REVIEWS OF Rusty Tractor Restaurant IN Washington

Scott Siler

Every time we come here we feel like this place is home. Lots of antique Nick nacks hanging on the walls, interesting stuff. The food is pretty good too. Love the king size bisquits.

Took a long time to get our food. Burger buns have sesame seeds which I can't eat. The warm pot roast sandwich was one slice of bread with a tiny portion of meat and covered in gravy. It came with mashed potatoes which was almost the size of a tablespoon. The presentation looked like dog food.

Savana Branford

They had a HUGE selection for food to choose from. I was passing through on my way to the coast and decided to try them. They have amazing Yak burgers! Had to try them since it sounded different. The only reason for the four stars in because our waitress forgot about us for about 20mins. Another waitress noticed was waiting and took our order.

Nelson Copeland

First time there, the Rusty Tractor was recommended by the receptionist at the hotel we stayed at. Very homey, nostalgic place with extremely friendly wait staff. Our dinner was excellent.

Roger Hamshar

Friendly Small Town restaurant

Matt Phillips

Good food, good prices.

Drew Pilkinton

Completely appalled at the service from this restaurant. We were passing through from Seattle to Westport and we decided to stop in for lunch. After we entered the building it took five minutes to even be acknowledged by any of the staff members. Then as our food was being brought out, they spilled a plate on the floor and put it back on the plate and served it to us

Max Walker

Great food and always a pleasant experience

Chris Goodrich

Great and fun place for lunch.

Sheldon Wicklander

Good food and good service

Lindsey H

Good service and good food. The shortcake was delicious!

Jay Dub

Bad service. Way over priced. Bad food. Unfriendly staff.

Cheryl Qualls

Hello

Tamara Meyer

Service was great! Food is Horrible..I'm sorry but there is no excuse for food to taste that bad. Biscuits and gravy was nasty! They give you this giant over dried biscuit with a little cup of gravy and the sausage is cut up links. As for the hash browns, they were so tasteless, you could allmost taste a freezer taste. The toast, no butter, and cold. Then there was the sausage links, dried up and tasteless. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day but if this is the food they serve , someone needs to show them quality food.

Mike Fiola

Usually great food, but this evenings dinner was dismal at best and the service was extremely bad. Hopefully just a bad night.

Cathy Ashley

Monster Mash is so good, Pumpkin Doodle is awesome and the service was outstanding.

Sue Forde

Fun atmosphere, good home cooked meals, and friendly staff.

Holly Dafler

Come by whenever I'm headed to Ocean Shores, never disappointed! Always amazing, and I recommend this place to everyone

Melanie Escalante

Yak meat on sourdough was ok. The onion rings were utterly fabulous. I will come back for more onion rings.

Jean Elliott

Good food. You get a plate full of food and tasty. They have good service as well.

Mark Keene

I really enjoyed RT. I tried to order my meal with a meow here and there for 10 percent off but failed. I had two eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast and it was perfect. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. The waitresses were kind and very attentive. Will definitely stop here again.

Michael Brazil

Cool place to meet and catch up with people as well as a great little pitstop if you're on your way to the ocean

Kacey Shear

Real down home cooking. Very good

marilyn george

It was actually quite good. The salad with all the ham turkey cheese etc etc was great, French dip good too and I had Hawaiian burger yum!!

Dave Shafer

Great food, friendly, curtious service, nice atmosphere!!

Nick Bruns

This is a great, American homestyle dinner with a bar you can sit at. Food's great and you get lots of menu options. This is the only place I've been where you can get a Yak burger. It's a burger made from Yak meat. I had the Yak burger, and it's very interesting. Not gamey, but not beef either. Very lean. I thought it was good. I loved the nostalgia and the decor! The name is appropriate because there's lots of rusty tractors outside!

Pamela Isom

Wonderful! Great food and love the atmosphere. Took my fiance there, he has an old tractor collection. Lots to look at

Caitlin Crest

Decent down-home food. I've only been here a couple of times. Nice rustic interior, a lot of fun doo-dads to look at. Good meatloaf, GREAT waffle cut fries, friendly service. Nothing fancy, but it's a solid option in Elma.

Maureen Esget

Excellent food, friendly and good service.

Gene Pardee

Food was good, but took longer to get than I thought it should.

Matthew Vieliky

Lovely food, lovely service

GT Bleakley

Great food, great service, clean and friendly but seriously understaffed for a Friday evening. The staff were all smiles, not stressed, but if you had been on time constraint, this wasn't the place. But we'll be back because it really is a 5 star for a small town, old fashioned, home cookin' meal!

Festus LaChester III

Food has always been fair to real good home cooked meals..

Jenny Amundsen

Great staff. Friendly atmosphere. Food is ok.

Teresa

We stop here often on our way back from the coast. On this occasion there was 1- yes 1 server taking care of the dining room. You should make her manager! She was so efficient. The food is always great.

Nick K

If you are in need of great brunch and some mimomas this place is for you!!! They do get busy so you might have to wait but trust me it’s worth it. Everything on their menu is very delicious. Highly recommend.

