I love Sizzler, but yesterday was not a good day there. The salad bar was almost empty. They were short staffed. The ice cream machine wasn't working either. I will go back, like I said, I love it. I just hope that was one bad night and not how things are all the time.

It's not bad, but it's not anything to remember. For the price the buffet variety is glum. They're usually out one thing or the other, or dishes are inconsistent (overcooked/soggy). Hospitality is always great here, but they should reconsider their prices with very small options they offer(now in comparison to competitors). The salad bar is a no fail zone!

One of our favorite places to go for a buffet lunch or dinner! Sufficient parking. Their free cheese bread is awesome and the salad bar includes fried chicken wings, taco bar, soups, and dessert bar. Can't beat it for freshness, variety, value, and friendly customer service. Even nicer after they remodeled a few years ago too. Recommended.

Nice clean place. I haven't been to a Sizzler in many years and my first in Washington so I'm not sure if all Sizzlers across the nation are the same. This one had us choose from the menu at the door and then we were asked to seat ourselves. I can only hope that this policy is nation wide and has nothing to do with the Washington State minimum wage changes. After our meal, which was very good, our check had no place for gratuity. I had no cash on me so tipping was far more complicated than it should have been. Any how... Food was good and our server was pleasant.

Staff was very confused getting orders mixed up. Meat was not cooked right, had to send back twice. We were seated in back and there was no service. Other than that salad bar is good and if you get seated up front and not the back service should be better.

Nice all you can eat salad bar, small but tasty steak and chicken. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit high for the small meat portions. But fair for the salad bar. We have eaten here many times and have even had a few birthday parties here.

The service here is great .Elizabeth is the best server they have she is friendly and she works very hard, but tonight when we dined you could hear the manager yelling at the kitchen staff someone should tell her that the customers shouldn't have to hear that while dining. Maybe they should better train the management here.

The steaks are always on point here. The salad bar seems to have been improved since the last time I had been, which had been about a year maybe a little less. The apple cobbler topping is divine the filling could use a tad more sweetness and cinnamon but all in all was a pleasant experience.

One of the best Sizzler locations. Clean, friendly, helpful. My server- Sara(h) is really great. She greets each guest quickly, brings drinks and bread out right away and checks on her guests frequently. I hope management appreciates the excellent guest service she provides that surely rates them high marks. I only get the salad bar so cannot comment on any of the meals. But the salad bar was well kept and restocked. Lots of great offerings including fresh fruit, lots of veggies, a variety of salads, soups, hot bar items, and dessert, which includes an ice cream machine. Free parking, good location.

The server was friendly, the lack of additional stars, was due to the availability of several items on the salad and hot bar. Now, I understand when it gets busy, but we came at a lull and several people were standing around. Our server was quick to bring bread and we watched her quickly bring orders out, to other tables. I will say the soup and the chicken wings (when they were cooked and brought out) were the best I ever had at this location.

Too expensive. To load a baked potato was $1.99 more. Sorry, the tablespoon or two of cheese and bacon bits weren't worth $1.99. The sweet tea was $3.00. That isn't fair when you consider what it takes for making sweet tea, even with wastage considered.

Pretty good visit. I had family from outside the states visiting who had never heard of Sizzler and were not very familiar with US foods, and the hostess very patiently explained and answered all of their questions. We were a party of 9, and the waitress was very helpful getting everything sorted out and getting the missed items (drinks, special condiments) taken care of.

Well.. I lowered my rating as they have cheaped out and switched from the great yeast rolls with honey butter that were always a treat to some grilled Texas toast with mystery grease on it. I was unimpressed to say the least. $12.99 for the salad bar now. I had two tacos to start and then went to the soup and fried chicken spot. I would of opted for some clam chowder too, but it had a film on it and hadn't been attended to for awhile.. I ended my meal with apple cobbler and frozen ice milk from the self serve area. Waitress was extremely nice and helpful. She gets 5 stars. If you are a big eater and need quantity over quality, this is your place.

I came here years ago, and remembered really good chicken wings, nachos and Ice cream!! NOT! Came here today to spoil my bestfriend and other newer friend after pride. I completely regret it, I don't know 48.50 could go to that horrible of food.. I'm taking into consideration that we came almost at the end of their work day but their wings were fresh and completely covered in breading and oil, their nacho cheese was watery and bland, taco meat mushie and chips stale. The staff was nice and tables were clean but that food...total waste of money!

I feel like the food is overpriced for the quality, and I wish they had a cheaper option for adding on the salad bar to a full dinner order (the side salad that comes with dinner is just an iceberg mix from a bag). I had the 9 piece shrimp platter and it just tasted so bland - like the frozen breaded shrimp you can get in bulk from a grocery store; plus the cocktail sauce tasted kind of weird and mostly like ketchup. However all the servers & cashier were super nice and quick.

I loved the service that we received here I repped the desert bar to my significant other pretty highly and when we got there they told me that the dessert bar was still present but the main is attraction to the desert bar was ice cream and it was broken. That was kind of disappointing. They had a special on their steaks and they were just cooked to perfection and the service even though they're not a waitress waiter kind of service what's Superior! They definitely made up for the ice cream being broken wish their service and respectfulness! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this to others

I enjoy the Sizzler every time I go. The food is affordable a salad bar is nicely kept stocked with fresh veggies and fruit. Sizzler is close to my heart because it was my first job as a teenager many moons ago. So I’m always going to judge salad bar by how I kept it years ago and that was totally stellar. The steaks are good flavorful even if you order it well done. Wait staff is friendly and the manager often walks around and visit consumers.

Sizzler just isn't as cheap as it used to be. The steaks are great, the salad and dessert bars are decent. I just find it a little too pricey lately. And when you order food it comes out VERY quickly, so much so that you won't have time to get even halfway through a plate of salad.

FEB 2018: The Chef cooked the BEST STEAK I've EVER had in my entire life. It was "Chicago style" — perfectly charred on the outside and rare inside. It was absolutely DELICIOUS and so MEMORABLE. My family also ordered steaks with their all-you-can-eat salad bar, and they were really happy with this food and service, too.

Sizzler is still doing it with their all day all-you-can-eat hot taco and cold salad bar that aldo features chowder, chicken wings, fresh fruit, assorted desserts, and meatball spaghetti. And if you not feeling it order a steak or fish and chips off their lunch or dinner menu's. The service staff in lakewood was fantastic.

I got the Malibu Chicken with a side dinner salad and an extra potato, to go. My husband and really enjoyed our dinner. And don't forget to get extra Malibu sauce. Each bite of chicken has to have sauce on it. So good. I have been visiting Sizzler since 1974'ish. Fast service too. See ya'all soon.
