I'm so used to living and dining in Seattle that these drink prices threw me off! I just moved to Federal Way from Seattle, and exploring new "go to" places outside of the city has been interesting. Top shelf alcohol that would've cost me way more in Seattle was fair and reasonable here! I'll definitely be back. John was pretty chill, and even Deandre who came out and had a small conversation with us was friendly. Great vibe

The Ram has generally always been good. I stay nearby when here and there very accommodating. Good management. I would like to see more seafood on the menu but that's only because it's not something I can get where I live. The prime rib here though is very good on the weekend.

November 6th ..Not a very pleasant person that waited on my family. I felt the waiter just didn't want to work or he just didn't like my family.. I thought it was just me but my husband, bother, and sister in law saw the same thing. Personally if you work with the public you need customer service and people deserves respect. He did not have manners at all, rolling his eyes, not one smile from this person, slamming our drinks on the table, getting the order wrong. I've worked in customer service for 15-20 years, and if I treat people the way he treated us I would of been fired a long time ago.. If you work in companies that require customer service he's in the wrong industry. My family and I are not the type of people that want FREE food, because of what happened. Now if it was other type of people I'm sure for a fact they would of demanded free food. We talked to the manager and he was great. I just want to make sure this person doesn't treat other people the same way he treated us.

Terrible service at the bar. Waiters spend time talking with each other about gymnastics etc not paying attention to customers. Had to call several times, at times they even ignored. One looked so sleepy. Never never again . I spend over 100 dollars for very poor service. Management should do something. The young servers seem not to get it. It's a service joint NOT a coworker gossip joint.

Ate on the patio this evening. Service was TERRIBLE. The waitress’ attitidue was as if we were bothering her. Took 15-20 minutes to get my drink order and another 15-20 minutes to get my beer and take my food order. And, then 20 minutes after I was done eating to get my bill.

I've been to the Ram Restaurant & Brewery three times now and the food was really good. The service has been slow each time I've been there but to their credit, the place is always packed so maybe that is the reason for the less than prompt service. I've had the pulled pork sandwich and the BBQ chicken quesadilla and I was very satisfied with both. Not only is the food delicious, but they give you like 8 pounds of it! Not really, but it feels that way. The desserts are mighty appealing but I haven't caved in and ordered one yet. Um, mini cupcakes in all sorts of crazy flavors?? Yes please!!!!

We used to come for the food now it is more for the beer. My husband is in the "Mug Club" and enjoys their seasonals. Disappointed that they have cut their menu of a lot of foods but the French dip, I think, is to die for. If you go to the bar, sit in Marlon's section, he is a great Waiter and a lot of fun to talk to.

We used to frequent "The Ram" with Peggy's Dad. The burgers are good and the service is typically great (the beer is pretty good too)! Lately we've found ourselves frequenting "The Ram" because the kitchen is open late! Our most recent visit was around midnight (last call for food or adult beverages is 1:15am)! I had a beer ("Disorder Porter") and a "Jethro" -- a tasty burger with crumbled Wisconsin Blue Cheese, french fried onion crisps, candied bacon, arugula and a garlic aioli sauce on a giant Kaiser Bun. I always add lettuce and tomato to make it "healthy!" Burgers are served with fries with a couple of options for those with other preferences. Peggy raves about the crab-artichoke melt. Sometimes she shares a birthday or two, but it must have been fabulous because she didn't this time! We were served by Brandi, who was friendly, and efficient despite being the only server!

Rip off and abysmal service. Food was great, but everything else was so bad, I can't muster a second star or even three. This place UPGRADED my food without telling me. What craap! This place sucks! Scaam city. Manager made a point to check every table around me too, loudly, and make sure to know he was intentionally NOT checking in on me. F##k this place! I eat out a ton, and I'm constantly on the road. I'm gonna make sure to review this on other sites too, I'm so piissed about being scaamed and the terrible service.

Waited over 20mins to get seated. Fries and salad were old and the dressing was awful. We ask for medium done burgers and got super dried well done patties with burnt buns. Service was also awful with no refills. Sad, won't eat here again.

Aaverage is what it is. Ordered a French dip and had to upgrade three times to get what everyone else calls standard. 14.95 +1 for cheese, +1 for onion, +1 for mushrooms. Worse bar service ever, she said one thing and never gave me silverware. I travel a lot, trust me, there are better places to waste 20 bucks.

Decent service but they don't even know how their beer is supposed to be poured. My nitro stout came with half a glass of head on top and then I was told that's how it's supposed to be. After I let them know I had ordered it at this South Hill location they tried to tell me I must have ordered something else 3 times. I know what I have drank. The South Hill restaurant is much better!

