Not just your average food truck! This Korean cuisine will satisfy your taste buds with amazing creations made by the talented guys of Mashita. They use fresh and local produce, and it shows with the quality of their food. You can't go wrong with anything you order. Steam buns are always a good choice, but the specials are where you can taste scrumptious creations that are literally a taste bud explosion. One seasonal dish was fried green tomatoes with a watermelon relish (?), this dish was one of the best things I have ever tasted. Mikey uses his chef skills and creates a variety of textures and taste and presents it with beauty and flair.

Slow cooked pork, chicken and bulgogi with an Asian flare in sauce? Awesome. Actually the Ssam which are lettuce wraps rather than their buns are really good as well! It's fun to stop by and try the food trucks in Harrisonburg, give this place a try!

If you've never had it, you should try it. The meats are so tender and flavorful. Clean healthy food with so much taste! Try the steam rice with their sweeted soy sauce as a side to a meal!

This isn't just good food truck food...this is incredible food period. Appreciate the use of fresh and local ingredients and the specials are always fantastic. There are some picnic tables there outside where you can sit and eat too if you like.
