Great atmosphere inside and outside. Service was good. Had wedge of lettuce and spicy shrimp tacos. All very good, plenty to eat. I also highly recommend Wednesday nights from 6-8 when Billy Schneider performs solo acoustic gems for great entertainment!

Normally love this place even though it's a bit loud. They had some fundraiser last I stopped and weren't seating people, so my date night dinner was ruined and we had to go elsewhere. I appreciate the good things they were doing but it would be nice to still be able to get service. Very off-putting and ruined my image of the place a little.

Megan was our server. She did a wonderful job of serving our large group of 12! Our meals were tasty, flavorful ....and served promptly with generous amounts. Hostess was welcoming ....and flexible with our large group. We are easy to please as we have lots of experience with being on the "other side" of the food industry and serving others. Wr will def eat here again.

The atmosphere here is nice and the restaurant is very clean. The wait staff is well trained and very nice. The kitchen unfortunately is slow. Waited quite long for my food while eating alone, made for a boring evening. Food was ok, but don't think I will be a regular.

This was my first time visiting the Cadillac Ranch. I was expecting bar food, but was pleasantly surprised to see that they offer a pretty expansive menu! I had the seafood penne and was not disappointed! My cocktail was also very refreshing! I would recommend stopping here if in the area.

We were there last Saturday for my grandmother's birthday and the service was good but the waitress kept disappearing. We had another waitress come out to us and ask us if we needed anything because our waitress was outside taking a phone call. Also I don't like that you add gratuity to the bill cause if the service would have sucked then the waiter/waitress would not have gotten any gratuity. I like to choose how much of a top I'm giving. Oh and prices were a little high

If you're looking for a nice quite fancy dinner.... this is not the place. This place is loud. The food is typical steak, burgers, chicken, salad. It's not bad... just didnt knock my socks off. I was full at the end and would consider coming back because the dessert menu looked tasty.

Always a great time!! But, definitely check it out on Wednesdays. They have live music and the singer was AWESOME!!! His Blues Traveler was great, but our favorite, hands down, was his NO DIGGITY!!!! We like the way he worked it. Great drinks, friendly bar staff, and good food.

The atmosphere was very unique and the food was good. Unfortunately the service/waitress was subpar. They were not very busy yet the food took a very long time to come out and the waitress, when actually present, got side tracked easily - she even forgot to get our waters. We had to go to the bar to get them and the bartender actually gave us attitude as if we were bothering her.

Didn't thrill me. Portion size was very small for the price. Would have been different if it was presented well. Friend found out you have to specify the drink special because if you say 'cheap drink' you'll pay more than the speciall of the day. More TV's than a sports bar, but it's prices are of a fancy restaurant. Black toilets are a turn off for my friends and me. How can you see if it's even flushed. Trash bin was overflowing too. I joked that the desserts could be eaten in one bite before they came and sure enough they could be. Drinks were very weak even though I got a double of the daily special. Not going back even if I'm paid to go. Well maybe if I'm paid.

Late night before an 11pm Sunday night movie, got three plates, everything was spot on and completely wonderful, definitely going back. We got the Diablo, Carbonara, and Ranch pastas, all were well above our expectations. Great job Cadillac Ranch.

Bartender was not personable at all. Very rude and made her staff around her uncomfortable. The food was good. But her attitude made our experience uncomfortable. Also at the we got our bill then she charged us on the wrong bill. Then when we told her she charged us on a different wrong bill and then argued with us about it even though we were doing her favor since she charged us too little

Been here quite a few times. The time I was there my friend and I sat at the bar at 8pm on a Saturday night. We sat there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by the bar tenders. Even the manager came over at one point to refresh drinks for people a few seats down from us who already had drinks. We continued to be ignored. We're not freaky people. Just a couple of average joes. We were extremely disappointed with the visit.