Shermanita Bigham

The food isn't as good as it use to be. It will be a long time before I return. The waitress never came back to our table to fill my water glass up.

Darien Henderson

The employees that care are what really make this restaurant above and beyond. Heidi, Makayla, and Mady work to ensure that the customer received the utmost customer service and are taken care of efficiently and with compassion. And the cook Stanley always makes sure the food is correct, presented beautifully and done as quickly as quality will allow. 10/10

Alic Little

Very quaint. So many antiques that are a pleasure to see them and remember them from when I was very young.

Shima 311

So I have mixed feelings about this place. Found it heading to the coast of Washington. Right off the side of the main road in a tiny little town. the restaurant was broken up into a bunch of different areas inside and it was a little odd. It wasn't authentically old it was made to look that way. Staff was nice. My breakfast burrito was good but really overpriced for what I got. $15 for a coffee and breakfast burrito and I left still hungry. I didn't get that Small Town diner experience that I seek out often at this establishment.i would give this spot 3.5 if i could.

Dan Dassing

To notch home cooking and friendly staff

Chris Stubb

Wow had breakfast here a couple a days ago and had a half order of cow pie biscuits and gravy man oh man hit the spot and the coffee was great

Carissa Steele

Order the cow pie biscuit! You won't be disappointed!

Joanna Ciok

Great food. Deserts to die for

Danie Munzert

Food was good, had chicken fried steak, scrambled eggs and muffin. Friend had bisquits and gravy, said bisquit was a bit dry and much, gravy very bland. Front area was empty when we came in 11:30 and one of two waitresses left. Service got a bit rushed during lunch, when large parties came in. Need better staffing at peak times please

Annette de Soto

Very friendly service and a definite rustic feel. We stopped in just for dessert and were quite pleased. Yummy shakes and a tasty "Appledoodle" (kind of like an apple crumble but with snickerdoodle cookie bits as the crumble and dough). Our food arrived quickly and we will visit again to try their all day breakfast.

Randy Badass

It was the best chicken fried steak I ever had. The water's were great

Charity Conner

The food was great! Service was not so good. Waitress had a smile on her face but wasn't very attentive.

Lawrence Beerbower

Good food a real down home atmosphere and a good solid menu. The service was quick and polite and the good was excellent.

Nicole Pink

Always friendly staff!! Great clam chowder big portions and yummy food!

Josh Callon

Great restaurant, local ingredients and staff is fantastic. Menu is broad range, breakfast served all day and good choices. Picture is of a barnyard burger, too much food! :) Overall, good experience and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

Chuck Sullivan

Family friendly farm fare.. always friendly atmosphere.. huge portions..great food

Daniel Bellefleur

Pretty good food. Definitely kitschy enough for a kid, without a lot of pretense.

Shaun Weir

This place is an absolute gem! Not too many places like this left these days. Great food, amazing service, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Sharon Alviar

We had chicken fried steak

Kay

Really rustic awesome decor. The staff was friendly and it definitely gives you the vibe they were going for. The food was really great, we did breakfast and yum! It was a Saturday morning and super busy and the staff was still very attentive and friendly. I will be back when I'm in the area again!

Mike Unger

Just go, you will love the food !!

David Harkins

Very good food good service waitress was great

Kinsey Van Ost

Fun decore and a good glimpse of the demographic if you find yourself in Elma anytime and are feeling like a bit of a sit down diner experience or you want to have a tall cup of beer and a couple shots before hitting the road again. Had a burger with onion rings, BBQ sauce, bacon and pepper jack, with a side a clam chowder of course! Would eat here again.

Franklin Kowalsky

Good food, fair price, parked at burger king an walked over, good service.

Jack Bear

I had the mushroom burger it was very tasty and the French fries were amazing with ranch..

Tyler Marriott

Historic restaurant. Fun place with lots of decorations. Goid food. Fast service. Counter for coffee talk.

No Need To Know

Had a ruben sandwich. The waitress was nice and hardly tried to stab me at all. The food tasted down right non-toxic, so that was a definite plus. No one died while I was there, so I will go back for sure. I recommend everyone else do the same.

Kevin Martin

Stopped in at 11 AM on a Friday. Sat right down and got service right away. Place is about half full. Food was really good. I had the chicken fried steak and the wife had the French toast. Food was hot and on our table within 10 to 15 minutes. Service was great. My coffee always full. Great prices for being right of the highway. Portions were good sized also. It may not be a "must stop" place, but you will NOT regret it. All in all a great place to stop in for some comfort food. Tables were clean right after customers left. They were not left dirty.

Rebecca Ash

Friendly, great service, good prices and HUGE portions!

Jesen M

Fairly typical diner with a nice homey feel. I rarely go here these days because it is not local, but recently went back and met up with a friend, more for the nostalgia than the food. Very friendly staff! Food was good, but not very memorable. I do love the name of the restaurant - never ceases to amuse me. I would give it 4* for the service, environment, and name! But 3* for the food. If you're in the location - there aren't many dining options. I would suggest going there for a decent (though unmemorable) meal and a good place to spend time with friends and family.