Meat was over cooked and rubbery. Buns were dry. My Cosmo was at room temperature. But their vampire fries and mashed potatoes were great. This Rams is not at par with the other Rams we've been to. Will not be going back

I used to sell meat 100% natural! They claimed to have a one pound burger I thought it'd be nice to cut it in half and take it home along with my son ordering the same thing. I sincerely don't believe it could have been much more than a half pound. The cheese was unmelted the bun was cold they forgot the garlic mayonnaise they forgot the Aus jour sauce which I asked if it came with the burger. My friend did not receive condiments he requested! The salad as a choice as a side, came in a ridiculously small bowl, with dressing to cover 1/2 the salad only! Burger was overcooked. Restaurants was Packed with 40 minute waiting list, which we called ahead thinking we would get reservations at 7, and found out there was no list for reservations the gentleman that answered the phone must have thought that was pretty funny.

The “man bun”boy running the bar was awful. Ignored us the whole time. I seen our burgers set in the window of the kitchen for nearly 15 mins. I will never go back. I have no idea how they stay in business.

I will say the food was good. But the service was so bad I am writing this review. Which I rarely do. Our server started really good but when our drinks ran out it was almost like she refused to refill them. A couple other people asked us if there was anything else we needed. We told them a refill on water and drinks. No one in the hour we were there touched our drinks. We have never asked to speak to a manager in the 14 years we’ve been married but today we did. The manager was just as bad as the rest of them. He just acted as if we were overreacting. It is unacceptable to not refill drinks. Miriam was her name. It was apparent that this was normal for this place. Just read the other reviews. They are all on this line.

The Impossible Burger is their meatless patty option, they should warn you that it's designed to look like it's bleeding...like "real meat." I couldn't look at it, let alone swallow it. Our server was lovely, food was mostly inedible.

It's walking distance from my hotel. This is why I eat here while in town. I have had mixed experiences here. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. This time I was passed over once for my drink and four times for my food order while sitting at the bar. It's a 2 star night. Good beer and better than average food though.

I asked for my burger to be done it was literally burnt to a crisp, and my girl friend asked for no avocado in her salad and of course there was avocado which we had to pick out, also took forever to get a refill. Perfect if you like charred burgers for $13 you'll love The Ram only thing good was the fries and beer.

My salad was drowning in dressing, the avacados were brown and the spinach leaves had their stems still sticking out. The key lime pie was frozen solid. The whipped cream was as hard as plastic. Simple things were left undone and diminished the quality of the experience . I won't be back.

It’s next to the hotel I was in for almost a week. Place is dirty and uninviting. Bar was sticky and gross. Had caulk falling out between the gaps. Food was terrible. My group ordered several different things and they were all poorly cooked and poorly seasoned. I’m convinced the only reason this place is staying afloat is due to its proximity to the hotel...

My first time there, excellent French Dip with Coleslaw, DELICIOUS!! My son had been there before and had his "usual", pretzels, they were served with spicy cheese dips, YUM. Our server, Joe, was great, friendly but not overly. The atmosphere was sports but not so in your face. Patrons were family to business people. This was an excellent meal. Will return again with the rest of the family. :)

Bar was the only area w/ sound. Asked if the music could be turned down at least. Manager said only home games and super bowls allowed to interrupt the "ambient diner". Punishment because the Seahawks didn't make it this year...

Just had Uber eats deliver a crispy chicken sandwich and a Rueben...Rueben was decent however the crispy chicken sandwich tasted like the uber driver picked it up from KFC on the way. Tasted disgusting and didn't have pickles on it like it said.

We went to the Federal Way location. Waited 12 mins in the bar before anyone waited on us. I ordered my burger medium rare and it was cooked to well done. Not at anytime did our server ask if everything was OK. Took over 5 mins for re-order on our drinks. Seemed our server was in too much of a hurry.

OK if your into noise and drinking but poor if you are looking for a nice dining experience. The food (steaks in this case) were less than great and the service consisted of how fast they could remove your plates but no asking how the food was and if you would like your drink refreshed. This was our first and last experience at the Ram. If you are going to put out $19 for a small steak pay another dollar and go to Black Angus or anywhere else.

Great service. Our waiter was spot on. I ordered my steak medium and I've never had to send a steak back except for one time before in my life, but it came well done. the waiter noticed this before I even had a chance to say anything and said that is not medium, I'll bring it back. He brought a new steak out that was medium rare on the rare side and said I'll throw it back on for a minute or two and it came back perfect. He was very polite and even made conversation with my daughter about her college experience. the food was a 3 but the service was a 5, so I have to give it a 4.

We had the bar Tuesday specials, Mac and cheese with chicken (grilled or blackened). Came quickly and it was great, maybe a little too much sauce. But do not ever order without chicken, they will charge you the regular menu price. We also had drinks from the happy hour menu, ordered a beer and a long island ice tea (comes in various flavors). Both came quickly and were good.

Service was a little slow, it was an hour before we got our food. Our waitress was great. Nice casual atmosphere. Having family that works there cut the bill in half, so that's just an added bonus. Left overs from everyone's dinner means we get to enjoy it all again!
