Food is fairly good for a buffet. I give 3.5 for the food. I always go there and sometimes my stomach feels bad a day after eating lots of seafood at their buffet. I am not sure if it's because the food is rotten or I ate too much. The service is too bad. They always give the bill while I am still eating the food and sometimes they do not say anything such as thank you or have a good day to me after I sign the bill. I speak Chinese with them so I dont think its because of language barrier.

Ok. Just left this place 5 mins ago. I love Chinese food and this was really good . I may say the top 2 or 3 places ever!! Huge variety, lots of flavor, fresh, piping hot, delicious!! The reason for a 4 instead of a 5......place is dirty. Carpet is gross, ceiling is filthy around the vents, decor is old , dirty and outdated. This will not stop me from coming back. I LOVE the food! And the price was decent at $8.50 per person. The wait staff and hostess were friendly and didn't hover you like some places.

I liked it a lot. Almost everything was hot, a little unusual for a buffet. There was a lot of variety, very fresh, and tasty. The staff were efficient and courteous. The food this good merits a great review, even if you are not happy about the decor. An even better treat is the fresh grilled to order food. As I was finishing my selection, the chef came over with good suggestions for the sauce. He was very pleasant and helpful, it was entertaining and informative watching him cook, and very good to eat. I do some stir frying at home. We plan to be back.

A typical Chinese buffet that is slightly overpriced. The decor is in need of a refreshing . If you go at peak hours food will be fresh however I have gone at the wrong time of day and have been disappointed with the quality. Dont let this be your first sushi experience as it will turn you off of something that is delicious at the right location. I still enjoy going to a Chinese buffet and eating way too much and you can indulge in such gluttony here to your hearts content. Waitresses are quick to refill drinks but will hover over you like a helicopter to make sure your tip is adequate .

It's a deceptive restaurant. I want recwntly for the lunch buffet. It's nice looking on the inside, and the staff is very friendly. The food on the bar LOOKED as if it was steaming hot. However, it must have just been from the water under the pans, because the food was cold, soggy, mushy, and flavorless. The only redeeming thing about any of the food I tried was the lo mein bar. They had raw veggies, meats, and sauces that you can have cooked for you right there. At least THAT was hot and had some decent flavor. I will not be going back.

I had to adjust my rating because they are slacking! They were great at first but when you dont know what to eat because everything looks old and dry...and the hot foods are cold...something has gone wrong. I no longer dine here. Paying almost 40 dollars for 2 ppl to have these options, no thanks...Ill call the local take out and will be totally satisfied.

I was only able to eat 2 plates, most of the food was nasty, and only spent about 20 minutes in there until they rushed me out the door. 16$ for 2 small plates of nasty and chewy chinese food? no thanks. i love this place. my wife and i go here once a month or so. the food is really good and nothing seems to stay on the bars for to long. nothing looks old or dry. the sushi is really good. the crab they have during dinner is cooked very well unlike some places not very watery or over cooked. the grill chief is very nice and the food is prepared very well there also. i cant say enough about this place. the staff is very nice and cordial. best Chinese buffet in our area.

The food here is some of the best buffet food I've had at a Chinese buffet. They have all the basics as well as a mongolian bar and decent sushi bar. The service is the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars. The hostess seems to always be in a bad mood and I've had servers stand 3 feet from the table waiting for us to leave and if you don't pay the bill right away they come back every two minutes to pressure you into paying it. Overall I think it's the best Chinese buffet in the area.

Used to be a weekly eating spot 2 years ago, took my family to lunch and wasn't very happy with quality off food. Found plastic in my salad and was reimbursed for my meal.. As with many restaurants it may have been a shift of workers that day that wasn't on there A Game but they definitely need a change in cooks and a remodel on the place wouldn't hurt.

Went here during their lunchtime buffet. Everything was cold on the buffet. For that price, I could have went to another buffet cheaper & had warm food. A lot of the ceramic/porcelain plates had cracks all over them and that could be a public health hazard as you could swallow a piece of it. I know they are supposed to be thrown out when they chip.

The buffet was was ok. I didn’t eat hibachi so I don’t have an opinion. I was honestly uncomfortable with the sushi. I ate one piece but didn’t finish the rest. I’ve seen much better looking sushi as far as freshness goes.

Easily accessible location. Nice facility. Good food. Affordable ($13.95+tax for buffet, $7-8.50 for entrees). Sushi is always a nice addition to a buffet. Coconut shrimp is dangerously delicious. Bad service though... The woman at the front desk was very short with me. I felt like I was being rushed to leave. I think she was having a bad day. Maybe she was angry because I didn't want to eat in? We'll never know. I'd go again for sure.

My experience was horrible! The food was chewy and nasty. We went to the restroom and while in there an employee came in to clean. She used the toilet brush inside the toilet and also scrubbed the toilet seat where you sit on all of the toilets. She also used tongs to pick up the trash. I will never go here again. I will notify the health department about their cleaning practices because this is so wrong on so many levels. DO NOT GO HERE!

