Good burger and fries. Batter for onion rings and deep fried pickles probably the best around. Wouldnt mind a smaller patty for a cheaper price. Beer could have been colder, but at 5.50 a piece I'll skip next time and just buy a 6 pack.

LOVE this place. Kevin is usually the individual who waits on us. Best service. I do not eat much red meat at all and rarely have I ever eaten a burger at a restaurant. But I can tell you this place has the BEST burgers and this is the ONLY restuarant I will eat a burger from. And the zucchini is my absolute favorite!!!! You will not leave hungry and your wallet won't be empty.

Small chain of restaurants that I have visited a few times, gave me a good impression since the first visit, not a big menu but all their choices are considerably good. Has a big family area, another high chairs area and the bar, fairly priced drinks and great for watching sports, Kevin at the bar it's been good all the time, shopping plaza where is located in is nice.

Terrible service. Completely rude no class. Waited 2 hours for dry meat. Was with a large crowd but still needed better service. Told children they need to be still and “it’s not a jungle gym” after wait for 2+ hours. Utterly embarrassing from a business like that.

Food is great as always, had a few bad experiences, all similar to this one. We were sat, waited about 10 minutes and the hostess came over and offered to get us drinks while we waited on our waitress, she had a large table, so no worries. She came by and checked on us once. We receive our drinks within one or two minutes, proceeded to wait another 35 minutes with our waitress just walking by us not even looking in our direction, so we left enough to cover the bill and left. Not so great experience but the food is great.

One of the most delightfully tantalizing culinary experiences with a burger that I've had, to date. OH!!! And let me not forget to mention the pretzel with beer cheese dip. NO WORDS!!! Just ate here for the first time, everything was absolutely awesome! Server was friendly but not overbearing, food was great (their buffalo chicken dip was awesome and the pitas that came with it were good enough to eat on their own). I highly suggest everyone give this place a try, I know I'll definently be back.

We have been to Bubba’s at the highlands in West Virginia and it is amazing. Fantastic food. Generous portions. The staff is always friendly. We went tonight and had Angie for our server. She was very pleasant, attentive to our needs, and we would rate her a 12/10. Very good place to go.

I love burgers...but rarely rave about them. But I'll have to break my norm for this one. Stopped on the way through and I have to say that I have never had a burger quite like the one I had at Bubba's. I ordered the namesake burger which came with a giant ring of burnt cheese all around it. It was fantastic. The meat was truly delicious. Wish we had one if these in Illinois....it would be my favorite....hands down!

Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but the food has always been worth it. Bubba's makes an excellent burger which has never disappointed me or any of my friends.

Very hard to give them a review they were still working some of the " bugs " out they just opened up and we went in with a girls basketball team and parents. Very gracious hosts they sat us right away in a back room but they didn't have enough menus for everyone so it took a little bit to order and drinks and refills took a while to get but I think that was on account of them being new. When the food came out it WAS DELICIOUS. Well worth the wait. As time passes and they work through everything I'm sure it will get better.

The service was OK, the food was lousy. Basil on the fresh burgers was wilted and moldy, buns were stale. My kids had boneless wings. McDonalds chicken nuggets are closer to being actual chicken. Several of them were full of gristle. Nachos were stale, with old cheese whiz and day old gauc glopped over the top. Iced tea was $2.50 per 10 ounce glass and not free on refill. $90 check + tip. We will not be visiting again. I advise others to stay away.

I loved the brugher I had! It was the bubba burgher it had bacon and cheese and fried cheese that was twice the size of the burgher ( look at the picture) it was awesome place. They had all kinds memorabilia on the walls too. All their burghers come with sweet potato fries and regular fries but you can also get on or the other. I also had their homemade bacon ranch on my burgher and it was delicious! Great service and great food. You need to visit this place!

Very nice layout inside with several TV's to watch while you wait an hour to get your burger. Food quality is absolutely terrible. The bread on my burger was soggy like it had been used as a sponge in the kitchen, and the burger itself has so much grease on it that my boss is now considering drilling for oil in the burger. Overall I would say I've had better burgers at McDonald's, sadly. Best part of the meal was the beer.

This place is a hidden gem at the end of the Highlands stretch of chain restaurants. I can't wait until Menard's is built so that people will make their way down to the end and discover this amazing culinary delight. This is a restaurant that deserves your business. The burgers are delicious. Many of their servers have been there from early on, which tells me that it's an enjoyable place to work. Their fried pickles and dipping sauce are the best I've ever had. Keep doing what you are doing! Already looking forward to our next visit.

Nice place at The Highlands when you're in the mood for something different....get the Volcano burger and cool your mouth off with a good ole Southern Tier beer or another craft beer of your choice. Good beer selection..good food... menu seems to have changed within the past 6 months or so as I didn't see the Korean Burger on it anymore.

1st visit, had mozzarella sticks and onion rings, both were delicious, mozzarella sticks were the best we've ever had. Also got Bubba burgher and filet hoagie, both again delicious and served as ordered, medium and medium-well. The sweet potato fries were crunchy on the outside, hot and done on the inside. The sweet tea was very good too. We were there on Monday at lunch, it wasn't busy, waitress was very nice. Atmosphere is casual with multiple sports channels playing. As for comparing them to 5 Guys Burgers, it's apples to oranges. Bubba uses steak cuts (NY strip, ribeye, sirloin, brisket)for their burghers and filet for their hoagies and 5 guys uses ground beef. The prices may be a dollar more here but you get what you pay for and Bubba's burghers are juicy, flavorful and thick. Very much like that it is Veteran owned and operated. Thank you to our Veterans! We will be back.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Bring your appetite. The Bubba Burger had more cheese than allowed by law. The giant pretzel makes other "large" pretzels run home to their mothers. Nice atmosphere. Better food. Don't pass up Bubba's.

Delicious burgers. Sooo much food. We had a great server named Britt. My only advice and the knly thing to keep this from a 5 star were the French fries. Just real greasy and soggy. Do yourself a favor an get homemade chips instead. Yum!

We stopped in for my husband's birthday lunch. The burgers are fantastic! The cheese sticks are awesome and HUGE! We had to take half of our meal home. Our waitress, Samy, was wonderful! We were impressed that she remembered everything and didn't write anything down on paper. We wish more servers were like Samy! The only negative of the meal was that we didn't care for the paper liner on the trays. It got soggy from the burger and every time we used a knife, it cut into the paper. We had to make sure it wasn't stuck to the bottom of our food. That is the only negative we have to mention. We highly recommend and will be returning.

The 2 pound pretzel is to die for, and the cheese is perfect. Even on the second day it's good reheated in the oven. Oh, and the burgers are great too! I got the nawlins burger. Cooked to perfection and spicy in all the right ways.
