We didn't sit at the hibachi grill but at a table. My husband's hibachi chicken was okay, the sauce was tasty, as was the fried rice, but the chicken was overcooked. I had the udon noodles with chicken. The noodles themselves were yummy, but my chicken was soooo overcooked that it was inedible, I had to eat around it. The prices were pretty high, especially for the quality of the food.

Soo much fun! The staff was very polite; nicest group of people. looked like they were having a ball. It was definitely an experience to remember. Have never been to a hibachi restaurant. We were in the area cause we was at Cabelas and it was spur of the moment because the other couple we were with was hungry as well. It was a fun atmosphere. The food was amazing. Usually this place is great but the last few times I've been there the show was terrible. If I'm paying that kind of money I would expect more than the guy just coming out, fixing our food with no show what so ever. The show is SUPPOSED to be part of it so since this is a recurring problem I give them two stars

Fusion is the absolute best! The one I regularly go to is the one located in Tridelphia, WV. I have never had a bad experience here. The food ia absolutely amazing, no matter the choice. Usually, I get the Hibachi meals(shrimp or scallops, & filet.) They have a hibachi area, but we usually will sit in a booth in the bar area. The atmosphere in there is relaxing and beautiful! They also have a sushi bar area if you so choose. Service is always on top of everything, along with being extremely helpful and friendly. My fiance and I recommend Fusion to everyone that is new to the area, or anyone that has never been. They deserve more than a 5 star rating.

Hibachi is entertaining, the service is good but felt very rushed. The food is wonderful. Their birthday/annerversary meal policy is over the top, but if yoi are already planning on having 6 people go pit to dinner it is worth it I guess. Be aware they will automatically add an 18% tip onto your bill for that size party. The drinks were fairly weak.

When I went there for the first I was surprised about the decor because I liked how one side of the restaurant was hibachi while the other side was just regular tables. The food from the chef wasn't really appetizing because the fried rice didn't have enough soy sauce to get the flavor. They give little vegetable and the steak was okay, but the shrimp was cooked fully and how I noticed is that when I took a bite out of it, the shrimp tasted raw and not fully cooked towards the middle and inside. The sushi was pretty good but when I got a spicy roll or whatever it was, it wasn't even spicy. The difference from this kind of steakhouse from the other kinds are that they are more energetic with the music and a little goofy- take no offense. They acted more, childish compared to other steakhouses. Other steakhouses looks like they take their jobs for seriously because they don't act that goofy. I mean like the chefs can talk and make the customers laugh but Fusion like takes it to a while new level. I didn't really like the food- that's an opinion!

When we arrived, it took almost 10 minutes for the host to even acknowledge us. It got to the point, where i had to call her out for being rude and unprofessional for taking that long to acknowledge a customer after entering the restaurant. In addition to that, the cook referred to my spouse as “boy” and referred to the other customer of whom which was a different race as “sir”. I don’t see myself returning to this restaurant after the poor service.

We've been here several times. Our most recent visit was very disappointing. We sat at a booth in the bar area. Our food portions were half that received in the hibachi area. I'm highly allergic to shrimp and requested no shrimp appetizer with my meal. It came out on my plate anyway. My husband removed them, and I ate my dinner. By the time I left I had hives covering my face. Probably will not return to this location.

When they are on, it's quite good. But I find the food a bit inconsistent. If you plan to eat there, I would ask to be seated near the bar, away from hibachi. Otherwise you get to hear the happy birthday song over and over...

Had a terrible experience there last night. The chef, food, and wait service were excellent. The trouble came when the manager screwed the billing up so bad at our grill that we and another family had our credit cards charged 3 times then voided. But refunds don't occur for 2 or 3 days. Or so the manager told us. She then couldn't understand why we refused to let her run our card a 4th time. And the whole time she kept blaming the waiter. My family and I will never return here.

Watch taking a huge party with 24+..checks get screwed up..they add instant 18% for tip so watch how much more you give fyi. When you order double noodle or rice you still get single portions...Also went 2 weeks prior to this time for another bday party and the guy who preps the food in the kitchen decided to short everyone on their food 2 people only get half the food that the meal came with for a single portion. They really need to work on these issues.

This is the first I ate there. The food was fantastic. Some of the best tasting food I've had. The show was entertaining and the cook was humorous. My only complaint and literally the only one is the cost. It is pricy. My meal and a drink, plus taxes and a tip that they automatically included (18%) came to a whopping $52. That's for one person!. But like I said the food was amazing..lol

Very good food. Beautiful decor. I had general tsos chicken with fried rice, spicy tuna roll, salmon skin roll and a peanut butter landslide cake. My bill was a little under $50 including 20% tip. What I expected to pay. No more no less. Everything was very fresh and non suspect. What you see is what you get here! I'll be returning.

This place combines showmanship with fine dinning. The "Yum Yum" sauce is awesome on salad and the Hibachi grill is always ready to go. The cooks there are very professional and its a great place to have parties and group get togethers. At lunch its always best to sit in the private section, its much quieter there and less wait. Also can be a bit steep on price with some items. Plan to spend 12 to 15 bucks a person average.

Sat at the Hibachi table, our chef was very funny and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, had the steak and scallops. The steak was tender and delicious, the scallops were like eating butter, they were so soft and cooked to perfection. The best Hibachi I've ever had. 2 August 2019 Ordered takeout. Had the Shashimi appetizer, Alaska roll, Steak Teriyaki, salad, soup and Cheesecake for dessert. Waited in the bar area which is beautiful with the lantern style lighting and soft colors. I do appreciate that their ginger slivers are not dyed pink as many restaurants do. Ginger is to cleanse the palate between different fish flavors. Even the to go dishes are plated beautifully and with care.

We had our Christmas and sons B-day dinner here on 12-25-2018. I don’t think they expected to be as busy as they were but every single staff member was excellent ! Our Hibachi Chef was just superb with my 5 yr old granddaughter and she enjoyed the experience !! This is second time I have eaten here and the food / staff are exceptional ! Kudos to the Christmas crew last night . You made our day away from home wonderful !!!

Food is quite overpriced, and there's a hefty service charge on top. The taste of the food isn't bad, but it's just hard to justify the cost. They were, however, very accommodating to customization of orders. Overall, OK for an occasional splurge, but I would never be a regular.

They asked before turning on the loud music or starting the fires. It doesn't seem like that great of a place for little ones but it was actually reaaly amazing for her.