Waitress was not very attentive to our table but it was a busy night so I can understand. The reason for the 1 star review (I’d rate it lower if possible) is that there was a piece of broken glass in my last beer. I saw it before it got to my mouth but it was decently sharp and about the size of a quarter. Who knows if I actually swallowed smaller pieces before I noticed this. I brought this to the attention of my waitress, who mentioned she had to throw out 2 or 3 glasses the same evening because they were old etc. She got the manager, who asked if I was okay and then proceeded to tell me how this happens once in a blue moon and how rare this was. No offer to comp me any money off my bill or help make it up to me in anyway. I used to frequent this place often for after work happy hours but will not come back again.

I don’t write reviews usually, but last night was the worst experience we’ve had at a restaurant in a while. Everything from the server to the food was poor quality. The food was bar grade, which was unfortunate for the price (considering we bought a charred medium rare $30 filet). Overall it was a disappointing experience and we won’t be going again.

Food was a tad bit more pricey than what you would expect.. for example a regular burger was about 13 bucks and the portions weren't the best. I had chicken tacos .. It was pretty good and tasty but small. Nice atmosphere especially with outdoor seating

This restaurant has nice indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio with a bar. The food selection here is great! I'll be surprise if you don't find anything that interest you. The prices are a little up there so it's not budget friendly. The portion aren't that great either, my party finished their meal (I have some that always take a "To-go"). There was no complaints on regarding our meals, but are service was poor that night. We waited around 15 to 20 minutes for our waiter to come back around to check up on by that time, (due to our small portions) we were done with our food. She offered no apology or anything when she came back. Hopefully this was a one time instance, but it left a bad taste in our mouth.

Have never been to a Cadillac Ranch before, but definitely a nice place to visit. Even though apparently is a very new building it is built to look sort of data which makes it very unique and interesting. Good food, great service, really a nice place to stop to drink or eat.

The service was not good. It took so long to get our food. We went on Monday so kids eat free. I guess you shouldn't complain about a free meal but the chicken nuggets were super dry so she didn't even eat them. Then we ordered dessert, which took at least a half hour to come. We actually had to get a bus boy to finds our waitress. Then when she realized we were upset she avoided us for the rest of the time. Won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Terrible service! I think it was just a single server having a bad day, but none of the other staff took notice or stepped in. A table of 5 with 2 young children should not have to spend an hour and a half from sit down to the initial delivery of the check. It wasn't even half full in the dining area. Just turtle speed slow! It was so bad that we took the check to the front hostess after our server disappeared. Over 10 minutes from ordering the kids dessert and getting the check and no sign of her. 2 kids did not get brownie sundaes tonight!!! I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem too concerned. Didn't offer any discounts or coupons. This place has lost any hope of future business from my family.

Liked it. Definite western vibe. Food was really good. Family had steak, fish tacos and burger sliders. All happy. Only complaint is women's bathroom was very dark, almost foreboding. Creepy. We stopped for a quick lunch and drinks before taking a relative to the airport, about 15 minutes away.

TL; DR: Iffy food, awful service. One star only because zero isn't an option. Friday night. Not terribly busy. Sat at the bar with a friend, was greeted, served a drink, card was swiped to hold tab. Had to grab menu from a person sitting next to us, which the bartender saw and threw another menu down, almost out of spite. About twelve minutes later, we finally are able to order food. Now, food takes a minute to cook and prepare, so I won't complain about the timeframe between ordering and getting food. Satisfactory there. But then my friend sitting to my left has to eat his entire meal without a refill, then we waited a bit just to order a water and another draft, then waited 15 minutes for someone to stop by again. Rachel came by and saved the day, informing us that our prior waitress/barmaid had left for the night. Would have been nice for the other server to let us know before she left. We finally got our checks and were able to leave. Thanks Rachel!

Fantastic atmosphere and great customer service. It's hard to get bored in a place like this. Lots of interesting paintings, photos, items to look at everywhere, a great bar, live music scheduled regularly and the food is great! They gave us cards to bring our kids back to est free the next time we come. Good deal! I really enjoyed their flatbreads! But haven't had a bad item on the menu yet. The staff is very well versed with the food, so dont be shy asking for recommendations!

