Delicious! Went in for dinner and ordered the Singapore Mei Fun(extra spicy) and two egg rolls. Biggest egg rolls I've ever seen! The Mei Fun was excellent- plenty of curry flavor, a great portion, and everything was cooked to perfection. I'll be stopping by at least once more before I head back home.

We were traveling through Mineral Wells and found this restaurant by searching restaurants. What a find! The food was delicious and served very hot in about 10 minutes. Three adults ate for $30 and had more than enough. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Chef Chen's is one of the best restaurants in Mineralwells! Their staff are some of the friendliest people I've met in West Virginia, and they get to know you well there. The restaurant has magazines and books to read while waiting for your food, along with a beautiful fountain to look at. The food is in large portions, and it is delicious and juicy. It is prepared very well. If passing through Mineralwells, this is a must-try!
