Eat here every time I get a chance. I have tried everything on the menu and have been more than satisfied each and every time. They always give us plenty of food especially for the price. Honestly it's the best Asain Cuisine in the Tri-State.

There is nothing like a good place of Chinese food to hit your taste buds. Number one kitchen has the best Chinese food around hands down no other place I've ate at compares to this place, the food is always hot and steamy and there is always way more then you can eat at one sitting, I always eat on it for at least too days the best dish there by far in my opinion is the pepper chicken combo and it's fairly cheap in the wallet. You can tell it's good food when the place is always busy no matter what time of day but it's never a long wait on it.

I never want to leave a bad review, and most of the time I wouldn’t, but I had an issue with money and the staff was incredibly rude. I called in for a delivery to my house. I gave them my card information like I had done before. When the delivery guy comes, he said that they didn’t give him any card information. He then called the location, and they said it didn’t go through. So I just gave him cash and a tip. A few days later I looked at my account to see that they had taken money out of my account on my card. I called the location and explained to them their mistake. I wasn’t angry. I just wanted my money back since they took it out of my card and took my cash. I was called a liar and yelled at. I was treated terribly and told to pick up the money immediately. I had my fiancé do it. They only gave him back the money for the food and not the tip. This guy received a cash tip and took a tip out of my card on top of the cost of the food. When I explained that he took 2 tips, and I wanted one of them back I was treated rudely and intimidated. They finally gave me back all of my cash. I will never go back there again. I understand mix ups happen, but I am upset with how they treated me when I tried to explain their mistake. Their treatment towards me and my fiancé is why they are recieving the 1 star. I would give zero if I could.

Always rush you when ordering. I never get to complete my order and the lady who answers the phone is always rude. She placed me on hold came back I asked to pay with card and she says number. I asked for one second to walk back to the kitchen table and she made comment should have card ready.. I have a 7 month old !!!

Should be called "No One Kitchen" because no one should waste their money here. Ordered for delivery: Pinapple chicken (requested extra crispy,) fried dumplings, crab rangoon. Total cost was around $15. The fried rice that came with the chicken was fine. The dumplings were fine. The rest was revolting. The rangoon is the triangle style, not the little neatly tied up at the top style. It was 90% fried wrap, 10% actual cream cheese and crab filling. The chicken was revolting. I threw more than half into the trash. Most of the pieces seemed more like gristle and breading than actual chicken. I would never order here again.

Love this place! The food is always fresh and well-prepared. I’ve eaten across the state (and in other states!) and to my mind this is easily the best Chinese food in WV. It’s also family-owned, so you may see a child or two on Saturday but that just adds to the charm. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it’s spotless.

The one in the west end is way better than this one. If you ask for a quart of seasame chicken side of la mein with crab Rangoon. The other no 1 kitchen in the west end is like 13$ and they pack your Togo container all the way up and the food is always delicious. Here on route 60 it’s like 15-16$ depending on how the lady rings it up. The fluff the chicken and don’t put nearly as much in it. If you get pork fried rice, the rice isn’t cooked all the way (it’s hard). And the chicken is not nearly as good with more sauce than chicken. The broccoli is under everything, completely nasty mainly because of all the sauce they leave in the container. (Most likely just trying to cover up them shortening the chicken) Unfortunately the owners in the west end of Huntington have no ownership at all with this one... unfortunately you can definitely tell. Just being completely honest. Y’all can spend the money but the rates compare to other one. Makes up for the gas just to go to the other one. Plus the experience.

If I️ could leave 0 Stars I️ would. Do not order food for a delivery!!! I️ understand an establishment being busy and taking maybe an hour or so getting your order but tonight was ridiculous. Placed an order online and it hadn’t been delivered after an hour so I️ called to check and see if the driver had left yet. Woman who answered the phone said he was on his way. Assumed he would be there within the next 15 minutes or so but I️ waited another hour after she told me on the phone it was on the way. After about 2 and half hours I️ assumed the order just wasn’t coming period. At this point it’s been 3 hours and I️ haven’t received the food or a call back about my order. Glad I️ didn’t pay online with a credit card for food to never show up.

Food is amazing. Restaurant is old and needs updates but food and prices are great. Staff is fine and dining room is clean. Worth giving them a shot. They also offer free delivery with minimum purchase. Updated 2/2018. The last 2 times I have called to a delivery it has taken well over an hour to get my food. And when I called the location which is 5 minutes from my house the phone staff was quite rude and without even asking my name or address she told me the driver was on the way then just hung up. So if you're hungry now.... I would not order delivery.

We placed an order online because it showed that we were in their area for delivery. About five minutes later, we get a call where we were asked for all of our credit card information over the phone, and as soon as we had finished giving it a woman started yelling at us about not living in the right part of town to order from them even though we don’t live in the part of town she kept saying we did. Hung up after she continued to yell at us over this. Never received any food (not that I expected to at this point), will be keeping a close eye on my credit card charges after this, and will definitely never even consider placing another order here.

Delivery order: Ordering experience was not the greatest. Lady was short and to the point but at least they got the order correct. Delivery was within 40 mins on a Saturday evening so that was acceptable. Food....was pretty bad. I always get same thing - Shrimp fried rice and my husband gets Generals Chicken. Mine had absolutely no taste even with soy sauce. Husbands was tasteless as well. The # 1 Kitchen in the west end is much much better

Ive called this place several times and never have seemed to be able to get food. I have given up! There is no consistency with this pave and won't be surprised if they close in the near future! Ive tried to get my food delivered and they wont even take my order. U ask what time do you stop taking delivery orders so i can catch you at the right time next time and the response is always it depends. I tried ordering at 8:30 and didnt even get to my address or to food they just said sorry were not delivering! This is my3rd and last time .

I don't get all the one star reviews on here. I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the food and service here. Every thing I have ordered here has been wonderful. They cook your food when you order it and the portion sizes always leave me with leftovers. If you want Chinese food with atmosphere, go to PF Changs. But if you just want awesome Chinese, this is your hidden gem.

I tried to call in a order for my dad, but no one would pick up. The rude lady who takes the orders normally, yelled at my dad a few months ago and banned him from ordering. It wasn’t much of a loss, because the food is disgusting. You’d think they’d be more kind since their food is so horrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. Don’t order from here unless you like to be disappointed.

So we took our money else where. If your a business and your hours say 10:30 then you should have been there and OPEN!

I asked for a "little spice" (3 of 10) human chicken. The sauce was excellent, there were lots of veggies in the fried rice, and the chicken was tender. Fast service, and friendly wait staff. Don't let the outside fool you ... eat here!