Excellent food. We had the fish tacos, burger, chicken sandwich and kids mac n cheese. Kids meal came with a full size drink and the mac n cheese was simple and not too fancy, my daughter hates when restaurants try and fancy up the kids meals. Great service, and quick. We originally was gonna go to red robin, but we stood in front for 10 min waiting for the hostess while creating a line behind us. So, we walked out and came here instead. Definitely worth it.

Ya know, for a chain it was pretty good! My shrimp and crab pasta was properly Al dente and nicely seasoned, the steaks were good and so was the salmon and lemon chicken. Beer and cider too. I'd come back!

Way overpriced for a good meal, but what we were served hardly qualifies as mediocre. There were 4 of us we basically had appetizers. Let's start with the bbq brisket tots a spring addition to the menu tater tots were cooked ok not overly greasy and the cheese was melted but the brisket was without a doubt sirloin steak sliced thin and bbq'd at time of service then put in broiler for the pit was dry and tough to chew, next was the spinach and artichoke dip with lavash the lavash was ok but all they have to do is heat it and break it up but I do not know what the dip was it had the consistency of hummus and tasted unlike anything I have ever had next there was boneless chicken wings which were pretty good looked housemade with fresh chix breast sauce was tangy but had a good flavor but the next item was the biggest blunder of all the 4 alarm burger how HOW DO YOU SCREW UP A BURGER but they were able to do that also granted she asked for it well done but what she got was a hockey puck on a bun with some jalapenos it was missing something else but I don't remember what it was I suppose every now and then a burger is over cooked but this was an already cooked burger, for sure, reheated in the broiler. So 75% of our food was subpar borderline uneatable all for the unbeatable price of 84 dollars with tip, what a deal!!!

I have been here at dinner and at lunch I highly suggest going at lunch for some reason this place gets very busy at night. They burgers and other things I've tried here have all been good. You will get worse service when they are busy as you might expect. I would say all around this is a decent option for lunch. They have a long menu. Lots of options.

Tonight we (a group of ten) went to Cadillac Ranch for dinner. We had reservations for 630 pm. The restaurant was not very busy, however, it took us over an hour to get our food. We had a four year old with us that was falling asleep before his dinner was served. I was not impressed with the service we received and will not return. The food was ok but not anything to write home about.

Menu was of high fat and high salt content and no different than the other arterie clogging fast food restaurants, just much more expensive. Waitress was very nice and sympathetic. The chef or cook evidently was limited in being able to create a healthier meal when asked to eliminate the salt and only use olive oil for the grilled chicken salad which by the way is the closest to a healthy menu item. The menu fails to have healthy grilled meals. Cadillac Ranch is really Heart Attack Ranch.

This place was very inviting from the outside. However, we then went in due to the drawing of entertainment and outside seating arrangements and were greeted nicely to a couple of workers. They led us to the worlds smallest table and chairs that had been completely saturated in water and blockaded by a customers walker. We then requested a booth and were then lead to a booth that introduced us to a second family of ours. People were so close to us we could feel the heat coming off their bodies. My girlfriend grabbed my arm and told me “wait!” Due to the amount of condiments, water, and unknown substances and objects on the seating of the booth. I admit, I used a clean towel to wipe it off but I don’t regret it. We opened the menus and saw literal dirt bacterium surfacing on paper. We decided to leave and told our new family, good bye.

Cadillac Ranch is the best place to sit and eat in the Market District area of Robinson, Pa. It is located immediately next to the Cinemark movie theater. So, for a place to have a drink before seeing your favorite film, the location is ideal. The servers are top notch. I have gotten to know many of them. I have never had a problem that has not been resolved. You are in good hands with Sabrina, Zach, Alyssa, Rachel, Bree, Dani, or Carissa. Dee is incredibly welcoming and always a delight to meet! The hostesses, Gianna and Maura, have also been very friendly and inviting. I keep coming back for the wonderful staff and great food. You have found the place you are looking for at Cadillac Ranch.

