This place is awesome! Friendly staff and excellent food. Huge portions and huge on flavor. I really dont have words to explain how great this place is. Definately somewhere to eat when in Wheeling.

I've eaten here twice. I had pork chow fun and pork and shrimp with "special golden sauce". Both were well-prepared generous portions. There are tables here but is a counter service takeout.

They keep their door open, allowing flies and other flying bugs to come in. Nothing worse than trying to eat while swatting flies. Food was horrible. I don't speak their language however, I could tell when they were laughing about customers after they left. NEVER will go back.

Somewhat decent food. They change their hours as they see fit. Called to order a take out meal. Their flyer says they close at 10. They stated on the phone they close at 9:30. Don't recommend wasting your money here!

Disappointed... I ordered and it never showed up.. Called 40 minutes after I placed order was told it would be here any minute... Gave the benefit of the doubt even if they did forget my order(they had already charged my card) waited another 30 minutes and called back. Lady said he in the elevator he be right there I said you said that 25 minutes ago she said I call you right back, (calling the driver) she called back said he was In The elevator .... My room was right beside the elevators driver was not coming... She called back half laughing and said he went to wrong Hampton! He went to highlands! (Not funny to me and here's why) I'm diabetic... Now that I had already taken insulin for Chinese it was way too late to eat. She took my request of canceling the order...positive... I'm always prepared so I had to enjoy a dinner consisting of popcorn ,peanuts, and emergency candy that I carry just so my sugar wouldn't drop from the insulin I took preparing for the food that never showed up... :-/

Great food and service but last night I found a small bolt in my food and when my wife called they acted like it was no big deal. So I went down and talked to them and it was like pulling teeth, they surrounded me and started talking in Chinese and laughing about it. I said I want a refund and after going over and over with the women about how it was my child's plate and her trying to only refund like $5 I finally settled with half a refund of $15. It's just the point any other place would have instantly gave a full refund and tried to kiss butt and give you free food to show how sorry they were but not this place. I have been eating from here for years and have always enjoyed my food every single time. From time to time I would find the ocasional stray hair but not that big of a deal still is nasty as hell but I never complained to them. The one time it's actually something serious they try to blow me off and laugh about it. Sorry to say but you guys have now lost a costumer for life because of the way things were handled. Also as I was leaving they pick the bolt up which had nasty dirt in the threads of it and as if this is something that happens everyday they out it back into its hole and go about their day. Like come on people.

New to Wheeling, I was hoping to find a Chinese restaurant that delivered and was gluten-free. I called and they provided me the ingredients to their soy sauce which does not contain wheat. They were familiar with a few menu items that they knew to be gluen free as well. I ordered the tofu and vegetable meal, which had a nice thick soy-based sauce and lots of veggies and tofu. Very yummy and no gluten side effects! Will order again from them.

When I first enter " The New Panda " the first thing I remember was the interior. Now they have totally changed and elevate it!!!!! They have new chairs, tables, even have nice pictures!!!!!!! Plus the food at Panda is always fresh, so if you want to see " The New Panda" come and see it for yourself

They have a huge new lobby for dine in. I've been going here for more than 15 years and they have always had the best General Tsaos sauce. They have a very large menu that has several vegan/vegetarian options which is definitely a plus!

$65 worth of food, half of the order was wrong. (Understandable because it was a huge order) But then She refused to fix it and when I said I just want my money back they all starting flipping out in their native tongue. Aside from that I've ate Chinese in tons of different places around the world and I must say. This is not very fresh or authentic. These ppl must have been born and raised in wheeling.

Best food on earth. I'd eat this for breakfast and lunch if I could. The best pizza in the valley. The Mexicans in the back are very friendly. I suggest the fried hotdog icecream brulee.... amaxing... but. Dont forget to bring a towel because your going to want to get high afterwards

Food was delivered hot and fast and at a fair price. I ordered the Dragon and Phoenix and it was on par with any other Chinese delivery I've had. Crab Rangoon was crispy and delicious. I just wished they include chopsticks instead of a flimsy plastic fork.

The food tasted great and the price was reasonable for the portions of food you receive. The only complaint I have is the customer service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. It's very dingy and the workers are not very personable. We will be back because the quality and taste was evident in the food.

Good Chinese Food. Good prices. The mixed vegetables and garlic sauce is enough for two meals. Shrimp chow mein is also good combined with the fried rice. "yeah, what do you want?" may not be the best way to greet guests but no different than what I get when I go to NY eateries.

Talk about terrible customer service! Every time you go in the facility, there are kids running around. Their definition of a greeting is, "What you want?" The staff doesn't acknowledge their customers at all, yet they can carry on a conversation in their native tongue fine. I went in today, and the lady said their prices went up when in reality, she was charging me for something I didn't order. My fellow co-worker and I will not be back!

Don't go there. I had food poisoning had me drained to the last drop of body fluid. Don't be like me stay away from them. They sell left over food that's what I had right after the weekend. Wasn't too friendly and acted like I interrupted order taker. She was quick to get food that apparently was precooked as she came back too quickly for it to be freshly cooked . It also tasted kind of old. She didn't wait to get my signed credit card receipt as she left to the back and didn't cone back up. I just left it on counter and left.

They forget out pork fried rice. We gave them a five dollars tip, so they have ten extra dollars. Called but closed one hafe a hour early.. Sent a fax. No reply. Even next day. I work in a hospital. We order out all the time. Why not make it great! But instead average. Why not make it right? One person would of been left out watching us eat, if we hadn't shared. Do they care, we the customers are their bread and butter.
