Not good. I ordered Shrimp with garlic sauce and cheese wontons. The shrimp with garlic sauce was bad. There was only a little bit of sauce and it was flavorless and oily. I tasted no garlic at all. There were very few shrimp and too many water chestnuts. The cheese wontons were barley filled and also flavorless. Maybe it was bad because I ordered take out on a slow Tuesday night. I'm very disappointed. The server was very nice and I received my order quickly.

Food's awful! The fried rice had almost no taste- literally tasted like plain white rice. Sweet and sour pork was also just poorly done (sauce was very non-descript, really not sweet nor sour). There are much better Chinese take-out options in town (China 1 or China City). Don't waste your time or money.

I went to this place after a long time, there is no improvement in their quality. I ordered spicy Hunan chicken and schezwan tofu but both are bland , no spice, salt or flavor. I will never ever visit this place again. But their Lomein and fried rice were fine.

We stopped in this evening after a long day at Ruby and asked for a pretty simple meal to go my beef lo mien was just horrible tasted scorched I asked for spicy and they decided not to add any soy sauce it was salty and very bland my husband got spicy beef no veggies and even that was completely wrong I’m so disappointed

This is literally mine and my gf's favorite place to eat. The owner is pretty nice and friendly. The food is GREAT! Both the American version of Chinese take out and real Asian food (yes there's a difference) are both excellent. If you're Adventureous ask for the Chinese menu that menu has the BEST FOOD in the restaurant. Also the prices aren't too bad. I love this place I try to come here EVERY time I visit Morgantown.

Upon walking in, nobody comes to great you. i walked up to the bar where the bartender was eating a 3 course meal, looked up at me, looked back down and continued to eat. i said i was there to pick up a order to go that i had placed 20 minutes prior. they must have asked me 4 different times what i had ordered. apparently they hadn't even started it despite the restaurant being dead. The pork fried rice was half fried/half white rice with a ton of fillers and no flavor. the chicken lo mein was sub par as well. the wonton soup was awful, it had almost no meat and the broth was loaded with pepper. To top it all off the food was cold by the time i got home. Save your time and money and go to china one. i got the same meal from china one for $2 more and it was much better experience

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Staff was friendly but food was god awful. Had to stop at sheetz on the way back just to get the disgusting taste out of my mouth. If I was given this for free, I would even feed it to my dog. Seriously, don't go here and just get some tyson chicken at walmart, it's the same thing.

I will never eat here again! I did for the first time about 2 months ago and it was horrible. I ordered take out and when I got there to pick it up the guy argued with me that he didn’t have my order tho I could see it sitting there and could see what the ticket said. After finally getting my food, there was so much lemongrass in it that is all I could taste. The hot And sour soup was so thick it would barely pour out of the bowl and was very unflavorful. The only food that was good was an egg roll. He was very rude to me and I will not be back nor will I recommend.

Sitting with a friend today and was completely disappointed. As per previous posters the food had no flavor. The fried rice....umm no. It was more like boiled white rice. When I mentioned it, I was told this was how it's been made for 35 years....well it tasted that old. The place and service is not what it used to be. Go somewhere else!!!

We went for the lunch buffet on Sunday. The buffet itself is small but has the main things that most people like. It was decent forf, and we paid $8.95 per person, which is a reasonable price. I'm not sure if it's because it was a Sunday but we stood there at the front waiting for someone to tell us whether we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There was no sign, so we seated ourselves, and then waited a good five minutes before someone came to get pre order. He asked us if we were doing the lunch buffet and then I said we have never been there before and didn't know what all was on the menu. He got a little annoyed and then said "do you want to see a dinner menu?" And we agreed. The menu looked okay, but it didn't specify if the orders come with fried rice or is they're just the meat, so we asked what all was on the buffet, because it seemed that everyone was eating from the buffet. This was my first place to eat Asian food in Morgantown, so I think I'll try some other places next time. The food wasn't overly salty, which is good, but it lacked flavor. It tasted like a diet version of Chinese food to me.

The food wasn't up to their normal standard. The rice that came with the Sweet & Sour Chicken was barely warm. The vegetables in the sauce were cold and appeared to have been taken out of the refrigerator and laid on top of the chicken and sauce.

Best Chinese after NY Montreal Toronto Vancouver San Francisco which have large Chinese communities so for WV it was amazing. Flavoured great can not to table. Different dishes tasted different. Wish they had this in Wilmington NC. I would eat it every day. Worth the trip ha ha. Really good food great service

I wish I could give their service 0 Stars. I ordered the orange chicken and specifically requested pork fried rice instead of white rice. The chicken was fine but I got home to see they ignored my request. Not sure why they have a special instructions/requests box if they don't actually read it. Ordered on 2/5/2017

It’s rare I leave a bad review but they disappointed on all areas other than the waiter. No substitutions from the menu and the dinners don’t have fried rice as an option. White only. Both of our meals chicken was full of grissel and the soup was bland. Our first and last trip.

we've come to Morgantown many of year and never miss going to this place to have Chinese food. I'm not sure who the cook is but he doesn't perfectly every single time. The chef's special is the way to go. wonton soup is excellent. The fried rice is beyond compared to any other Chinese place I've ever been to. If you're coming to Morgantown and you want a quick meal and a good meal come to this place. The wait staff was very attentive and I've never had a bad meal.

Been going there since I was a perpetually broke student at WVU circa 1996. I now live 2 hours away and still it is my go to place for lunch when in Morgantown. Very consistently good over the years; the lunch price increases seem to be only due to inflation. The atmosphere was always fine, but recent remodel inside makes it even better. Waitresses were always as consistently good as the food. I know of no better Chinese restaurant in WV.

The service was top tier, that`s for sure. The food arrived to the table promptly, while leaving us enough time to enjoy our complimentary tea before starting our meal. I feel as though the dishes were very well priced and I enjoyed the family meal options. I eat here for the first time this evening and I will certainly be going back. I just think it`s a shame I`ve been in Morgantown for two years and I`m just now discovering the charming little place.

Will NEVER return. Had Minor discrepancy with take out food. Guy called us back & told us they were closing early and rushing us back. Guy told me i was wrong. Didn't offer to fix it.instead,threatened us with a sword,yelled at us, and threw money at me. Plus, one bite of spring roll was HORRIBLE! I'm nervous about posting this review publicly, but potential future guests have the right to know. I should give zero stars if it were an option!

Ordered lunch for myself and a colleague, delivered via doordash. The chicken chow mein is incredibly bland, and they didn't even put soy sauce in the bag. The chow mein "noodles" are actually just the crunchy asain Frito chips thrown on top, no where near an actual chow mein noodle. My colleague didn't like his sesame chicken any better. The only half decent tasting thing in the meal was the cheese wontons. They're actually fake crab rangoons, because they have the fake crab meat. I actually wanted a plain cheese wonton, not a crab rangoon. It's bad when something I don't like, fake crab meat, was the best thing I ate.