Having been there twice... Once for lunch and once for dinner, I can honestly say that I like dinner better. I think dinner buffet has a little bit better of a food selection. This would explain why it’s slightly more expensive. My favorite thing is they’re coconut shrimp. The guy that cooks your food in front of you is awesome. He is the real deal. Decor is okay. Staff made sure our table stayed cleared while we were eating which was wonderful. Restaurant was nice and clean. I would definitely go back.

Wow... I hadn't been to this location in a few years. It is really looking run down. The bubble fish that they had separating the tables are all half filled and turned off. They just look gross. The waitresses are not personable at all, but they are attentive refilling glasses and removing plates constantly. They do have a huge variety of food from sushi to pudding. However, the hot items were not hot (just slightly warm).

Came for lunch at 11. Food was cold. Sat in a booth with the water tubes that are supposed to light up and rotate fish (not a big deal that they were off). They were turned off and after we ate we notice 2 cockroaches floating on top of the water.

We went here for my 16 year-old's birthday. Every year, he picks a Chinese restaurant to celebrate his Birthday. We had heard positive things about No. 1 Super China Buffet so we decided to give it a try. Lots of selection. The food was pretty good. There were plenty of meat choices, along with noodles, vegetables, and rice. We didn't do the stir-fry station, but we all hit the Sushi area. Food items could be labeled better, but really that's my only critique. The service staff was attentive and we enjoyed eating ourselves silly. Of note, especially having gone to several Chinese restaurants over the years, there was very little items that myself and family didn't like and left on our plate. Usually there are several food items from buffets that just taste old and gross, but we had a minimal amount at No. 1 Super China Buffet, so that's a big positive.

Honestly if you want Chinese take out I recommend going to China one. The servers at no.1 super buffet are extremely rude and pushy to get you in and out of the store. The employees are terrible as I was gathering my meal, a cook just pushed himself in front of me so he could grab whatever empty pan there was. There is no courtesy here. 10000 percent will NEVER return. Again go to any other resturant than this one!!!

My wife and I recently went to this buffet to get some lunch. I heard it was an ok place from a coworker but sadly that was far from the case. The person sat me down, this is 11:30 mind you, I get hibachi because most things their are left out longer than they should be. I get hibachi cooked at the chef, when I begin to eat it a putrid smell came from food right out of the oven. I took a bite of it and it tasted like old chicken. I have already reported this place to the bbb for malpractice. They give no regard for customers who pay excessive amount for mediocre food. I just want to warn you there are plenty other places in Morgantown to eat before this extremely unprofessional place. You will regret eating here I promise.

After reading the reviews which are far too juvenile and negative, I was surprised to find a quite good buffet with fresh and tasty items on the buffet table. No 1 Super Buffet provides both good and fresh food at a realistic price. I will definitely go back again and would recommend it to others.

The food is always super good, but the employees are 7x out of 10 rude. Last time I went there and paid they took a tip out of my money without asking. And then gave me the rest back. The employees are very shady and after two plates will stop filling your water and push you out the door. But the food is great which is why they get two stars. Just watch your money.

Really a great place to waste your money. If you want really good Asian cusine try Green tea Asian fusion. Super buffet gives off an entitled feeling. They want you to feel beneath them while eating there week old food. Please do no go to hibachi either they leave raw meat at room temperature for hours sometimes days at a time.

After reading the other reviews, I feel like i didn't even eat at the same place! My experience was great. Staff was friendly and acknowledged me. Service was good. I never ran low on drink and dirty plates were taken away quickly. Food was average. $10.80 for lunch buffet and drink. Given the huge selection of items, I'd call this a good deal!

The food was excellent. Honestly was the best Chinese Buffet I have been to. However, there are a few problems. First the price of the place was expensive! 2 adults and 1 for year old cost $40.65! That's outrageous! Second the cleanliness. The separator between the tables are a bunch of pipes that held water in it. Some still have water others do not, but the algae is still in all of them. Lastly, the bathroom (Males) was full of boxes and cleaning products as soon as you open the door. I'm not sure if its suppose to be a bathroom or a storage area. In short food good, service good, cleanliness bad.

It was a heck of a lot better than most buffets I've been to. Not really looking to establish a relationship with the staff so if they don't say hi or thank you, it's fine, that's expected at these type of restaurants. This place is okay. I definitely recommend going at dinner when they are busiest because at lunch, sometimes the food is out for a really long time. The delivery service had ordered beef and broccoli. Lucky I called to add soy sauce and they sent Moo Goo like I ordered. The food is delicious and hot. But there was no soy sauce, no eating utensils or napkins. I am in a hotel room. Lucky there was a fork, spoon and napkins in the car.

For the price it is an excellent buffet. 10 bucks with a drink for an all you can eat lunch. I was travelling through the area and stopped in. I can't see why anyone would leave a bad review unless they have delirious expectations of what a Chinese buffet is. The food was tasty, the place is clean, and the temps of the food were right. They have Mongolian BBQ and sushi as well. If you want a five star restaurant go spend 50-100 bucks per person. If you want a quick yummy lunch that fills you up for ten bucks plus tip, stop here.

