooth! Came here only for the dessert but there was some good looking food, drinks and lots of goodies to shop for! The snow bingsoos were so good! Got one regular size to share between 2 and it was more than enough! Tried the mango with regular milk ice and the red bean with green tea milk ice. It is so light and fluffy and doesn't start melting for a while unlike regular shaved ice. A must have!

Delicious! First time stopping by, wasn't sure what to expect. The menu was easy to read and understand. The cashier was attentive and very helpful. My sister ended up getting the ginseng chicken while I stuck with the assorted seafood. Both were amazing. I was a little apprehensive when I heard the numbers being called out in Korean but they also had a nice counter on top so you could see the numbers. Comfort food at its finest. Will def be coming in again, especially during the fall and winter!

This is the place you want to hangout with your friends, The store has a wide variety of delicious food and sweets. Their bingsoo are the best in my opinion. With layers of crunchy cereal, fruit, mochi and snow, a regular bowl is a feast for 2 people to share. I love their coffee, tea and beautifully decorated cupcakes (taste good too). You can also grab a quick bite for porridge or other Korean food.

I've been their customer since day 1 and today marks my last visit. Their quality and service have gone downhill for a while. They no longer care what they serve and who they serve. Rude staff was one of the issues in the past that made me stop visiting there, but now it's all about their food and dishonest service. They frequently run out of main ingredients. They do not tell the customers about that hoping that the customers are fool. Still charges full price. Also, their fried stuff are now way smaller and nasty. Seaweed roll, which used to be my favorite is now 1/2 of what it used to be. Our family will never return to Siroo at all locations and so is all my relatives who had terrible experience today. Giving "2" stars only because their rude staff was not there today. Bye Siroo.

There is a lady there whose doesnt like other asian beside you have to be korean...Me and my Chinese friend, she was ordering her food and her kid food. When she serve us she wasn't being nice to us rude and ugly face. But when a Korean customer comes there she was being so polite and gentle talk to them. We all are customer and I think everybody should have the same customer treatment not cause we are not Korean....That lady is one hell of racist lady.

We had dokbocki, seafood Jook and octopus bulgogi. Both were excellent, with the bulgogi having caramelizing on the bottom. Yummy! We were warned that it would be spicy, but the food didn’t seem that spicy to me. I suppose if you’re call Caucasian they assume you may not like things too spicy, but we do.

Very good bingsoo. I think gold is the best flavor and I wouldn't be surprised if it was the best-selling flavor too. They use shaved frozen milk instead of shaved ice and it tastes so much better!

I mostly like coming here for their matcha bingsoo with a group of friends for the best experience. Kinda wish they would clean the tables more often because several times I found junks lying around the surface and sometimes we had to move tables cause they weren't clean.

They might have large quantities of reftover rice and they migh have a bunch of recipes which use leftover cold rice: rice salads, fried rice, rice cakes, and similar.