Fat Feather

Loved it. Food was great. If you see a lot of cars, it's worth the wait.

John Martell

Good food, quick service, nice atmosphere. We traveled about 60 miles one way. Will eat there again.

Bill Winchell jr

Wonderful family restaurant where the service and food never fail to please . try the Yakk burger pattie ...very good

Mo Swatek

Nice place, friendly waiters, food reasonable but not as special as expected. The restaurant was empty at 3pm. Service was fast.

Scott Campbell

Very casual family restaurant. Food is very good, service is ok, and inexpensive. Worth a stop if travelling through Elma.

Cody Brister

Allen Taylor

Good food good atmosphere quick to get in and get your food good portions

Jack Colson

Scott Hollen

Mr. Meepers

Drinks are expensive, food is mediocre. Ok

Leslie P

Visited today, but have been here before. Service is always friendly and today was fast also, approx 7:00 am. My husbands medium eggs were runny yolks they were closer to Sunny side. Shouldn’t buttered toast have butter outside of the center of the bread?. If I had wanted dry toast I would have asked for it. My ham n cheese omelet, was a ham omelet with shredded cheese sprinkled on the top?. Food Temp was ok, service by the gal that waited on us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Cook needs to care.

Douglas Knisely

Excellent family restaurant with delicious food, great choices, friendly staff, and cool decor. Breakfast all day, too. Everybody was happy with their choices. My Reuben was super. Highly recommended as a stop at a handy location along way to and from Olympic peninsula.

Barry Petersen

Great old timey place. Wonderful home style food

Linda Atkeson

Interesting decor. Good onion rings. Clam chowder not so good

Joyce Cooke

The food was very good great service a great staff I would recommend my friends to come visit and get ready for a great meal

Leah Pruett

Its rustic with good food but kinda spendy

just me

Excellent food, great menu, super friendly staff. Only thing I didn't care for is all the dusty DUSTY tchotchkes! Some people area allergic to dust. Either dust them or take 'em down.

Big Jim

Nice place. Service was ok but servers seemed stressed. Chicken fried steak was cooked perfect, breading was nice and crisp. But the gravy ruined it. Sad bland and tasteless. Might go back to try other items but it doesn't look good.

Craig Barry

Fantastic place great food and service everyone should try it

Heather Stoney

I don't always enjoy my food here but I played it safe and got the Kentucky Jack. It's turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato on grilled sourdough. It came with fries and was quite tasty.

Rebecca Andrus

This place is a gem. Great staff and a nice family style restaurant with real meat and not some Cisco product. I always make a point of stopping here when I go traveling.

Barbara Loos

Small portions for price, ok not great food. Slow service.

Skip Knudtson

Food's not too bad, service was great, chairs were uncomfortable.

Ed Revet

I had the bacon blue cheese burger. Very tasty!

Scott Danielson

Th err y have the best pancakes.....just beware they don't serve pancakes after 11:30 AM.

Michael R

The staff were awesome, and the food for comfort food was ok. Was good quantity for the price and it reheated well. Quality of the food was only thing keeping this from being 5 stars.

Brent Sienkiewich

Super fun and friendly. Lots of atmosphere and great home cooked food. My family and I were starving and they took good care of us. I even bought suvinoers

Brenda Hardwick

We stopped for breakfast. Waitress was very friendly. We were seated before 2 other couples and our orders were taken before there's. We sat and watched as the other 2 couples orders came out vefore ours. When the waitress brought our omelets she said to be careful as they were hot. Neither of our omelets were hot... both were lukewarm with a rubbery consistency. When I talked to the waitress about it after we ate asking if they had a new cook, she said they were just really tired and had been working since 5 am. It was around 11:30 when we ordered. Disappointed and will not be going back there.

T B

Awesome food and customer service! Some of, if not the best oven cooked baby back ribs I've ever eaten. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Karalee Martinez

I called in a to go order approx. 20 minutes ahead of pickup. When I got there to pick it up I had to stand at the register for another 25 minutes before they brought out my order. There were 4 waitresses standing back there coming in and out. I probably wont order there again.

Samantha Sharpes

Small diner along a highway, the perfect stop. Good food, great people and the decor to make you feel like your eating in a country grandma's kitchen...or maybe the tractor shed based on the name. But don't be fooled by that either, stop in and try it, there is something there for you too.

Larry Lorne Halls

I stopped here twice. Very friendly staff. Food and homemade desserts were just what you hope for in family type dining. Wonderful experience.

Dennis Kangas

I sat upfront away from most patrons as I could tell there would be more interesting activities. I wasn't disapointed. Our primary waitresses is quite the professional while instructing new waitresses how to handle customer compaints.

Matthew Sekyra

It was awesome! I had a Yak patty melt. I love this place.

Archie Van Valkenburg

Good food good drinks nice staff

Dj. Dragon Stormwolf
