This is my favorite Chinese place but a couple times I’ve called to place an order for delivery and they just say sorry were not delivering. When I thought this was strange and asked why, they couldn’t give me an explanation. More then half of your business is delivery orders...that’s a great way to lose business, including mine.

I ordered the general tso's and it was dried out chicken and not fresh. In the past, I have had good luck ordering here and always enjoyed my meals. The last two times have been disappointing. Next time I want Chinese, I will not be ordering from here. Even the cheese wontons which were my favorite in morgantown were lacking this time.

The food is always good, probably the best Chinese I've ever had. Customer service just sucks ass. The person who answers the phone act like he deaf. It's kind of annoying. Idk about everything else on the menu but I always get the beef and broccoli, shrimp and broccoli, shrimp lo mein, shrimp rolls, fried chicken wings, or the cheese wontons. I didn't like the General tos chicken too much.

Terrible food and terrible customer service. I ordered chicken pad thai that was so terrible I could only eat a few bites. The restaurant accused me of lying and refused to give me a refund. I don't recommend ordering from this place.

Hands down just had the worst experience. Ordered lunch and requested the CRISPY Scallion Chicken. The chicken was not crispy and it looked horrible. I paid over $18 for lunch. I called the restaurant and was told nothing could be done until a manager came in. When I finally spoke to someone they could only focus on the new style of chicken. I was ok with ordering something different as the dish that was delivered was inedible. They decided that I as the customer was not worth satisfying and was do nothing new and not even a refund of my meal. VERY, VERY, POOR Customer service provided. What part of your in a customer service industry are these people not getting. Will never recommend or re-purchase any of their food items. Heads Up! I work at a hotel were guests ask for recommendations on were to eat every day and every night. Can you guess who will never be recommended.

Usually pretty good Chinese food at a standard rate. I’ve had maybe one or two meals here that wasn’t to my liking but other than that it’s good food. They really lack customer service Though (when you call they come off extremely rude). Other than that if you can get through the lack of service, it’s good food for a good price.

We are from out of town and we stopped in on our way through and the service was horrible. He was very short with us like he was to busy talking on his phone . the food was nasty not completely done . we would have been better off with a bologna sandwich

Ordered 2 lunch specials - Sesame chicken and Kung Pao chicken. The Sesame was good, as were the rice and the eggrolls. The Kung Pao chicken was horrible - tasted burned, had a strong seasoning that I couldn't identify, and basically was the worst Kung Pao chicken I've ever had. I definitely wouldn't recommend that!

We ordered their food to our house and had terrible and rude service. The man who delivered our food yelled at my roommate who answered the door because I hadn't answered my phone when he called because I had been busy so he had to KNOCK *gasp*. Then when my roommate called to tell them about their delivery man, they yelled at her for being unsatisfied and were very rude. We will not be ordered from them again. There are much better places in Morgantown to order from with better food and service.

The General Tso's is fine; it has a decent amount of chicken. Do not get the Szechuan nor Black Pepper chicken. They put about 5 pieces of thin sliced chicken with really dry rice and the rest veggies all cut really thick... They are terrible and are super bland. It took 3 packets of soy sauce to get any flavor.

*3 stars is a courtesy* The chicken pad Thai is NOT edible. Perhaps this is just very authentic food, but it's gross. The chicken tasted as dog food smell and, of course, did not resemble chicken in any way. My boyfriend got the tofu pad thai and it was terrible as well, and he is one who will eat most Asian foods that typically no one will touch. So I give 3 stars since this was the only meal I have had from here, but if this was solely based on this one meal it would ABSOLUTELY be a 1 star.
