Love this place, the food is fantastic. Been there 2X. Locally owned, the owner/manager greets us and makes us feel like he is grateful we came. A real gem in Morgantown. It's in the airport so it feels a little weird to get to, but worth it, and nice view of the planes taking off.

Food was excellent, had the buffet and literally everything on it was delicious. Humus, salad, pita, curry chicken, gyro, veggies, rice, falafel, soup, etc it was all very good. We were a big party and the service was great. Owner is extremely nice and goes out of there way too make you feel welcomed there. We'll definitely go back soon

Very nice full restaurant upstairs in the Morgantown Municipal Airport. The food is always very good. One complaint this visit..no Kifta kebabs! My second choice was the lamb kebab. Tasty but a bit chewy. All of the other dishes in our arty of 6 were very good.

We we're driving back from Swanton and happened to stumble upon this wonderful place. This restaurant is tucked within municipal airport . Hence you won't find any problem find a parking. We get a direct view of the runway from our table. Owner was so nice and attentive. There were so many tables and very less people. Now comes to food.. I say it was awesome.best part was the portion. I am not a fan of very large plate. Everything was so perfect and the bakalava was really yummy. I will surely be back next year.

Have been eating here for 24 years and was just thinking. I have never had a meal that was not excellent. Professional staff and the absolute best management. The owner greets all of his guests with the same cordiality. The kitchen staff is superb. This is my favorite location for Mediterranean cuisine including being in the Med and Middle East.

I tried the buffet but It was not what I expected.HOWEVER,the fish and vegetable fritters were delicious.The chicken was ok.but I preferred the real mediterranean chicken that they served before. I should had ordered a la carte like I have done in the last 20 years.The decor, ambiance and service were great as usual and prices reasonable..Overall,a nice experience.

Tastefully decorated with expansive windows overlooking airport and mountains. A decades old tradition in Morgantown and for good reason. Patronage tends toward professionals, couples and a more sedate clientele. Great for a business lunch, a quiet meal with friends or to treat your best honey. Splurge on dessert...the chocklava is decadent!!

Best Mediterranean style food in Morgantown West Virginia. If you loved the Lebanese Bistro on the waterfront this should be your replacment for your dinners there. First time customers get a free sample salad tray to determine what Mediterranean style dishes they like (see small plate) which is a nice bonus if you bring someone who is new to this type of food. The dinner buffet was quite good on Thursday (first time ive been there when they had one out), buyer beware most things on the bar have so heat (spice) to them so if you don't do spicy pick something else to eat. Dinner specials are usually my go to and if they are out of the special I perfer the gyros are the best in town! Last but not least the view is pretty great if you're a travel or plane junkie. Be sure to use the 2nd to last or last entrence (when coming from the mile ground side). There is no airport security to deal with prior to dinner so go enjoy a great dinner with a great view.

Really nice weekend lunch buffet. Surprisingly beautiful interior for being in an airport. Really scenic view and an occasional plane landing outside the window. Owners are super nice and make you feel extremely welcome.

My wife and i had a late lunch here.. I had tge gyro platter and my wife had kabobs. The kabobs were overcooked and dry. The gyro's were overcooked and crispy bordering on jerky like rather than good Gyro meat. The wait staff was great. Did a good job, but overall the meal was bland.!

The food is excellent. The service and portion sizes are both spotty. Some servers are good. Others are not very attentive. Portion sizes vary with each visit. Sometimes the helpings are generous. Other times they can leave you disappointed. I return because the quality of the good is so good. They have room for improvement in wait staff and consistent portion sizes.

I love Ali Baba. First, the restaurant is in the terminal at the Morgantown Airport, with Windows that overlook the flightline and runways. For an aviation dork like me, that's a great view. The food is really quite good. The buffet is a great deal, with several selections, salad, soup, hummus, and pita. Of special note are their lovely zucchini fritters, which I've not had anywhere else. These are scrumptious, and the chef has a hard time keeping them on the line because they are so worth being greedy over. Don't overlook their regular menu. There are a variety of traditional middle-eastern dishes that are quite good. The important thing to note here is that the chef isn't heavy-handed with his spicing. Middle-eastern food is all about a delicate balance of potent spices, and the chef pulls this off well. Finally, do not leave without trying the baklava. It is some of the best I've ever had. Not cloyingly sweet, gentle hints of orange and rise waters, and the texture is perfect. All in all, this is a great place to have a fine meal. I unhesitatingly recommend it.

I was there this evening and had a lovely meal. The service great and food delicious. But as I was getting ready to leave I noticed that the table beside me had ordered a lot of food, maybe almost $100 dollars worth. To my surprise these cheap skates only left the poor server less than $1 dollar:( What is wrong with people if u can't afford to eat out then don't. In this country its customary to leave 20% tip or more. 20% for good service more for great service. The servers in restaurants in WV only make $3-$4 dollars per hour. So they depend on tips, if you are from another country you must respect the culture here as it was your own. Treat your fellow human beings with respect thank you. Sorry so long but this really bothered me tonight. Ali baba is a great family restaurant with a history in Morgantown. I just had to say something about the people who were next to me, cause people who don't tip really erk me.

Ali Baba is that unexpected gem that you don't expect to find in a small town. It's hidden away in one of the smallest airports you've ever seen. The food is excellent and the service is great. Our server, Nora, was exceptionally attentive, and stayed on top of our needs throughout the meal. The gyros were perfect, and (from previous visits) the shish-kebabs are fantastic. If you like Mediterranean food, I highly recommend that you check it out.