If I could give no stars I would. The service was terrible. They never filled up our drinks, and when I asked they had an attitude. I asked where the bathroom was and the lady pointed toward the back without saying a word; I had to ask another employee where it was because the building is large. Our waitress seemed to be racist toward me and my boyfriend. Worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. Don’t go there. The evergreen buffet is friendlier and fresher.

Never again will I step foot in this philthy place!!! They have roaches crawling across the Buffett !!! I went to the Buffett and noticed a roach crawling I immediately went back to the table and told my family to stop eating the food immediately! I told the server who didn’t seem phased by it at all. We received a very insincere apology and were still charged full price , even though we had only been in the restaurant a few minutes. Yuk just stay away roaches and horrible customer service!

If I was to rate food it would be a 2 Maybe a 3 at best. As for the waitress I wouldn't even rate her. She didn't take any of our plates. didn't give us any refills. and I asked for a sweet tea to go and she looked like she was going to kill me. But to top it off she came over about 30 mins into us eating. and ask if we were ready to pay as she could clearly see we was still eating I will never go there again

We reviewed the buffet and the food looked great we made our plates and devoured our first round. By the time we got to our second plate all the food had began to harden and dry out. You could absolutely tell that the food had been under heat laps for a considerable amount of time. Not only that, but it actually began to change color and had been noticeably reheated or put out serval times. The sushi was rotten the crab legs all consisted of brown rotten meat. I was out with two other people we all left feeling noxious, we threw up and continued for the next 5 hours. I dont know how this place is still open or considered safe by the health department. Please is if you love yourself or the the person that you are bringing out to eat DO NOT COME HERE! HID3 YOUR KIDS, HIDE YOUR WIFE, HIDE YOUR ANIMES!!

If you get the buffet, you're entitled to take sushi off the sushi bar. This is an amazing deal, because the sushi is basically high enough quality most of the time to be sold at high prices at a real Hibachi place. Lunch is even cheaper than dinner, so if you play your cards right you can eat like $40-$50 worth of sushi for like $7 and they won't say anything (though I always like to tip the sushi chef as a courtesy.) The cheap sushi is the main attraction. As a Chinese buffet, it's pretty average/mediocre. The coconut shrimp, mushrooms, and lo mein are all decent but nothing really stands out and there's not as large a selection as some places.

But today WOW I ate and of course the service wasn’t so great but I was eating with my son and when we was leaving I left a tip and paid I was about home which wasn’t far and my son couldn’t find his phone so I called them.saying hello I was just in with my son and he might have miss placed it over in the booth we was just in and told them the phone what it was and all I heard was them yelling so I said hello 3 times and they yelled we can’t help u and hung up!! Literally hung up so I called and said the same thing and they yelled WE DONT UNDERSTAND and hung up..so I turned around to go back over to help them so I called one more time this time they didn’t say the restaurant so I asked is this super one Buffet they say very very rude YESSSSS what do u want I said again I was just in my son might have miss placed his phone and I’m heading over to help you guys and show U what it looks like after telling them but again the hung up sonyes by now I thought they was doing me dirty and stole it yes that’s what I was thinking so I called one more time and all they did was say U CALL ME ONE MORE TIME ILL CALL COPS ON YOU!!! So I called them myself!! And they was fully on my side and was heading over bc they should have never done nor said they things they should have if your running a business I was very very hurt bc I’m from this town and I have NEVER ever experienced what I did today thank god we found it by they side and walk

Rude or No English? The owner is very unfriendly. No greeting No good bye. just got the money from us. and We had awful experience. To me the atmosphere is very important as well as the food.At the last visit I promised myself "I will never go back".I should kept my promise to keep from ruining my day by them.

Terrible service. No one ever came to refill drinks or even checked in once. We even had to ask for the bill (which was $34 for two people). Also, the bananas were almost black and so were the oranges! Not going back!

This was definitely the worst restaurant experience in my life. The service was horrible. I sat waiting for a refill for 45 minutes. The waitresses kept rushing us to pay and leave. Then when I asked for a manger they acted like they couldn't understand me. This is the absolute worst Chinese restaurant in Morgantown. I suggest you don't go to it.

The food is fairly good especially if you go around the lunch or dinner rush. You get older food though if you go past those times if it is not busy. Most of the seafood at the dinner buffet is fairly good but don't expect amazing salmon, and some of the muscles are not great. Pretty much everything else at Super 1 is pretty good. They are generally polite and offer good service. If they kept food fresher I would go more often, but I am normally fairly happy regardless.

I have to say this was one of the most horrible experiences, I’ve had ever in my life. The people here stare at you give you looks, purposely talk sharply in a different language. I have never in my entire life; witnessed or even heard of such unprofessionalism in my life. To top it off the food was nothing short of dog food. Honestly I wouldn’t feel safe having my dog eat this. It’s old recycled food from ages ago, with large amounts of MSG to fill you up after the first plate. I warn you SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