The food was pretty bad. The chicken was totally dried out and crusty. The steak was extremely over done and dry and hard. The only thing I can say was acceptable was the asparagus but it was not that great either. They served our large party our salads on paper plates. The salads were not very good with iceberg lettuce. I will never eat here again.

Our server was great and the food was fantastic... Was just a little upset that the hostess said she had to clean a table for us outside (that was fine) then came back and realized that two of her friends came in after us and she totally ignored us and seated them.. Very unprofessional.

I went to Cadillac ranch on Friday night and it was busier than I expected it to be. There was a wait for a table so we sat at the bar. The staff was so friendly and the service was quick we decided to just stay at the bar and have our dinner. The food was great for coming from the bar and I would definitely go back again. Alyssa and Sabrina our bartenders laughed and joked with us the whole time. I would recommend them when dining there.

Always eat here but these last two times have been horrible. Especially Tonight we went in and it took 15 minutes to be seated when it was only me and my boyfriend waiting. When the host finally came and seated us I told her that we were waiting for almost 20 mins, she apologized and explained that she was the only host. When we sat down the host said our server will be right with us.... almost 10 mins goes by and I said to my bf I’m waiting one more minute if our server doesn’t come over we are leaven. As soon as I got done saying that our server came. So since it was a little busy and we were hungry before we order we asked if it was going to be a long wait for food our server said no it should be pretty fast. So we decided to stay and we order our waters and pop and our food all at the same time and which was two appetizers and two salads. We waited 50 minutes for our food.... literally the longest I have ever waited in any restaurant. Especially for two appetizers and two salads! I bartender/serve and my bf is a culinary manager for many years so we know how it is in a restaurant but there is no way we should have waited that long for appetizers and salads especially since that’s the only things we ordered. Also our appetizers were cold at this point I just wanted to leave. Our server was okay... At first she was really good, she explained the kitchen got backed up and apologized and was fast at getting our refills on drinks but after she could tell that we were a little upset for the wait she just start slacking, we had to ask for refills and she disappeared for long periods of time.. so maybe she felt bad because of the kitchens faults (I didn’t even get a chance to tell her our appetizers were cold until she finally came with the check) I don’t know what it was all I know is we will not be returning. Hopefully this place can get it together because it’s a very nice place and used to have great food.

It was our first time and suggested by family to dine at while in Pittsburgh. The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, nostalgic and there are many TVs with sports on for those out and about on a Sunday afternoon. The candied pork chops were unique and tasty but the sides were lacking and not hot. The tacos were good but lacked its sauce and the creme brulee needed to be dressed up, no whipped cream or berries on it. Our server was nice but she may have been having an off day, and was forgetful.

Holy Potk Chops!!! These things are to die for!! At first I was a little sceptical because of the price but I will say, they didn't disappoint and you definitely get your money's worth.

It took over an hour after ordering our food for it to arrive, restaurant was not very busy. It was lukewarm at best, cheese had congealed after previously being melted, and fries were cold and soggy. Food was maybe mediocre. At the end of the night, bills were mixed up and extra drinks had been added. No apologies or acknowledgment were shared from the wait staff.

Half the staff is lost the other half seems pretty good. The food was alright, decent beer selection and lots of TVs for sports. Not amazing but not horrible.

This was our first visit but it definitely won't be our last. Excellent food and live music while we were there. The service, although not the worst we have ever had, was the only downfall with our dining experience. Overall we had a fantastic time and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

Had their Philly cheese steak. Over cooked black and crumbly. Skimpy too and like 1 small pepper. Waitress says " You still picking at your food?" Disrespectful. No trying to pickup the crumbly meat with a fork.
